        비닐하우스 내 태양초 생산을 위한 고추 자동 교반장치 개발

        This study was carried out to test a red pepper tedding factors which is needed for design and development of an auto-tedding machine and a performance. According to this test, the results can be summarized as follows: The results of the tedding factors test according to shape of rotary blade, which is the 0.4 to 0.5 mm brush type, was found to be the most appropriate. As a result of tedding ratio which includes brush diameters, driving velocities and rotation velocities, there was generally no significance difference, but the red pepper tedding efficiency was found to be 39.7%. The moisture drying rate of red pepper was found to be 0.9 %w.b./h in prototype auto-tedding machine and 0.4 %w.b./h in traditional practice. The drying time was found to be 3 days in prototype auto-tedding machine and the traditional practice was 6 days. The average variable coefficient of the red pepper moisture content was found to be 16.8% in prototype auto-tedding machine in comparing with the traditional practice of 35.0%. This test showed a difference around two times, and this difference was evaluated to be the reason for irregular drying and different drying times.

        Anthocyanin Induces Apoptosis of DU-145 Cells In Vitro and Inhibits Xenograft Growth of Prostate Cancer

        Purpose: To investigate the effects of anthocyanins extracted from black soybean,which have antioxidant activity, on apoptosis in vitro (in hormone refractoryprostate cancer cells) and on tumor growth in vivo (in athymic nude mouse xenograftmodel). Materials and Methods: The growth and viability of DU-145 cells treated with anthocyanins were assessed using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay and apoptosis was assessed by DNA laddering. Immunoblotting was conducted to evaluate differences in the expressions of p53, Bax, Bcl, androgen receptor (AR), and prostate specific antigen(PSA). To study the inhibitory effects of anthocyanins on tumor growth in vivo, DU-145 tumor xenografts were established in athymic nude mice. The anthocyaningroup was treated with daily oral anthocyanin (8 mg/kg) for 14 weeks. After 2 weeks of treatment, DU-145 cells (2×106) were inoculated subcutaneouslyinto the right flank to establish tumor xenografts. Tumor dimensions were measuredtwice a week using calipers and volumes were calculated. Results: Anthocyanintreatment of DU-145 cells resulted in 1) significant increase in apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner, 2) significant decrease in p53 and Bcl-2 expressions (with increased Bax expression), and 3) significant decrease in PSA and AR expressions. In the xenograft model, anthocyanin treatment significantly inhibit tumorgrowth. Conclusion: This study suggests that anthocyanins from black soybeaninhibit the progression of prostate cancer in vitro and in a xenograft model.

        The Effect of Cyanidin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside on the Penile Erection and Corpus Cavernosum in a Rat Model of Diabetic Erectile Dysfunction

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate Cyanidin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside on improvement and protection for erectile function. Materials and Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats (12wks old) were divided into three groups (n=12 in each): normal control, diabetes (DM), and diabetes with Cyanidin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (C3G) concentration materials treatment (DM+C3G). DM and DM+C3G group received a single injection of streptozotocin (50 mg/kg), and 4 wk after induction of diabetes, DM+C3G group were treated with daily C3G (10 mg/kg) dissolved in water for 8 wk. After 12 wk of streptozotocin injections, rats in each group underwent intracavernosal pressure measurement (ICP) and then the corporal tissues were sampled. Results: DM group showed markedly lower erectile parameters than those in the control group, whereas rats in the DM+C3G group showed improved erectile function by minimizing corporal apoptosis. Conclusions: The current study is the first to suggest that Cyanidin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside may have a potency to improve and protect erectile function in a rat model of diabetic erectile dysfunction.

        한우 및 낙농 단지용 소형 TMR 플랜트 모델 개발(II) - 모델의 성능시험 및 경제성분석 -

        A Model of small scale total mixed rations(TMR) plant which can be utilized round bales was developed, tested and analyzed in this study. This study consist of two parts. One is development of a small scale TMR plant model which was already reported at the previous paper. This is the second part of the study. For the study, a series of tests of the model plant were performed and its costs was analyzed. Also, the break-even point of the model plant by comparing with market price of commercial TMR feed was determined. Results of the research are summarized as follows ;As the results of mixing test, the average coefficient of variation(CV) value for mixing of the feed was 13.0 % at the gate of the mixer. The production cost was estimated as 8,298 won/head for dairy cattle farm and 2,495 won/head for beef cattle farm, when producing 8 batch a day. Also, it is recommended to utilize the model plant when farm size is over 79 heads for dairy cattle farm and 113 heads for beef cattle farm. As an overall conclusion, the model plant designed for farm size TMR feed mill will be very useful model for both beef cattle and dairy farms in Korea. Also it is expected that the capital investment for the model plant can be recovered with 8 months compare with purchasing commercial TMR feed if the model plant feeds 1,000 beef cattle approximately.

