식민지 시대의 아나키즘과 농민공동체

이 논문은 일제 식민지 시기의 식민권력과 그에 기반한 경제체계가 농민공동체에 미쳤던 영향과 그런 억압에 맞서 농민들이 스스로 조직했던 공동체에서 아나키즘이 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지를 살핀다. 그동안의 아나키즘 연구들은 주로 아나키즘 운동의 전개과정이나 몇몇 인물의 사상적 특징을 밝히는데 머물렀고 아나키즘 사상과 농민공동체의 연관성에 주목하지 못했으며 공동체를 구성하는 원리로서 아나코-코뮨주의의 의미를 다루지 않았다. 본 연구는 식민지 시기의 한국 농민들이 수동적으로 지배를 받아들이지 않고 다양한 방식으로 일제에 대항했다는 사실에 주목한다. 특히 식민지 시기의 농민공동체는 새로운 사상의 싹을 틔우는 배양기였다. 3ㆍ1운동 이후 농민들은 일제에 파괴된 농민공동체를 복원하려는 다양한 노력을 펼쳤고 이는 아나키즘과 연결된다. 그런 점에서 본 연구는 아나키즘 사상이 이런 농민공동체 형성에 미친 영향과 공동체 질서의 정치적 측면을 조명하려 했다. This essay is the study of anarcho-communism and peasant community during colonial period. Kropotkin criticized Statism and capitalism, and he suggested federalism and small garden city based on peasant. Korean society was in accorded with anarcho-communism, because it had mutual aid tradition and cooperative labor culture. And then anarcho-communism was getting more mainstream of social movement. In the darkness of Japanese period, the many peasant communities struggle against coercive colonial power. 3.1. Independence Movement is the typical instance of peasant movement. I notioe the diversity of social movements during that period and focus on its variation. Though anarcho-communism was the original thought, there are many mixtures in peasant communities. In this paper, it is very important to examine how anarchism interact with other ideologies.

화력발전소 노내비계 작업자 안전성 향상을 위한 안전 관리 시스템 개발

화력발전소의 계획예방정비 기간에 보일러 노내에서는 많은 정비 작업이 이루어진다. 이 과정에서 중대 재해 등 안전사고가 발생하고 있으며, 안전사고 발생 시 공기업의 이미지 추락, 물적 피해, 인적 피해, 공기 지연 등 금액으로 환산하기가 어려울 정도로 많은 경제적, 사회적 피해가 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 화력발전소 보일러 유지·보수 작업의 안전성을 향상시키고 작업 중 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 예방하기 위하여 첫째, 정격 하중 및 작업 하중을 초과하는 하중의 발생을 실시간으로 감시하고, 둘째, 노내비계가 설치된 지지부위의 변위를 실시간으로 모니터링하여 비계 시스템의 변형이나 붕괴를 미연에 방지하며, 셋째, 노내비계 작업자의 모니터링을 통해 작업 후 노내에 잔류하는 작업 인력의 사고를 방지하도록 노내비계 안전 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 화력발전소 노내비계 작업자와 관리자의 안전 불감증 경각 및 작업자의 불안감을 해소하고, 비계 시스템 붕괴에 따른 인적, 경제적, 사회적 손실을 방지할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. During the planned overhaul period at thermal power plant, lots of repair and maintenance works have to be carried out in the boiler furnace, On the way, safety accidents leading to critical disasters used to happen more often than not, accompanying, if any, so numerously serious socioeconomic damages that won’t be able to be made up for only with the amount of money, such as downfall of corporate image, heavy losses both material and human, unexpected delays of maintenance working period, etc. With an object to step up the safeness in boiler repair and maintenance works at thermal plants by which warding off safety accidents therein, such a solution of furnace scaffold safety management system has been studied through and worked out; first off, realtime detecting any load exceeding the rated or working load, secondly, realtime monitoring the displacement at the supporting part on which the scaffold is built up, whereby to keep the furnace scaffold from deformation or breakdown, thirdly, visually scanning out any remains of workmen on the site after the working for the sake of security protection. The study is supposed to contribute to waking workmen and supervisor up out of their safety insensitivity on the site of furnace of thermal powers, relieving scaffold workers from the safety anxieties, avoiding staggering amount of socioeconomic damages and losses in the result of the chain collapse of the scaffold system, and so on.

대형 석탄 화력발전소의 보일러는 안정적인 전력량 수급을 위하여, 계속적인 운전 혹은 기동 · 정지가 반복하면서 운전 되는 등 매우 열악한 상태에서 운전되고 있기 때문에 신뢰성을 유지하기 위한 주기적 점검과 정비는 필수적이다. 정비를 위한 기존의 비계시스템은 모든 하중이 하부로 집중되어 일부 부재에 문제 발생시 연쇄적으로 비계 시스템이 붕괴되는 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 새로운 노내비계를 개발하여 상부에서 하중을 분산시키고, 일부 부재에 문제가 발생하더라도 연쇄 붕괴의 위험을 최소화하였다. 또한, 보일러 튜브의 구조로 인하여 직접적인 설치가 어려운 경우 노내비계의 설치를 위한 인양시스템을 개발하여 노내비계의 구조적인 안정성을 향상시키고 비계 작업자의 안전성을 확보하여 발전설비의 건전성을 확보할 수 있었다. Boilers of large-sized coal-fired power plants are being operated under very poor conditions such as continuous operation or repeating of start-up and shutdown for a stable supply of electricity. Thus periodic inspection and maintenance are required to ensure reliability of operation. The loads of existing scaffolding systems for the maintenance of boilers are concentrated in the lower parts structurally, which may cause a serial collapse of the overall scaffolding system when there are problems in some members. Therefore, in this study, a safe furnace scaffolding system is developed by dispersing the loads in the upper part, as well as minimizing the hazards of serial collapsing. In addition, for cases where the direct installation of furnace scaffolding is challenging owing to the structure of the boiler tube, a lifting system for the installation of furnace scaffolding is developed so that furnace scaffolding can be supported to secure the integrity of the power generating facility.

