        타이타늄 표면 처리 특성에 따른 젖음성에 관한 연구

        연구목적: 임플란트가 식립되어질 때 매식체는 조직액과 접촉하게 된다. 임플란트의 조직액 흡착은 표면처리에 따라 다양하게 나타난다. 이 때 임플란트 시편의 표면 거칠기와 젖음성과의 상관관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구재료 및 방법: 표면 거칠기와 젖음성의 상관관계를 측정하기 위해 네 종류의 임플란트 시편을 각각 5종류 만들었다. 각각의 그룹은 그룹 A: Machined Surface, 그룹 B: Anodized surface, 그룹 C: RBM (HA blasting) surface, 그룹 D: CMP (calcium methaphosphate) coating surface이다. 연구결과: 1. 표면의 거칠기는 RBM, CMP, Anodized, Machined 그룹 순서로 거칠었다. RBM과 CMP는 통계적으로 유의차가 없었다 (P<.05). 2. 젖음성은 Anodized, RBM, CMP, Machined 그룹 순서로 높았다. CMP와 Machined는 통계적으로 유의차가 없었다 (P<.05). 3. 표면 거칠기와 젖음성과의 상관관계는 없었다. Statement of problem: When an implant is fixed, a fixture comes into contact with a tissue fluid. Adhesion of a tissue fluid to a surface of implant is various case by case. Purpose: The ultimate goal of this work is to analyze a correlation between a surface roughness and wettability of implant specimens. A measurement for wettability is performed considering 4 types of specimen implant with surface treatments different from each other to investigate the change of wettability with the elapse of time. Material and methods: Firstly, 20 specimens of titanium were prepared. The specimen were made of a commercial Titanium Grade IV with the diameter of 10 mm and the thickness of 1 mm. According to the method of surface treatment, the specimens were classified into 4 groups of 5 specimens per group. Group A: Machined Surface Group B: Anodized surface Group C: RBM (HA blasting) surface Group D: CMP (calcium methaphosphate) coating surface. Surface roughness of specimen was measured using SV-3000S4 (Mituyoto, Japan). The measurement was based on the standard of JIS1994. Sessile drop method was used to measure the wettability, which measures contact angle between implant disc and saline with the time interval of 5, 10, and 15 seconds. SPSS 11.0 was used to analyze the collected data. In order to analyze the difference of wettability and surface roughness according to implant surface treatment method. The statistical significance was tested with the confidence level of 95%. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the correlation of surface roughness and wettability. Results: The difference of surface roughness was statistically significant in the order of Group C ($1.69{\pm}0.26$), Group D ($1.58{\pm}0.16$), Group B ($0.78{\pm}0.14$) Group A ($0.18{\pm}0.05$). The wettability has also a statistically significant difference, which was in the order of group B ($17.70{\pm}2.66$), Group C ($27.86{\pm}4.52$), Group D ($66.28{\pm}3.70$) Group A ($70.52{\pm}8.00$). There was no difference in wettability with the passage of time. Conclusions: 1. The surface roughness was high in the order of RBM, CMP, Anodized, Machined group (P<.05). 2. The wettability was high in the order of Anodized, RBM, CMP, Machined group (P<.05). 3. There was no statistical significance in the correlation of surface roughness and wettability.

        오노디 세포내 곰팡이 덩이에 의한 시신경병증 1예

        Purpose: To report a rare case of optic neuropathy caused by a fungal ball in an Onodi cell. Case summary: A 63-year-old female was referred to our clinic with relapsed visual loss and ocular pain in the right eye. She had been diagnosed as optic neuritis 14 days before and given pulse steroid therapy. She recovered to normal but relapsed 7 days before. In medical referral there was no suspected multiple sclerosis but only a few inflammation in the paranasal sinuses. On our initial examination, best corrected visual acuity was counting finger at 10 cm in the right eye, and 1.0 in the left eye, along with relative afferent pupillary defect in the right eye. The fundoscopic examinations disclosed disc swelling; nearly total visual field defect was observed on visual field examination and visual evoked potential test revealed decreased amplitude at P100 wave in the right eye. Clinical impression was relapsed optic neuritis. After the administration of pulse steroid therapy, her disc swelling was decreased and visual acuity was recovered to 0.6, however, visual acuity was exacerbated to 0.4 in 2 weeks. We checked outside brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and the result showed optic neuropathy caused by a fungal ball in an Onodi cell. The patient was referred to otorhinolaryngologist and fungal ball was removed by endoscopic sinus surgery. 3 weeks after surgery the patient's visual acuity was 0.9, no disc swelling was found and visual evoked potential was recovered to normal. Conclusions: An Onodi cell lesion should be considered in the differential diagnosis of optic neuritis, identified by imaging studies and promptly removed by surgery for visual recovery.         최신판례분석 : 체포현장에서 `변호인이 되려는 자`의 접견교통권 - 대법원 2017. 3. 9. 선고 2013도16162 판결 -