        COVID-19 상황하에서 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 유형별 서비스 품질 결정요인이 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of an online operation model of a company according to COVID-19, pay attention to the development and operation of an online brand community, and analyze each strength through surveys on the types of online brand communities of three companies. Finally, we attempt to provide meaningful implications for companies seeking to develop an online brand community during the epidemic. Information was collected and analyzed for famous online brand communities at home and abroad, and exploratory factor analysis was conducted to verify tartanity and efficiency. Second, it is the result of tartanism and exploratory factors. Finally, the validity of this method was verified through a validation investigation, and the hypothesis was empirically verified after comparing the relevant values with the extracted data. Consumer satisfaction determinants of brand service quality by online brand (consumer-centered, corporate-operated, and third-party company-opened) have a positive effect. Six items of formability, reliability, responsiveness, interaction, information provision type, and stability are analyzed and assumed to be the determinants that have the greatest influence. This paper analyzed the determinants that influence the large model among the determinants of brand service quality by online brand community type. It provides useful references and data for the operation of a company's online brand community.

        벼의 함수율에 따른 도정수율의 변화Milled

        In order to investigate the optimum moisture content of paddy for milling process, a series of tests were conducted by examining the recovery rate and whiteness of milled rice in relation with the various moisture content. Hwabong-byeo and Dongjin-byeo varieties which were major paddies cultivated in Korea were used for the experiment. The test was performed with small experimental milling machines. In order to minimize the unexpected factors, environment conditions were kept in constant during the experiment.As a result, the recovery rate of milled rice were varied as the changes in milling time and degree of whiteness. However, the recovery rate of milled rice increases as its moisture content increases untill a certain point of moisture content and decreases slowly afterward. This certain point can be called optimum moisture content for rice milling. Also, it has a different value depending on the variety. In this experiment, optimum moisture content of Hwabong-byeo and Dongjin-byeo were considered around 14.8% and 15.3%, respectively. It is not sure that these optimum moisture contents for the two varieties would assume the same values irrespective of harvest year and place. However, it could be concluded that the optimum moisture content for rice milling is around 15%(w.b.) for Hwabong-byeo and 15.5%(w.b.) for Dongjin-byeo, respectively. 벼의 함수율에 따르는 도정 수율과 백도의 관계를 조사하고, 아울러 도정 수율이 가장 높게 나타나는 벼의 적정 함수율을 결정하고 또한 이에 대한 조사방법을 정립하기 위하여 본 연구는 실시되었다. 공시재료는 함수율이 18% 정도가 되는 동진벼와 화봉벼를 황산 희석액을 이용하여 EMC 상태로 벼의 함수율을 12%에서 17%사이로 조절한 후에 사용하였다. 이렇게 준비된 시료를 도정하여 함수율별로 도정시간에 따른 백도 및 도정수율의 변화를 측정하였으며, 이를 이용하여 백도별 함수율에 따르는 도정수율을 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 분석된 실험 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.1) 함수율별 도정시간에 따르는 백도는 함수율별, 품종별로 차이가 있었으며 본 실험에서 수행된 동진벼 및 화봉벼의 경우 최대 백도가 각각 48.5에서 49.8로 나타났다. 또한 백도는 도정시간에 관한 함수로 나타낼 수가 있었는데 상관 계수 R2는 0.95에서 0.99사이로 매우 높게 나타났다.2) 동진벼와 화봉벼에 대한 함수율별 제현율의 변화를 관찰한 결과 80.3∼82.7%의 제현율 분포를 보였으나 함수율별로 차이는 없었다.3) 함수율별 도정시간에 따르는 도정수율은 도정시간, 함수율별, 품종별로 차이가 있었다. 도정 시간이 증가함에 따라 도정수율은 감소하였는데, 본 실험에서 조사된 도정시간에 대한 도정수율의 관계를 함수로 나타낸 결과 상관 계수 R2 값이 0.90에서 0.99사이로 높게 나타났다.4) 벼의 함수율 변화에 따르는 백도별 도정수율은, 백도 35인 경우 벼의 함수율이 높아짐에 따라 증가하다가 동진벼 함수율 15.3%, 화봉벼 함수율 14.8%에서 최대값을 보였으며, 이후 함수율에서는 도정수율은 다시 감소하였다. 또한 백도 32.5∼40에 걸쳐 이러한 경향은 동일하게 나타났다.5) 일반적으로 도정수율을 최대화할 수 있는 벼 함수율은 품종 및 재배 지역, 재배 년도 등 여러 가지 요인에 따라 달라질 수 있으나 본 연구에서의 도정시험 결과 동진과 화봉벼의 경우 최적의 벼의 함수율은 15∼15.5% 전후인 것으로 판단되었다.

