        정상인에서 보행 속도가 발바닥의 최대압력분포에 미치는 영향

        Background : Many factors affect foot and ankle biomechanics during walking, including gait speed and anthropometric characteristics. This study examined the effect of walking speed on peak plantar pressure during the walking. Method : Thirty two normal healthy subjects (16 men, 16 women) were recruited. Peak plantar pressure was investigated using pressure distribution platforms (Pedoscan system) under the hallux heads of the first, second, and third metatarsal bones, and heel. Result : The results also suggest that slow walking speeds may decrease forefoot peak plantar pressure in patients with peripheral neuropathy who have a high risk of skin breakdown under the forefoot(p<0.05). Conclusion : The results also suggest that slow walking speeds may decrease forefoot peak plantar pressure in patients with restricted low extremity range of motion who have a high risk of skin breakdown under the forefoot.

        호흡운동이 호흡근 활성도 및 흉곽용적에 미치는 영향

        Background : This study is for respiratory muscle activity and chest expansion through practice abdominal breathing exercises. Methods : The subjects were consisted normal 30 persons(15 males and 15 females). The control group to 15 people to compare group and 15 people for the abdominal breathing exercise group through lip retraction movement of the therapist with the resistance of mediated abdominal breathing exercises. For 8 weeks EMG was used to know the changes in respiratory muscle. We also found out the changes in chest expansion. And the t-test was conducted to analyze among the compared group, the abdominal breathing group the differences between before and after the experiment. Results : On the changes in respiratory muscle muscular activity in the transverse abdominis have shown significant results(p<.05), and the change in chest expansion was no significant(p>.05). Conclusion : Various breathing exercises in future research on intervention programs can be studied to promote the public if the functional status is considered to be of much help.

        양측성 부하가 보행의 운동학적 요인에 미치는 영향

        Background : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the kinesiologic factors of gait on symmetric load. Methods : The subjects were consisted normal 33 persons (10 males and 23 females). The kinds of weight of the bag was 0kg, 5kg and 7kg. The kinesiologic factors of gait measured by three dimensional motion analysis system and callibration marker. Callibration was ASIS, hip greater trochanter, knee lateral epicondyle on sagittal plane, ankle lateral malleolus on sagittal plane, toe 5th phalange. The changes kinesiologic factor were analyzed using one way ANOVA with SPSS 21.0 package program. Results : The weight of the bag was statistical significance on change of hip joint and knee joint(p<.05). The weight of the bag was no significance on change of ankle joint(p>.05). The right and left of the lower limbs was no significant(p>.05). Conclusion : This research provides weight of bag for the gait. This study showed that symmetric load does affect kinesiologic factors of gait. This indicates that there is an interaction that plays a crucial roles in the weight of bag and kinesiologic factors of gait.

        운동과 저출력 레이저가 말초신경손상 흰쥐의 CAMP와 조직학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of low-power Helium Neon Infra Red(He-Ne IR)laser irradiation and exercise on the regeneration of experimentally cut sciatic nerve in rats. The thrity Sprague-Dawley adult mail rats were assigned to the 6 groups : normal group(1), injured control groups(2), experimental groups(3). There was made artificial injured in the sciatic nerve of rats the each experimental laser group and exercise group were treated from 3 days after being injured for the 5 minutes(laser group), 10 minutes(exercise group), and 15 minutes(exercise and laser group) everyday during 2 weeks. There were measured the changes of amplitude of compound muscle action potential and histological change by the light microscopy on the sciatic nerve injured rats. The results obtained as follows : 1. In the control groups, the regeneration were slowly and slightlly progressed to compared with the experimental groups. Inflammation were much more observed, and fibrous adhesion was also observed around the sutured region of the cut sciatic nerve. 2. The amplitude of compound muscle action potential in the experimental groups were significantly increased to the injured control groups at 1 week(p<.05). The compound muscle action potential of the exercise and lased group was significantly decreased to be similar to normal group at 2 weeks(p<.05). 3. In histologic finding, in the experimental groups were observed the proliferation of the schwann cells, the infiltration of inflammatory cells and the extent of destruction at adjacent tissue were remarkably decreased on the 2 weeks. From these experimental results, it may be suggested that the laser and exercise were effected the heeling process of peripheral nerve injuried rats.

        목빗근에 대한 수동 스트레칭 운동이 폐 기능에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the effect of passive stretching of the sternocleidomastoid(SCM) muscle on pulmonary function. Methods : The subjects were 20 female university students without neurological, muscular, or cardiopulmonary dysfunction. Pulmonary function was tested using a digital pulmonary function-measuring device(Pony FX, COSMED Inc., Italy). The experimental group performed three sets of passive stretching on the SCM muscles. One set included three sets of passive stretching. The control group did not perform any other exercises. After passive stretching, pulmonary function was remeasured. The statistics program was SPSSWIN(ver 25.0) package program. Results : The forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1), and vital capacity(VC) were significantly improved in the experimental group after stretching exercise. However, there was no change in the control group. The changes in the FVC, FEV1, and maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV) were higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusion : The results indicated that passive stretching exercise of the SCM muscle can improve pulmonary function. In particular, it was particularly effective for maximal effort vital capacity(MEVC) and MVV.

