유전자알고리즘의 조숙수렴현상(premature convergence phenomenon)은 유전자알고리즘의 성능을 크게 저하시키기 때문에 이 문제를 해결하는 것이 성능향상에 크게 영향을 준다. 본 논문에서는 유전자알고리즘의 조숙수렴현상을 완화하여 성능을 향상시키기 위한 선택적 돌연변이 방법을 제안한다. 선택적 돌연변이에서는 유전자알고리즘 개체의 등급에 따라서 염색체의 특정영역에 비트를 추가적으로 돌연변이 시킨다. 이렇게 함으로서 등급이 낮은 개체는 표현형 상에서 많은 변화가 일어나고 등급이 높은 개체는 작은 변화가 일어나게 된다. 결국 좋은 개체는 그 주변을 세부적으로 탐색하며 좋지 못한 개체는 새로운 영역을 탐색할 기회가 높아지게 되어 조숙수렴현상을 완화하면서 성능향상을 꾀할 수 있게 된다. 성능향상을 측정하기 위하여 4개의 대표적 함수 최적화 문제에 적용해서 제안한 방법의 성능을 측정하였다. 실험결과 기존의 유전자알고리즘보다 성능이 크게 향상됨을 확인하였다. Since the premature convergence phenomenon of genetic algorithms (GAs) degrades the performances of GAs significantly, solving this problem provides a lot of effects to the performances of GAs. In this paper, we propose a selective mutation method in order to improve the performances of GAs by alleviating this phenomenon. In the selective mutation, individuals are additionally mutated at the specific region according to their ranks. From this selective mutation, individuals with low ranks are changed a lot and those with high ranks are changed small in the phenotype. Finally, some good individuals search around them in detail and the other individuals have more chances to search new areas. This results in enhancing the performances of GAs through alleviating of the premature convergence phenomenon. We measured the performances of our method with four typical function optimization problems. It was found from experiments that our proposed method considerably improved the performances of GAs.

■Background Overall prevalence of visual field loss after stroke was estimated at 31%, ranged from 5.5- 57%. Among them, homonymous hemianopia is the most common symptom of post-stroke visual field loss and leads to a decrease in the quality of life and therapeutic effect. However, standard treatment has not been established. ■Case report A 48-year-old male with right side homonymous hemianopia by a left occipital-parietal lobe hemorrhage was treated with Qu-Ji-Du-Huang-Wan, acupuncture and electroacupuncture for 20 days. We used confrontation visual field exam, automated perimetry and visual analog scale for evaluating symptoms. Following treatment, confrontation visual field exam and the subjective discomfort was improved. ■Conclusions The present case report suggests that combined Korean medicine treatment might be an effective treatment of post-stroke homonymous hemianopia. A number of follow up studies should be conducted to clarify the effectiveness of treatment.
Pseudo MOSFET 기술에 의한 양성자 조사 SOl 웨이퍼의 캐리어 수명 분석

Protons are irradiated into SOl wafers under total dose of 100 krad, 500 krad, 1 Mrad and 2 Mrad to analyze the irradiation effect. The electrical properties are analyzed by pseudo MOSFET technology after proton irradiation. The wafers are annealed to stabilize generated defects in a nitrogen atmosphere at $300^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour because proton irradiation induces a lot of unstable defects in the surface silicon film. Both negative and positive turn-on voltages are shifted to negative direction after the irradiation. The more proton total dose, the more turn on voltage shifts. It means that positive oxide trap charge is generated in the buried oxide(BOX). The minority carrier lifetime which is analyzed by the drain current transient characteristics decreases with the increase of proton total dose. The proton irradiation makes crystal defects in the silicon film, and consequently, the crystal defects reduce the carrier lifetime and mobility. As these results, it can be concluded that pseudo MOSFET is a useful technology for the analysis of irradiated SOI wafer.
매립지 온실 가스 배출량 산정을 위한 IPCC 선정방법별 특성 연구

본 연구에서는 매립 처리시설를 대상으로 1996 IPCC G/L에 제시된 Tier 1 방법과 GPG 2000의 Tier 2 방법, 2006 IPCC G/L의 Tier 2 방법을 이용하여 매립시설에서 발생되는 온실가스 배출량을 산정하였으며 각 방법론 별로 적용상의 장단점 및 배출결과에 영향을 주는 요인과 산정된 배출량의 특성을 고찰하였다. 온실가스 배출량을 산정한 결과 1996 IPCC G/L Tier 1의 배출량은 2000 ~ 2013년 기간 동안 평균 약 2,760 ton/yr로 산정되었고, GPG 2000 Tier 2의 배출량은 평균 약 1,500 ton/yr, 2006 IPCC G/L Tier 2의 배출량은 평균 약 880ton/yr로 가장 낮게 산정되었다. The purpose of this study was to estimate greenhouse gas emissions using IPCC 1996 Guideline Tier 1, Good Practice Guidance 2000 Tier 2 and IPCC 2006 Guideline First Order Decay methods from landfill disposal facility. In addition, a comparative analysis evaluating the pros and cons of each method based on assumptions and default factors was considered for each method. The greenhouse gas emission computed using IPCC 1996 Guideline Tier 1 method (2,760 ton/yr) was higher than the estimation of GPG 2000 Tier 2 and IPCC 2006 Guideline First Order Decay Model which showed 1500 and 880 ton/yr respectively between 2000 and 2013.

In this paper, in order to evaluate the effects of magnitude of applied voltage and harmonics on the performance of ZnO varistors, The resistance of ZnO varistor(20D431) was investigated as functions of the magnitude of applied voltage and the frequency 60 [㎐] to 540 [㎐] which responds to the fundamental and odd harmonics of 60 [㎐]-power frequency. As a consequence, it was found that the resistance of ZnO varistor is decreased with increasing the magnitude and frequency of applied voltage.

Effects of Ga contents of CIGS absorber layer on the performance of thin films solar cells were investigated. As Ga content increased, the grain size of CIGS films decreased presumably because Ga diffusion during 2nd stage of co-evaporation process is more difficult than In diffusion. Performances of corresponding solar cell show systematic dependence on Ga content in which open circuit voltage increases and short circuit current and fill factor decrease as Ga contents increases. At a optimal condition of Ga/(In+Ga)=0.27, the solar cell shows a conversion efficiency of 15.6% with V_{OC} of 0.625 V, J_{SC} of 35.03 mA/cm² and FF of 71.3%.

이 연구는 『한국언어지도』에 수록된 어휘 조사 항목을 기초 자료로, 동남 방언의 하위 지역 방언에 대한 네트워크 분석과 계층적 군집 분석을 수행한 연구이다. 동남 방언의 하위 지역 방언 네트워크를 구축하고 각 지역 방언의 네트워크 중심성을 측정하였다. 또한 네트워크 노드의 최소 단계 거리를 계산하여 계층적 군집 분석방법으로 동남 방언의 각 지역 방언 간의 관계를 구조화하였다. 동남방언은 울주 방언을 제외하고, 경상북도와 경상남도의 행정구역을 경계로 크게 두 방언권으로 구분되었다. 그리고 그 내부적으로는 다양한 세부 구조가 관찰되었다. This study conducted a network analysis and a hierarchical clustering analysis based on some items of the vocabulary, which is included in The Map of Korea Dialects. We would consider the structure and the relations between the Gyeongsang sub-dialects, by calculating the dialect-distances of the Gyeongsang sub-dialects through the network analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis. Gyeongsang dialect, except the Ulju dialect, was divided into two big clusterings(south Gyeongsang dialects and south Gyeongsang dialects). And a variety of structures inside them has been observed.