        시설재배 참외 수확 로봇 개발

        Oriental melon (Cucumis melo var. makuwa) should be cultivated on the soil and be harvested. It is difficultto find because it is covered with leaves, and furthermore, it is very hard to grip it due to its climbing stems. Thisstudy developed and tested oriental melon harvesting robots such as an end-effector, manipulator and identificationdevice. The end effector is divided into a gripper for harvest and a cutter for stems. In addition, it was designed tocontrol the gripping and cutting forces so that the gripper could move four fingers at the same time and the cuttercould move back and forth. The manipulator was designed to realize a 4-axis manipulator structure to combineorthogonal coordinate-type and shuttle-type manipulators with L-R type model to rotate based on the central axis. With regard to the identification device, oriental melon was identified using the primary identification global viewcamera device and secondary identification local view camera device and selected in the prediction of the sugar contentor maturity. As a result of the performance test using this device, the average harvest time was 18.2 sec/ea, averagepick-up rate was 91.4%, average damage rate was 8.2% and average sorting rate was 72.6%. 참외 재배환경은 토양 위의 수평바닥에서 재배된 것을수확하여야 하며, 참외가 잎으로 덮여져 있어 인식이 어렵고, 덩굴성 줄기로 인해 참외를 그립하기에도 매우 불리하다. 이러한 재배환경에 적합하도록 엔드이펙트, 머니퓰레이터, 인식장치 등의 참외 수확 로봇을 개발하였고이를 시험하였다. 엔드이펙터는 수확물을 잡기 위한 그립퍼와 줄기를 절단하는 커터로 구분되며, 그립퍼는 4개의 핑거가 동시에 구동하고, 커터는 2개로 전후진 동작이 되도록 설계하여 파지력과 절단력을 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. 머니퓰레이터는 중심축을 기준으로 회전을하는 L-R형 모델에 직교 좌표형과 셔틀형 머니퓰레이터를 조합한 4축 매니플레이트 구조로 설계하였다. 인식장치는 1차 인식장치인 GVC와 2차 인식장치인 LVC를이용하여 참외를 식별하고 그 중에서 당도나 숙도를 예측하여 선별하였다. 이 장치를 이용하여 로봇의 성능시험을 한 결과 수확시간은 평균 18.2sec/ea, 픽업율은 평균 91.4%, 손상율은 평균 8.2%, 선별율은 평균 72.6%로나타났다.

        입경․비중 겸용 밭작물 곡물 선별기의 설계 요인 분석

        본 연구에서는 입경·비중 겸용 밭작물 곡물 선별기 개발을 위한 전 단계로서, 밭작물 곡물의 완전립과 불량립의 기하학적, 공기역학적, 마찰 특성을 측정하고, 선별기 설계에 적용하기 위한 선별 요인을 분석하였다. 측정된 곡물의 기하학적 특성 결과(길이, 폭, 두께)를 이용하여 스크린의 치수와 형상을 결정하여 선별기를 제작하여 선별시험을 한 결과 선별효율은 콩의 경우 94.7%, 커피는 92.0%, 아몬드는 74.5%, 옥수수는 90.0%로 나타났다. 측정된 곡물의 마찰 특성 결과를 이용한 고무벨트 선별 시험 결과 콩의 경우 벨트 속도 0.5 m/s, 벨트 각도 5˚ 일 때 선별효율이 88.2%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 측정된 곡물의 공기역학적 특성 결과, 종말속도는 콩의 경우 4.4∼6.0 m/s, 커피는 3.2∼4.4 m/s, 아몬드는 3.5∼5.1 m/s, 옥수수는 4.7∼6.0 m/s의 범위로 나타났다. This study was implemented to develop a separator based on particle size, shape and gravity for upland cereal crops as a preliminary research. The geometric, friction and aerodynamic characteristics of perfect and imperfect grains were tested, and separation factors were analyzed for separator design. The geometric properties of the measured cereals showed that 8.20 mm long, 7.49 mm wide and 6.24 mm thick for soybean, 9.57 mm long, 7.30 mm wide and 3.93 mm thick for coffee 21.77 mm long, 12.04 mm wide, and 7.55 mm thick for almond, and 8.12 mm long, 7.80 mm wide and 5.64 mm thick for corn. The size and shape of the screen for the separator were determined by these factors. The separation efficiency with the separator was 94.7%, 92.0%, 74.5% and 90.0% for soybean, coffee, almond and corn, respectively. Friction properties of the cereals were tested with different velocities and angles in a rubber belt. The measured friction coefficients were 0.432 for perfect-shaped soybean, 0.371 for round-surfaced coffee, 0.356 for perfect-shaped almond, and 0.665 for round-surfaced corn. The friction coefficients of the imperfect grain showed large differences in the rubber belt. In the separation efficient test, soybean showed the highest efficiency as 88.2% at a belt velocity of 0.5m/s and angle of 5°. Aerodynamic characteristics for the cereals were tested, and the results showed that the terminal velocity was 4.4 to 6.0 m/s for soybean, 3.2 to 4.4 m/s for coffee, 3.5 to 5.1 m/s for almond, and 4.7 to 6.0 m/s for corn. With the analyzed results, it was possible to determine hole size and shape for size-based selection, friction materials, conveying velocity and angle for shape-based selection, and air velocity for gravity separation.
