트랙터 견인형 원형베일 조사료용 세절급여기 개발(I) - 세절 메카니즘 개발 및 성능시험 -

Not many types of roughage cutters have been introduced in Korea so far. However, those machines could not satisfy farmers to cut rice straw or barley wrap-silage properly. There were two major obstructing factors to cut roughages; roughages were too stuff to be cut and round bale was too firm to be unbaled. In order to solve this problem, a tractor attached cut-feeding machinery for the round baled roughage was developed for dairy and beef cattle farm in Korea. For the study, a series of tests were performed and acquired data were analyzed by using the several imported roughage cutters, which have been already introduced in dairy farm in Korea. And, a prototype of forage cutter was selected, analyzed, designed and manufactured to develop a tractor attached roughage cut-feeder for round bale. Also, the prototype machinery was tested, modified and improved through revising model. As a result, a tractor attached roughage cut-feeder for round bale was manufactured. In order to evaluate the performance of the model machinery. a series of test were performed by the prototype machinery both at the plant and field. The model machinery developed satisfied in both power requirement and cutting capacity. As a conclusion, one of the obstacles against feeding the round baled roughage in the korea cattle farm can be eliminated by developing the tractor attached round baled roughage cut-feeder. 본 연구는 국내의 답리작 랩-사일리지 및 볏짚 등의 대형 원형 베일을 한번의 작업으로 세절 및 급여 할 수 있는 원형 베일 조사료용 트랙터 견인형 세절-급여기 개발에 관한 것으로 외국의 건초나 목초와 달리 절단저항이 큰 볏짚 등의 원형 베일까지 원활히 세절 할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 세절 메카니즘을 개발하고, 여기에 적합한 세절 부품들을 설계제작 하였으며, 그 성능을 테스트하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.

현미경을 다루는데 있어 현미경의 원리를 이해하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 DVD optical pick-up head (이하 OPH)를 활용하여 광경로를 직접 눈으로 볼 수 있어서 현미경 원리 파악에 도움이 되는 저렴한 가격의 현미경 시스템을 구현하였다. 실험 과정은 광원에서 나온 빛을 시료와 렌즈에 순차적으로 통과시키고, 이 정보를 CCD 카메라에서 검출하는 것으로 이루어졌다. DVD OPH 내부의 렌즈를 꺼내어 두 렌즈의 상대적 거리에 따른 성능 차이를 알아보았다. 또한, 광원을 백색 광원으로 실험한 결과와 반도체 레이저로 실험한 결과를 비교하여 광원에 따른 배율의 차이를 알아보았다. 그 결과 백색 광원일 때 반도체 레이저에 비해 해상도가 2배 이상 높았고, 현미경 시스템과 CCD 카메라의 거리가 20 cm일 때 약 150배의 배율을 보였다. When the microscope is used, it is very important to understand the principle of microscopy. In this study, relatively cheaper microscope was realized which utilizes a DVD OHP (optical pick-up head) therefore, the light path can be seen so it is helpful to understand the principle of microscopy. The experimental process was composed of transmitting the light through the sample and lenses successively and detecting the information included in light by CCD camera. The performance of microscope was observed by changing the relative distances of two getting out lenses of DVD OPH. Also, the difference of magnification was observed by comparing the results obtained by the experiments using white light and semiconductor laser beam as light sources. The result shows that the resolution with white light was two times higher than that with semiconductor and the magnification was about 150 when the distance between microscope system and CCD camera was 20 cm.

정확한 칼라 영상을 구현하기 위해서는 파장에 따른 빛의 투과 및 합성에 관한 정량적인 이해가 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 크기가 100×100 mm2 이고 두께가 0.3 mm인 적, 녹, 청 세 종류의 셀로판 필터에 백색광을 투과시키고 CCD 어레이센서를 이용하여 빛의 파장에 따른 투과율을 각각 측정하였다. 그리고 여러 겹의 필터를 거친 빛의 투과율 변화와 광원을 두 개의 광으로 분리시켜 각각 다른 필터를 거친 빛을 다시 모아 합성된 빛의 투과율을 측정하였다. 그 결과 측정값과 계산값과의 차이는 특정 영역을 제외하고는 3%이하로 나타났다. In order to realize the accurate color images the quantitative understanding for the wavelength dependent transmittance and composition of light is very important. In this study, with the transmission of white light through the Red, Green, and Blue cellophane filters whose dimension and thickness are 100100 m2 and 0.3 mm, respectively, the wavelength dependent transmittances were measured using the CCD array sensor. Also, the variation of wavelength dependent transmittances of light through the successive number of filters and composed light through two different beam path and filters separated by beam splitter. The result shows that the difference between the measured and calculated values are within 3% except specific wavelength region.
한우 및 낙농 단지용 소형 TMR 플랜트 모델 개발(II) - 모델의 성능시험 및 경제성분석 -

A Model of small scale total mixed rations(TMR) plant which can be utilized round bales was developed, tested and analyzed in this study. This study consist of two parts. One is development of a small scale TMR plant model which was already reported at the previous paper. This is the second part of the study. For the study, a series of tests of the model plant were performed and its costs was analyzed. Also, the break-even point of the model plant by comparing with market price of commercial TMR feed was determined. Results of the research are summarized as follows ;As the results of mixing test, the average coefficient of variation(CV) value for mixing of the feed was 13.0 % at the gate of the mixer. The production cost was estimated as 8,298 won/head for dairy cattle farm and 2,495 won/head for beef cattle farm, when producing 8 batch a day. Also, it is recommended to utilize the model plant when farm size is over 79 heads for dairy cattle farm and 113 heads for beef cattle farm. As an overall conclusion, the model plant designed for farm size TMR feed mill will be very useful model for both beef cattle and dairy farms in Korea. Also it is expected that the capital investment for the model plant can be recovered with 8 months compare with purchasing commercial TMR feed if the model plant feeds 1,000 beef cattle approximately.