This essay asks whether contemporary Korean films have produced a new cinema, by critically examining the criteria by which Korean films are said to be new. It attempts to posit a universalising theory rather than making particular claims about Korean films, by suggesting that whether a film text is new or not will depend on its individual mode of address. To explore this problem further, this study draws on the concept of ‘concrete universality’ from a Lacanian/Žižekian standpoint. For my purpose, it refers to examining how a kind of disruptive element in a film text’s formal structure obtrudes into the diegetic reality, thus revealing a cinematic distortion in the smooth running of reality. The Host (Bong Joon-ho, 2006) reveals what cannot be said in an explicit narrative line, thus allowing us to redefine the whole narrative line. As it provides an interpretive possibility that Hyun-seo dies at the moment she is snatched by the monster, it challenges the viewer to an encounter with the inherent contradictions of family and South Korea’s social fabric.

항일운동에서 '구성된' 아나코-코뮨주의와 아나키즘 해석경향에 대한 재고찰

이 연구는 일제 식민지 시기에 등장한 크로포트킨의 아나코-코뮨주의가 어떻게 한국사회에 수용되고 발전되었는지를 살핀다. 크로포트킨은 볼셰키비의 국가주의를 비판하며 연방주의를 제안했고 자본주의를 비판하며 소농 중심의 전원도시를 건설하려 했다. 이런 논의는 아나코-코뮨주의라는 독창적인 이론을 구성하게 했다. 공동체 내의 협동을 강조하는 한국의 전통은 크로포트킨의 상호부조론과 강한 친화성을 가졌고, 아나코-코뮨주의는 중요한 사회운동의 흐름이 되었다. 그리고 식민지 해방이라는 특수한 상황에서 크로포트킨의 이론은 국가주의나 자본주의만이 아니라 사회발전의 전제로 받아들여지던 사회진화론을 비판하고 국제주의적 연대를 가능하게 했다. 그렇지만 이 연구는 독자적인 사상으로서의 가치보다 당시의 사회운동에서 민족주의와 아나키즘, 공산주의가 어떻게 서로에게 영향을 미쳤는지에 초점을 둔다. 아나키즘이 민족주의나 사회주의와 구분되는 사상이었다는 점은 분명하지만 현실의 운동과정에서 독자노선만을 고집했다는 주장은 운동의 흐름을 지나치게 단순화시킨다는 점에서 논쟁의 여지를 가진다. 따라서 다양한 접목과 정에서 아나키즘이 어떤 영향을 주고받았는지를 살피는 것은 아나키즘의 현실을 변화시키는 흐름을 만들어낼 수 있다. In the darkness of Japanese period, Kropotkin's thought criticized social darwinism and expressed international solidarity. I notice the diversity of social movements during that period and focus on its variation. Though anarcho-communism was the original thought, there are many mixtures among social movement. So they helped each other. There have been extensive discussions about the anarchism, socialism, and nationalism. But there are a few critical analysis of whether anarchism had actually come under other ideologies. In this paper, it is very important to examine how anarchism interact with other ideologies.

‘Hot Reheat Line’, which is the reheat steam pipeline among power plant pipe system supplies the reheated steam to the turbine and maintains the constant levels in temperature, pressure and flow rate through equalizing pipeline connected by branching from the main lines. As such a type of piping is the basic configuration of the power plant pipe, most of the coal-fired power plants have the same configuration, which thereby makes damages take place in the similar section and pattern. Similar pipe damages used to occur so repeatedly over time that the only way available would be to adjust the support devices and restore the damages tentatively through repair welding, as a sort of follow-up measure. In this study, it is assumed that the most integral state of the piping should be those initially installed based on the design, so that the pipelines in the Cold condition could be positioned close to the initial construction state, under which the changes of the stress distribution responding to changes of pipe positions would be confirmed by using AutoPIPE, a commercial pipe analysis program. thereafter, the strain gauges for high-temperature purpose are put up on the highly stressed sections to acquire the data concerned, with which the verification and evaluation processes could be carried out against the results of program analysis.

무격자 기법을 이용한 스파크제트 엑츄에이터의 분사 위치에 따른 2차원 초음속 공동의 유동제어에 관한 수치해석적 연구

The next generation unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) has installed the stores inside to minimize detection area exposed to radars and infrared detectors. The stability of stores separation is affected by geometry of cavity and external environment. In open cavity, resonance which causes failure of store separation and fatigue is generated by disturbance of free shear layer and pressure wave. SparkJet, one of the techniques to suppress this resonance, has the advantage of supersonic flow control. In this study, the two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equation was analyzed for the cavity flow of Mach 1.5 using a meshless method, and the flow control was performed according to the injection location using a SparkJet. The time-averaged surface pressure distribution, response time, sound pressure level, and the change in the flow field were analyzed. While the time-averaged surface pressure was reduced by 8.76% when jet was injected in upstream, it was increased by 8.27% to 11.75% when jet was injected inside of cavity. The response time was faster when jet was injected at the center of trailing edge. When the SparkJet is injected near the leading edge, and center of the trailing edge the cavity flow was stabilized and the resonance was removed. The resonance was not suppressed completely when the jet was injected near the back but the strength of the pressure oscillations was found to be weakening up to 6.28dB and its frequency increased by 0.21kHz. This study provides the foundation for flow control of cavity with complex geometry, such as UCAVs.
