        원발성 대장림프종의 대장내시경 경험 3예

        Primary colonic lymphoma is a rare disease and open surgical biopsy is usually necessary for hietological confirmation. Despite the submucosal location of the tumors, histological confirmation is frequently made by endoscopic multiple punch biopsies. Recently, three patients were admitted to the hospital with right lower guadrant abdominal pain, mass and abnormalities in the right colon and cecum on the barium enema. We performed colonoscopy and found smooth surfaced polypoid mass with occasional shallow ulcerations without lobulation, so suspected lymphoma endoscopically but failed to confirm histologieal diagnosis by usual punch biopsy. Thereafter, all three cases were undergone to laparntomies, and two were confirmed to be non-Hodgkins lymphoma and the other was Hodgkins disease. Here, we present those three cases of endoscopically found colonic lymphoma with review of literatures.

        AR 코팅된 DFB 레이저에서 격자 위상의 영향

        본 연구에서는 1.55um의 파장을 갖는 DFB 레이저에서 굴절률 격자와 이득 격자가 동시에 존재할 때, 오른쪽 거울 면에 반사가 일어나지 않도록 유전막 코팅을 하여 𝜌<sub>r</sub>=0 이 되도록 하였다. 𝛿L>0인 경우일 때, 발진 모드에 대하여, 발진 주파수와 발진 이득의 특성을 해석했다. 좌측 거울면의 격자 위상이 𝜋에서부터 𝜋/2 계속 감소할 때, 각 모드의 그래프 선들이 좌측으로 조금씩 이동한다. 발진 모드의 문턱 이득이 가장 낮은 경우는 𝜅L=10인 경우이고, 이때 모드 선별성은 상대적으로 낮다. 모드 선별성이 우수한 경우는 𝜅L=0.5에서부터 𝜅L=6 정도까지이고, 이 경우 주파수 안정성이 우수하다. 두 개의 벽개면을 갖는 경우와 비교하면, 한 개의 무반사면을 갖는 경우, 발진 모드의 문턱 이득이 증가하지만 모드 선별성은 2배 정도 더 우수해 진다. In this paper, when a refractive index grating and a gain grating were simultaneously present in a DFB laser having a wavelength of 1.55 ㎛, a dielectric film coating was applied so that reflection did not occur on the right mirror surface, so that 𝜌<sub>r</sub>=0. In case of 𝛿L>0, the characteristics of the oscillation frequency and oscillation gain were analyzed. When the grating phase of the left mirror surface continues to decrease from 𝜋, the graph lines of each mode gradually shift to the left. In case of 𝜅L=10, the threshold gain of the oscillation mode is the lowest. In this case, the mode selectivity is relatively low. From 𝜅L=0.5 to 𝜅L=6, the mode selectivity and the frequency stability are excellent. In the case of DFB lasers with an anti-reflection coated mirror, the threshold gain of the oscillation mode increases but the mode selectivity is about twice as excellent, compared with DFB lasers of having two cleaved facets.

        복식에 나타난 양성성의 상징적 의미 연구

        The purpose of this study is to observe the symbolic meaning and the values of the costume which express bisexuality through the definition from a culture point of view. The research method is to contemplate the documentary records such as world history. art history and clothing history. and to recognize the symbolic meaning of a bisexuality in modern fashion design. A definition the word 'man and woman' restricted the human being for a long time. This restrict is enforced by the costume, but this traditional fixed idea is retarded by the liberal sense of the human being and the design expresses a sex ambiguity This study insects the sex ambiguity and the meaning of that through a cultural background and a historical costume. The results are as follows The fist, the cultural background about bisexuality is classified into the etymological point. the mythplogic point. the art and philosophical point. the political and economic background, the mass media, and the custome and the regulation. A bisexuality is a concept in existence from ancient times. we have an open-minded attitude about bisexuality in the present than the past. The second. the function of costume is sex classification before 20th century. but since 20th century the costume expresses sex ambiguity. The third. the symbols of the bisexuaity are the interminancy. the unity and the dismantling. The costume which expresses bisexuality means coexistence of male sex and female sex. this is a kind of motion to embody a idea; body of the human being. This study makes a contribution to recognize the dignity of human body and to understand the phenomenon of modern society.

