스마트폰 시장의 확장과 함께 다양한 애플리케이션이 개발되고 있으며 이는 모바일광고의 형태 및 시장 변화에도 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 기존의 모바일광고는 문자 기반의 푸쉬형 광고였지만 스마트폰 환경의 모바일광고는 애플리케이션에 덧붙여지는 배너형태 또는 광고 자체를 위하여 개발된 브랜디드앱의 형태로 변화하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 환경에서 모바일광고 태도에 영향을 미치는 요소들에 대하여 광고업계 종사자들과 사용자들의 관점에서 분석하여 비교해 보았다. 분석 결과는 모바일광고 사용자와 광고업계 종사자들 간에 광고 태도에 미치는 영향 요소에 대한 인식의 차이가 확연히 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 환경의 광고 제작 시 주로 고려되어야 하는 요인들을 제시하며 광고업계 종사자들이 광고제작 시 사용자의 입장을 충분하게 고려하여야 함을 보여주고 있다. Various applications are developed with the extension of the smart phone market. This affects the change of contents and market for mobile advertisement. Mobile advertisement has been changed from the text type in feature phone environment to banner type which are added on the applications and branded app which are application itself for commercials. This research shows the difference in views between users and professions for the factors which affects the acceptance of mobile advertisement in smart phone environment. The analysis results present two groups have significant differences in the views for the users’ acceptances of mobile advertisement. This research provides the important factors which need to be considers in creating mobile commercials. It also suggests that professions in advertisement field have to consider the aspects of smart phone users when they create advertisements in smart phone environment.

Objective : Cantharides, the dried medicinal insect, has been used to treat seminal weakness and chronic inflammation of the bladder. However, cantharides is irritating and toxic when used in large amounts. This study investigated the effects of licorice on hepatic cell toxicity induced by high dose of cantharides. Methods : Cantharides and licorice were prepared by extracting 200 g of dry samples in 1.5ℓ of water for 3 h. MTT assay was used to determine cell viability. After culture, the cells were stained with MTT solution for 4 h. The dark blue crystals of formazan were dissolved with dimethylsulfoxide, and the absorbance of the formazan solution was measured at 570 nm. Results : Cantharides showed strong cytotoxic activity in hepatic cells. However, cotreatment of licorice markedly recovered the number of viable cells compared to those samples without treatment. Furthermore, we examined the hepatoprotective effect of the major components of licorice, glycyrrhizind (Gly), isoliquiritigenin (ILQ) and liquiritigenin (LQ). Of the three major compounds, ILQ and LQ showed significant cytoprotective effects. Conclusion : These results provide evidence that objectively explains the role of licorice, which has long been used for detoxification purposes in Korean medicine.

Objective : Hwangnyeonhaedok-tang (HHT) has been used to reduce heat caused by the pathogenic substances and to treat influenza, menopausal syndrome, stomatitis, and toothache. In this study, the effects of HHT on the growth of oral bacteria and acne bacteria were evaluated. Methods : HHT was prepared by extracting 160 g of dry sample in 2ℓ of water for 3 h. The antibacterial potential of HHT was determined by the agar diffusion method and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) assay. Results : HHT showed strong antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutan s and Propionibacterium acnes. At the highest amount of HHT tested (2 ㎎/disk), the mean diameter of the clear zone was recorded at 13 ㎜ for S. mutans and 27.5 ㎜ for P. acnes. MIC values for HHT against S. mutans and P. acnes were recorded as 250 and 62.5 ㎍/㎖, respectively. In addition, Phellodendri cortex showed potent antibacterial activity when comparing antimicrobial activity of Scutellariae radix, Coptidis rhizoma and Phellodendri cortex among herbs constituting HHT. Conclusion : The results of the present study suggest that HHT has antibacterial activity against human pathogenic bacterial strains and indicate possible use of HHT as antibacterial agents.
Al-5Mg 합금의 내산화성 및 인장특성에 미치는 Al2Ca의 영향

The effect of Al2Ca on the oxidation resistance and tensile property of Al-5Mg alloys was investigated. According to the TGA (Thermogravimetric analysis) result at 550oC after 24hrs, the Al-5Mg alloy showed parabolic behavior with weight gain. On the other hand, there was almost no difference in the weight changes of the Al2Ca added Al-5Mg alloys during the oxidation. It was thought that the improvement of oxidation resistance in Al2Ca added Al-5Mg alloys might be due to the formation of a protective oxide layer with CaO and MgO on the surface. The microstructures of the alloys showed grain refinement with an increasing Al2Ca content. From the tensile test, the yield strength of the alloys were improved with an increasing Al2Ca content. The 0.07 mass%Al2Ca added Al-5Mg alloy showed similar elongation and increased strength, simultaneously. It was considered that the addition of Al2Ca, which was superior in the oxidation resistance of Al, reduced the formation of Mg oxides and inclusions during the alloying. This, partly led to the improvement of tensile properties.