        본 사건은 경찰이 노동자 A를 체포하는 것을 본 변호사 K가 변호인 접견교통권을 행사하려 하였으나 이를 경찰이 저지하는 과정에서 약간의 몸싸움이 발생하자 현장을 지휘하던 경찰간부 甲이 K를 공무집행방해죄의 현행범으로 체포하였고, 체포적부심사를 통해 석방된 K가 甲을 불법체포 및 직권남용의 혐의로 고소하면서 시작되었다. 검찰은 甲에 대한 K의 고소 건에 대해서 `혐의 없음`의 불기소처분을 하였고, 이에 K가 재정신청을 하여 서울고등법원이 공소제기결정을 함에 따라 검사가 공소를 제기하여 피고인 甲에 대한 형사재판이 진행되었다. 이 사건의 공소유지를 담당하게 된 검사는 1심과 2심에서 모두 무죄를 구형하였다. 피고인과 검사가 모두 무죄를 주장하는 이례적 재판이었지만, 법원은 1심, 항소심, 상고심 모두 피고인과 검사 측의 무죄 주장을 배척하고 피고인 甲에게 직권남용체포죄와 직권남용권리행사방해죄를 인정하였다. 이 사건의 핵심쟁점은 체포현장에서의 변호인 접견교통권의 보장과 관련되어 있다. 형사소송법 제34조는 “변호인 또는 변호인이 되려는 자는 신체구속을 당한 피고인 또는 피의자와 접견하고 서류 또는 물건을 주고받을 수 있으며 의사로 하여금 진료하게 할 수 있다”고 규정함으로써 `변호인`은 물론 `변호인이 되려는 자`의 접견교통권을 보장하고 있다. 그런데 체포현장에서 자발적으로 피체포자의 변호인이 되려는 의사를 일방적으로 표시한 변호사가 `변호인이 되려는 자`의 지위에서 접견교통권을 행사할 수 있는지 문제된다. 이에 대해서 본 판례는 변호사측 일방의 의사표시만 있다고 하더라도 객관적으로 피체포자의 변호인이 될 가능성이 있다면 접견교통권을 제한할 수 없다고 보았으며, K의 행위가 접견교통권 행사의 한계를 일탈한 것도 아니라고 판단하였다. 이 판례는 `변호인이 되려는 자`의 접견교통권을 폭넓게 인정하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 크다. 또한 실체법적 관점에서 甲이 A를 체포한 것은 적법한 공무집행이 아니므로 K가 이에 항의하면서 A를 태운 경찰 차량을 막고 A에 대한 접견을 요청한 것은 공무집행방해죄에 해당하지 아니함에도 불구하고, 甲이 A를 공무집행방해죄의 현행범으로 체포한 것은 불법체포에 해당하고, 이로써 A의 접견교통권의 행사를 방해한 것은 직권남용권리행사방해죄에 해당한다는 점을 분명히 한 판례다. This case describes the moment when attorney “K” witnessed a police officer arresting labor worker “A.” The attorney tried to exercise the right of interview and communication for worker A. However, during this process, there was a slight struggle with a police officer which caused “K” to be arrested for obstructing the official duties. Later, attorney “K” accused the police officer of unlawful arrest and abuse of authority. A public prosecutor notified non-prosecution disposition about this accusation, and the attorney applied for adjudication to the Seoul High Court. As the Seoul High Court decided, the public prosecutor instituted a public prosecution. The public prosecutor who oversaw the prosecution demanded a decision of innocence for the defendant. It was uncommon for both the public prosecutor and the defendant to claim innocence. However, the High Court declared unlawful arrest and crime of abuse of official authority to the defendant. The main issue of this case is related to the right of interview and communication. Article 34 of the Criminal Procedure Act protects the right of both `the defense counsel` and `the person who desires to be a defense counsel` by stating “The defense counsel or a person who desires to be a defense counsel may have an interview with the criminal defendant or the criminal suspect who is placed under physical restraint, may deliver or receive any documents or things and may have any doctor examine and treat the criminal defendant or the criminal suspect.” But it is questionable whether the attorney who showed his/her desire to be a defense counsel to declare the right of interview and communication is eligible to do so. The Supreme Court judged that it cannot be prohibited to have the right of interview and communication if there is a possibility for a person who desires to be a defense counsel to be the actual defend counsel. Also, the action of “K” is not exceeding the rights. This case is meaningful in the sense that the Supreme Court allowed the right of interview and communication broadly. In the perspective of the substantial law, the police officer arresting “A” was not a lawful performance of official duties. Therefore, the attorney “K”`s action of requesting the right of interview and communication while blocking the police vehicle cannot be the obstruction of the performance of official duties. As a result, this case clarified that the action of the police officer arresting “K” was an unlawful arrest and interfering “A”`s right of interview and communication was a crime of abuse of official authority.