      • 還元型 Glutathione 이 急性 에타놀 中毒 흰쥐의 腎蛋白量 및 Glutathione 量에 미친는 效果

        還元型 glutathione(GSH)의 投與가 에타놀 急性中毒 흰쥐의 賢代謝에 效果的인 影響을 미칠 수 있느냐를 알기 爲하여, 흰쥐를 材料로 하고, 50% 에타놀을 體重 100gm 當 1.5㎖ 씩 經口的으로 投與한 群(EOH群)과 그 前 3日間 每一體重 100gm 當 5㎎의 GSH 溶液을 腹腔內 注射한 後 에타놀 中毒을 일으킨 群(GSH+EOH 群) 및 GSH 만을 投與한 對照群(GSH 群)에서 各各 24時間까지 輕視的으로 賢蛋白量, 賢組織의 GSH 및 GSSG 量, 에타놀 血中 濃度와 Hct 値를 測定하여, 正常群과 서로 比較하여 다음의 結果를 얻었다. 賢蛋白量은 正常値인 167.4±4.72㎎/gm 에 比하여 EOH 群에서는 1時間부터 有意하게 낮은 값을 나타내어 3時間에서 最低値를 보인 後, 24時間에는 正常値로 돌아왔고, GSH+EOH 群에서도 1 및 3時間에서는 正常보다 낮은 값을 나타내었으나 EOH群보다는 높은 값을 나타내었을 뿐 아니라, 6時間에서 正常値에 가까워지는 傾向을 나타내었다. 賢組織 GSH 는 EOH 群에서는 1時間에서 이미 有意하게 높은 값을 나타내었고, 3時間에서 最高値를 나타낸 後, 24時間까지 漸次 正常範圍로 돌아왔고, GSH+EOH 群에서도 EOH 群과 비슷한 傾向을 나타내었으나, 그 程度가 緩慢하여 EOH 群의 그것보다는 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 賢組織의 GSSG 는 EOH 群에서는 6時間까지 正常보다 낮은 傾向을 나타낸 後, 24時間에서 正常値로 回復되었고, GSH+EOH 群에서는 EOH 群보다 全體的으로 높은 값을 나타내어 거의 正常値와 비슷한 傾向을 나타내었다. 血中 에타놀 濃度는 EOH 群에서는 1時間에 567.0±19.0㎎%로서 急激히 높아져서 그 後 2時間까지 徐徐히 낮아졌으나 正常보다는 모두 有意하게 높은 값이었다. GSH+EOH 群에서도 이와 비슷한 傾向을 나타내었으나 EOH 群보다는 若干 낮은 듯하였다. Hct 値는 正常의 44.8±1.82%에 比하여 EOH 群에서나 GSH+EOH 群에서 모두 3時間에서 最高値를 나타낸 後, 24時間에서는 正常値로 回復되었고, GSH+EOH 群이 EOH 群보다는 若干 낮은 傾向을 나타내었다. 以上의 結果로서 GSH 投與가 急性 에타놀 中毒에서 그 中毒狀態를 相當히 有效하게 回復시킬 수 있다고 思料된다. The radioprotective and detoxification effect of reduced glutathione(GSH) is well known. However, the effectiveness of GSH in acute ethanol intoxication has not been fully described. In the present study, an effort was directed to elucidate the possible effectiveness of GSH in acute ethanol intoxication, taking kidney protein and glutathione levels as the parameters. One hundred and thirty-seven fully matured albino rats of either sex were used, and 1.5ml of 50% ethanol per 100gm BW was orally intubated to produce the acute ethanol intoxication(EOH group). GSH in the dose of 5 mg per 100 gm BW for three days was intraperitoneally injected either alone(GSH group) or prior to ethanol intoxication(GSH+EOH group) which was initiated immediately after the last injection of GSH. The rat was sacrificed by cutting the carotid arteries and the blood sample was obtained. The both kidneys were immediately excised and placed into an ice-cold saline until ready for use. The experiment was performed at 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 hrs in all groups. The protein of the kidney was measured by the method of Lowry, et al, GSH level by the Ellman's method and GSSG level by the electrolytic reduction method of Dohan and Woodward. Hct was determined by the conventional microhematocrit method using Adams microhematocrit centrifuge and reader, and the blood ethanol concentration was measured by the method of William, et al. The results are summarized as follows. The kidney protein level in EOH group was decreased with the lowest value at 3hr after EOH administration comparing with the normal value of 167.4±4.72mg/gm. Recovery to the normal value was obserued at 24hr. In GSH+EOH group, the tendency of lowered kidney protein level was similar to EOH group. However, GSH+EOH group showed higher protein lecel than EOH group in general and recovery to the normal level was at 6hr after the administration. The GSH content of the kidney in EOH group was significantly higher at 1hr with the highest value at 24hr after the administration. GSH+EOH group exhibited the similar tendency to EOH group but the tendency was much lower than EOH group. THe GSH content of the kidney in EOH group was significantly higher at 1hr with the highest value at 3hr comparing with the normal. Recovery to the normal value was observed at 24hr after the administration. GSH+EOH group exhibited the similar tendency to EOH group but the tendency was much lower than EOH group. The GSSG content of the kidney in EOH group was generally decreased upto 6hr with the recovery to the normal value at 24hr after the administration. In GSH+EOH group, the kidney GSSG content in general was higher than or similar to normal value. The blood ethanol concentration in both EOH group and GSH+EOH group showed significantly higher values at 1hr with the slowly decreasing tendency upto 24hr after the administration, but the tendency was more prominent in EOH group. Hct value in both EOH group and GSH+EOH group showed the highest value at 3hr with the tendency of recovery at 24hr, but EOH group showed higher value than GSH+EOH group. From the above, it may be concluded that the administration of GSH is effective to a certain degree in acute ethanol intoxication.

