        트림 변화에 따른 컨테이너선의 저항성분별 특성 연구

        The shipping and shipbuilding industries have had business difficulties since the implementation of regulations on the CO₂ emissions from ships by IMO and the occurrence of the global financial crisis in 2008. Under this global recession, most shipping firms have started to operate their fleets at slow steaming rates with the goal of improving the profit ratio per transported unit. This study analyzed the resistance performance of a 6,800 TEU container ship corresponding to its trim variation with slow steaming, compared with that at its original design speed. Two different grid systems were used for the numerical calculation, one that considered the free surface allowing the capture of the dynamic trim and one that did not. This made it possible to clearly classify each resistance component to provide useful information to hull-form designers. In addition, a form factor assumption method using CFD was used for a reasonable effective power prediction in compliance with the 1978 ITTC performance prediction method. It was found that the total resistance of a 6,800 TEU container ship was reduced by 2.6% in the case of a 1-m trim at the bow at 18 kn.

        경찰조직의 사회적 자본이 직무성과에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 경찰조직의 사회적 자본과 경찰공무원의 직무성과간의 관계에 대하여 업무스트레스를 중심으로 실증적으로 파악하였다. 이를 위해 이론적 논의 및 선행연구를 통해 사회적 자본의 구성요인으로 신뢰, 협력적 교환, 집단결속, 상사지지, 동료지지, 조직공정성 등으로 정리하였으며, 직무성과 구성요인으로 직무만족과 조직몰입을 정리하였다. 각 구성요인에 대한 설문문항을 개발하여 전남지방경찰청 산하 8개 경찰서에 근무하는 경찰공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 업무스트레스를 매개로 하여 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 사회적 자본은 신뢰와 조직공정성으로 나타났으며, 조직몰입은 업무스트레스와 매개되지 않고 사회적 자본의 구성요인이 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 따라서 경찰공무원들에게 있어서 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 사회적 자본은 업무스트레스를 통한 간접효과보다는 직접효과가 더 큰 것으로 알 수 있으며 그들의 직무성과를 높이기 위해서는 업무스트레스보다는 사회적 자본에 더 큰 관심을 가져야 할 것으로 제시하였다.

        포인트 클라우드 기반 선체 구조 변형 탐지 알고리즘 적용 연구

        As ship condition inspection technology has been developed, research on collecting, analyzing, and diagnosing condition information has become active. In ships, related research has been conducted, such as analyzing, detecting, and classifying major hull failures such as cracks and corrosion using 2D and 3D data information. However, for geometric deformation such as indents and bulges, 2D data has limitations in detection, so 3D data is needed to utilize spatial feature information. In this study, we aim to detect hull structural deformation positions. It builds a specimen based on actual hull structure deformation and acquires a point cloud from a model scanned with a 3D scanner. In the obtained point cloud, deformation(outliers) is found with a combination of RANSAC algorithms that find the best matching model in the Octree data structure and dataset.

        인공지능 기반 선체 균열 탐지 현장 적용성 연구

        With the advent of autonomous ships, it is emerging as one of the very important issues not only to operate with a minimum crew or unmanned ships, but also to secure the safety of ships to prevent marine accidents. On-site inspection of the hull is mainly performed by the inspector's visual inspection, and video information is recorded using a small camera if necessary. However, due to the shortage of inspection personnel, time and space constraints, and the pandemic situation, the necessity of introducing an automated inspection system using artificial intelligence and remote inspection is becoming more important. Furthermore, research on hardware and software that enables the automated inspection system to operate normally even under the harsh environmental conditions of a ship is absolutely necessary. For automated inspection systems, it is important to review artificial intelligence technologies and equipment that can perform a variety of hull failure detection and classification. To address this, it is important to classify the hull failure. Based on various guidelines and expert opinions, we divided them into 6 types(Crack, Corrosion, Pitting, Deformation, Indent, Others). It was decided to apply object detection technology to cracks of hull failure. After that, YOLOv5 was decided as an artificial intelligence model suitable for survey and a common hull crack dataset was trained. Based on the performance results, it aims to present the possibility of applying artificial intelligence in the field by determining and testing the equipment required for survey.

        경찰공무원의 감정노동이 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships between police officials’ emotional labor, on-job stress and job satisfaction. A conceptual research model for empirical analysis is identified through theoretical discussion and review of previous studies. The model utilizes the emotional effort and emotional dissonance aspects of emotional labor as independent variables, job stress as the mediating variable, job satisfaction as the dependent variable, social support (of seniors and colleagues), and job autonomy as moderating variables. Each of the factors of the conceptual research model are included in the questionnaire, used to survey police officers of ‘J-province’ police agency. The results of this study are as follows: First, emotional dissonance is connected to increased job stress but emotional effort combined with social support and job autonomy reduces job stress. Second, each of the variables can impact upon the path relations of the research model, when applied both individually or in combination with the moderating variables. Third, while most previous studies have suggested that emotional labor has positive and negative consequences, this study has found that emotional labor has the positive effect of job satisfaction, and the negative effect of job stress, depending on the situation (degree of the moderating variables).

        CFD를 이용한 컨테이너 선형의 트림별 저항성능 해석

        Vessels are traditionally optimized for a single condition, normally the contract speed at the design draft. The actual operating conditions quite often differ significantly. At other speed and draft combinations, adjusting the trim can often be used to reduce the hull resistance. Changing the trim is easily done by shifting ballast water. There are several ways to assess the effect of the trim on the hull resistance and fuel consumption, including in-service measurements, model tests, and CFD. In this paper, CFD is employed for the assessment of the resistance performance according to the trim conditions. The commercial CFD code of the STAR-CCM+ is utilized to evaluate the ship`s resistance performance on a 6,800 TEU container ship. To validate of the effectiveness of STAR-CCM+, the experimental result of the KCS hull form is compared with the result from STAR-CCM+. It is found that the total resistance of the 6,800 TEU container ship was reduced by 2.6% in the case of a 1-m trim by head at 18knots.