        6-hydroxydopamine에 의한 운동손상 흰 쥐에서 전침이 GOT, GPT, LDH 활성도 및 기능회복에 미치는 영향

        Purpose:This study was investigated the effect of electroacupuncture stimulation on the change of blood biochemical components in the rat spinal cord injury(SCI) damaged by the 6-hydroxydopamine. Methods:SCI model rats were damaged in L1-L2 injected with 6-hydroxydopamine. The thirty Sprague-Dawley adult male rats were randomly divided into normal group, control group and electroacupuncture group. Experimental groups were applied as electroacupuncture (Es-160, ITO, Japan) for 15minutes during the low frequency (2 Hz) stimulation to zusanli. The enzyme concentration levels analysis of the hematological changes were measured of Glutamate Oxaloacetate Transaminase(GOT), Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase(GPT), Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and motor function recovery change was evaluated by the rota-rod test. Results:This study were as follow: The concentration of GOT, LDH in experimental group was lower than control group(p<05). The experimental group showed increase of motor function recovery more in compared to control group (p<.05). Conclusion:The results of this study showed that electroacupuncture to zusanli point have an effect on functional recovery after the 6-hydroxydopamine induced SCI in rats.

        뇌졸중 환자의 장애 회복이 뇌졸중 후 우울증에 미치는 영향

        Purpose:The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of recovery of disability on post-stroke depression in stroke patients. Methods:Fifty patients with stroke were participated in this study. The stroke impact scale (SIS) was used to assess the recovery of disability according to stroke and short form of geriatric depression scale(SGDS) was used to assess the poststroke depression(PSD). Results:The suspicious for depression were exhibited in 38%(n=19) and patients with depression were 58% (n=26) of 50 patients with stroke. In correlation between recovery of disability and depression, emotion and recovery of stroke negatively correlated with depression (p<.05). Conclusion:These results demonstrates that patients with stroke need to manage and treat emotion for the prevention and management of PSD.

        전침자극이 중추신경계 손상 흰쥐에서 CK, ALP, IgG 효소활성도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study investigated the effect of electroacupuncture stimulation on changes in blood biochemistry in spinal cord injury (SCI) rats whose cords were damaged by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). Methods: Twenty-one Sprague-Dawley adult male rats were assigned to one of three groups: normal (n=7), control (n=7) and experimental group (n=7). The experimental group received electroacupuncture (Es-160, ITO, Japan) for 15 minutes in the form of low frequency (2 Hz) stimulation to the zusanli point. After treatment, we observed motor behavior recovery using the inclined plane test. We also measured serum and CNS concentrations and activities of enzymes including creatine kinase (CK), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and Immunoglobulin G (IgG). Statistical analysis was done using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: Concentrations of CK, ALP and IgG were lower in the experimental group than in the control group. Functional recovery was evaluated by the maximal angle of the inclined board on which rats could maintain their initial position. This allowed us to monitor progressive locomotor recovery. The maximal angles of the inclined plane test were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that electroacupuncture to the zusanli point has a therapeutic effect on functional recovery after SCI.

      • RTP를 이용한 CBQ기반의 QoS 성능에 관한 연구

        인터넷 환경에서 실시간 서비스에 대한 제공을 위해 제안된 RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol)는 실시간 전송 프로토콜로서 스트림형 데이터 전송을 목적으로 한 프로토콜이다. RTP는 기본적으로 RTCP(Real-time Transport Control Protocol)와 쌍을 이루어 동작하며, RTCP는 현재 네트워크의 상태 정보를 전달한다. RTP는 종단 시스템에서 실행되고, 디멀티플랙싱을 제공하는 전송 프로토콜의 중요한 특성을 가지고 있다. 또한, TCP 같은 전송 프로토콜에서 제공하지 못하는 신뢰성과, 프로토콜에 정의된 흐름/혼잡제어를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 RTP상에서 동작하는 Differentiated Service의 개념과 구조를 살펴보고, Differentiated Service상에서 효율적인 패킷전송을 위해 CBQ(Class-Based Queuing)을 사용한 패킷 전송 모델의 파라미터를 설정함으로써 각각의 서비스 큐를 적절하게 제어하고, WRR(Weighted Round Robin)과 PRR(Parket-by-packet Round Robin) 같은 패킷 스케줄링 기법을 통해서 모든 서비스 클래스들이 기아현상을 경험하지 않고 공평한 스케줄링이 이루어지도록 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통해 성능을 확인한다. RTP that is proposed supplement of real-time services on internet environment, as Real-time Transport Protocol, is the protocol that for the purpose of sending data of stream type. RTP and RTCP(Real-time Transport Control Protocol) basically work at the same time, RTCP serves with state information of network at present. RTP has important properties of a transport protocol that runs on end-to-end systems and provides demultiplexing. It also offer reliability and protocol-defined flow/congestion control that transport protocol like TCP can not provides. In this paper. we look around concept and construction of Differentiated service that run on RTP and by setting parameters of packet transfer method be used CBQ(Class-Based Queuing) for packet transfer on Differentiated service, each service queue controls properly through packet scheduling method, such as WRR(Weighted Round Robin) and PRR(Packet-by-packet Round Robin) all service classes do not experience the starvation and confirm the performance through computer simulation to achieve fairly scheduling.