        2013∼2017년 동해 연안의 해양환경과 영양염의 시간적 변동 : 속초, 죽변, 감포 연안

        To investigate the long-term variation characteristics of nutrients in the east coast of Korea, water temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and nutrients were measured at three stations of Sokcho, Jukbyeon and Gampo coasts for five years from 2013 to 2017. For five years, the water temperature of the East Sea coast was in the range of 1.2∼28.8℃, the salinity was in the range of 30.63∼34.79 and the dissolved oxygen (DO) was in the range of 3.53∼7.64mL/L. Distribution and variation of the water environment factors in the study area were determined by the vertical stratification of water column and distribution of water temperature. The high DO concentration in Sokcho coast From 2015 to August 2016 is presumed to be the result of the southward inflow of North Korean Cold Water (NKCW). Concentrations of dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN, NH₄-N+NO₂-N+NO₃-N) ranged 0.11∼24.19μM, phosphate concentration ranged 0.01∼1.75μM, and silicate ranged 0.17∼32.80μM. The N:P ratio was in the range of 0.7∼54.3 (mean 15.2) and the N:P slope was in the range of 11.67∼13.75. The N:P ratios in this study were lower than the Redfield ratio(16), indicating that nitrate did act as a limiting factor in phytoplankton growth. The correlation (R²) of total N:P ratio was as high as 0.95, indicating that the effect of the surrounding land or non-point sources was not significant. In conclusion, the spatial and temporal variation of nutrients in the east coast of Korea was determined by the vertical mixing of water mass with thermocline and mainly affected by physical factors such as influx of external water masses and coastal upwelling, and the influences from inflows from the land were minimal. 동해 연안의 영양염의 장기간 변동 특성을 파악하기 위하여 2013년부터 2017년까지 5년간 격월별로 속초, 죽변, 감포 연안의 3개 정점에서 수온, 염분, 용존산소, 영양염을 조사하였다. 5년 동안 동해연안에서 수온은 1.2∼28.8℃, 염분은 30.63∼34.79, 용존산소는 3.53∼7.64mL/L의 범위였으며 수온의 연직분포 변동에 따라 환경요인들의 분포와 변동이 결정되고 있었고, 북한한류수의 남하 유입에 의해 2015년과 2016년에 속초연안에서 용존산소가 높게 나타났다. 용존무기질소(DIN, NH₄-N+NO₂-N+NO₃-N)의 농도는 0.11∼24.19μM, 인산 인의 농도는 0.01∼1.75μM, 규산 규소의 농도는 0.17∼32.80μM의 범위 내에서 변동하였다. 동해연안의 N:P 비는 0.7∼54.3(평균 15.2), N:P 기울기는 해역별로 11.67∼13.75의 범위로, Redfield 비(16)보다 낮아, 동해연안에서는 대체로 질산 질소가 식물플랑크톤의 성장을 제한하는 영양염인 것으로 나타났다. 전체 N:P 기울기의 상관관계(R²)는 0.95로 높아 주변 육상 또는 비점오염원의 영향은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 동해 연안에서 영양염의 시·공간적 변동은 수온의 성층구조 변동에 따른 저층 영양염의 혼합에 따라 결정되었으며, 외부 수괴 유입과 연안 용승 등의 물리적 요인에 의해 주로 영향을 받고, 육상으로부터 유입에 의한 영향은 적은 것으로 나타났다.
