        거대 선종으로 오인된 만성 염증을 동반한 Rathke’s Cleft Cyst: 증례 보고

        Rathke’s cleft cyst is a benign cystic lesion arising in the sellar or suprasellar region. Most cases of Rathke’s cleft cysts are thin-walled cystic lesions, but in rare cases, can cause a pituitary abscess by inflammation or infection. We report on a case of Rathke’s cleft cyst with chronic inflammation mimicking a pituitary macroadenoma seen as a thick-walled irregular cystic lesion on brain CT and MRI. 라트케씨 낭종(Rathke’s cleft cysts)은 터키안이나 터키안 주위에서 발생하는 양성 낭성 병변으로 Rathke’s cleft의 잔유물이다. 라트케씨 낭종은 일반적으로 얇은 막으로 둘러싸인 양성 병변이지만 매우 드물게 염증 반응을 일으키거나 감염에 의해 뇌하수체 농양을 형성할 수 있다. 저자들은 뇌 전산화단층촬영과 자기공명영상에서 조영증강이 되는 두꺼운 벽을 가진 낭성 병변으로 보여 뇌하수체 거대 선종으로 오인되었던 농양을 형성한 라트케씨 낭종을 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고자 한다.

        Granular Cell Tumor of the Neurohypophysis: A Case Report with Magnetic Resonance and CT Imaging Findings

        A granular cell tumor (GCT) usually occurs as a small, solitary, nodular tumor and is more prevalent in adult females. The authors report the magnetic resonance (MR) and CT imaging findings in a 61-year-old woman with GCT of the neurohypophysis presenting with a history of reduced visual acuity in her right eye. MR images showed a suprasellar mass with an isointense signal on a T1-weighted image and an hypointense signal on a T2-weighted image. The histopathological examination revealed a granular cell tumor. In this article, the MR and CT imaging findings of GCT of the neurohypophysis with the literature reviews are discussed.

        의복설계를 위한 중국 남·북 지역과 한국의 체형 비교 연구 - 30대 성인 여성을 중심으로 -

        This study compares body types among the Korean, Northern Chinese and South Chinese women in their thirties. The subjects of this study are 30-39 year old females that consisted of 200 people from Southern China, 200 people from Northern China, and 202 people from Korea. The results are as follows. There are differences among Northern Chinese, Southern Chinese and Korean women. Korean women are taller than both regions of Chinese women, hip height measurement and waist height measurement of Korean women's are higher than Chinese women, it means that Korean women's lower body parts are longer than Chinese women. Northern Chinese women have the highest circumference measurements and depth measurements; however, Southern Chinese women have similar measurements with Korean women. The body type classification according to the GB/T 1335.2-2008 shows that Northern and Southern Chinese women have different body types. Southern Chinese women are mainly in “A body type” and Northern Chinese women are mainly in “B body type”. The body type classification according to the KS K 0051 shows that Chinese women are all mainly “H body type”, Korean women are mostly in “A body type”. This study articulated specific differences in body types among Southern Chinese, Northern Chinese, and Korean women, especially between Northern and Southern Chinese women. This study provides basic data for Chinese female somatotype research and Korean fashion brands.

        The Neuromyths of Pre-service Teachers in Korea

        Neuroscience is revealing the mysteries of human brain. It is a natural phenomenon that pre-service teachers have great interest in neuroscience.The reason is that such concepts as memory, motivation, curiosity, intelligence and emotion basedon recent neuroscientific researches are highly important in education. However neuroscience is a kind of complex and difficult discipline that pre-service teachers are not fully able to understand. As a result, a variety of neuromyths are pervasive among pre-service teachers. Unfortunately, many pre-service teachers have wrong knowledge and information on human brain.Many pre-service teachers are ill equipped to judge the accuracy and relevance of neuroscientific explanations. In this study, we investigated the neuromyths among pre-service teachers majoring in ethics education in both elementary and secondary level. The results of this study indicate that numerous neuromyths on human brain, education, and moral education are pervasive among pre-service teachers majoring in ethics education. This study demonstrates the need to promote pre-service teachers’neuroscientific literacy in teacher training programs.

        교육인적자원행정 관점에서 본 중등예비교원양성의 개념과 원리

        The purpose of this study was to examine the concept and principles of the development of secondary pre-service teachers based on Young's viewpoint of educational human resources administration. Based on Young’s viewpoint, three principles of teacher education were suggested. First, the principle of raising professionalism means cultivating human, social, and decision-making expertise before moving on to the current job through the training of pre-service teachers. Second, the principle of harmony is a prerequisite for enhancing individual's satisfaction as an operating principle that maintains a close relationship between individuals, organizations and society. Third, the principle of enhancing the satisfaction of the members means that the members of the organization have the self-confidence, the sense of belonging to the organization and the self-esteem. Finally, in light of this principle, we evaluated the current teacher training operation status and explored the problems and improvement points of the teacher training system. 예비교원양성기관의 현황 및 문제점에 관한 연구가 비교적 활발하게 이루어진 반면, 예비교원양성의 개념과 원리를 도출하고자 하는 이론적 시도는 상대적으로 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구는 Young의 교육인적자원행정 관점을 바탕으로 중등예비교원양성의 개념과 원리를 살펴보았다. 본 논문에서 제시한 세 가지 양성 원리는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문성 함양의 원리로서 이는 예비교원양성과정을 통해 현직에 나아가기 전에 인적・사회적・의사결정적 전문성을 함양하는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 조화의 원리는 개인・조직・사회의 긴밀한 관계를 유지하도록 하는 운영원리로서 구성원 만족도 제고 원리의 선결 조건이 된다. 셋째, 구성원 만족도 제고의 원리는 조직 구성원이 개인의 자신감과 조직에 대한 소속감 및 자부심을 가짐으로써 개인과 조직의 목표 달성을 위한 내적 동력을 얻는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 본 논문은 이러한 세 가지 원리를 바탕으로 현재 교원양성운영현황을 평가하여 교원양성체제의 문제점과 개선점을 탐색하였다.