        치자(梔子)의 Apoptosis유발 억제효과

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of Gardeniae Fructus on 4-HNE-induced apoptosis in PC-12 cell. Methods : A MTT assay was conducted to observe the cytotoxicity of Gardeniae Fructus on the PC-12 cell viability and the cytoprotective effects of Gardeniae Fructus on PC-12 cell against oxidative stress caused by 4-HNE. And western blot was conducted to observe the expression of Bax, Bcl-2, Caspase-3, $TNF-{\alpha}$ proteins which are involved in intrinsic and extrinsic apoptosis pathway. Results : 25, 50, 100, 200 and $400{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ of Gardeniae Fructus water extract had no cytotoxicity on PC-12 cell. $200{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ of Gardeniae Fructus water extract had significant cytoprotective effect on PC-12 cell against oxidative stress caused by 4-HNE. The expression of Bax protein in 50, 100 and $200{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ of Gardeniae Fructus was significantly decreased in PC-12 cell. The expression of Bcl-2 protein in $200{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ of Gardeniae Fructus was significantly increased in PC-12 cell. The expression of Caspase-3 protein in 100 and $200{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ of Gardeniae Fructus was significantly decreased in PC-12 cell. The expression of $TNF-{\alpha}$ protein in $50{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ of Gardeniae Fructus was significantly decreased in PC-12 cell. Conclusions : These results suggest that Gardeniae Fructus water extract is effective to protect PC-12 cell from 4-HNE induced apoptosis.

        A Study on Logistics Information System Integration

        본 연구는 한국우정의 우편물류통합정보시스템(PostNet)의 구축 사례를 통하여 정보시스템 통합의 단계별 추진과정과 성공적인 실행동인을 살펴보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. PostNet은 조직상의 통합(조직구조 개편), 전략적 통합(업무처리절차 재설계), 기술적 통합(데이터통합, 어플리케이션통합, 통합플렛폼 구축)을 상황적으로 고려하여 정보시스템 통합을 수행하였다. 또한 통합과정에서 세 가지 측면의 통합을 목적에 맞게 연계되도록 구현하였다. PostNet은 기존에 물리적 통합 및 하드웨어 통합의 단계에 머물러 있던 정보시스템 통합의 수준을 경영 목표, 운영 목표와 일치시키도록 진일보시켰다는데 큰 의의가 있다. 한국우정은 물류산업 내에서 최대의 물류망, 조직 서비스를 보유하고 있다 따라서 본 논문의 결과는 향후 정보시스템 통합의 이론적 근거의 틀을 제시할 뿐 아니라 특히 물류시스템 통합에 대한 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, we analyze process of implementing and successful enabler of Postal Logistics Integrated Information Systems(PostNet) through a case study on Korea Post. PostNet was integrated by considering contingently organizational integration (organizational structure redesign), strategical integration (business process reengineering), and technical integration(data integration, application integration, and integrated platform implementation). And also integration was implemented for supporting three aspects. PostNet has implication for advanced integration with business mission and operational efficiency by comparing integration with physical level and hardware level. Korea Post has the biggest logistics network, organization, and service in logistics industry area. The results of this paper will suggest theoretical framework for the future information system integration, and will be utilized as a practical guideline for the information system integration.
