자연형 하천공사 개략공사비 산정모델의 개발

90년대 중반이후 도시하천을 중심으로 추진되던 자연형 하천 정비사업은 2008년 4월 하천법의 개정으로 인해 하천의 친환경적인 기능이 더욱 강조되어, 그 적용 분야는 지방하천까지 폭넓게 확대 되었다. 그러나 기존의 이 치수형 하천정비사업에 초점을 맞춘 하천의 개략공사비 산정모델은 자연형 하천공사에 실시되는 주요공종을 포함하고 있지 않아, 축제공, 호안공사가 전부인 소규모 하천정비공사를 제외하고는 그 적용성이 많이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 연구는 최근의 친환경적인 기능을 강조하는 하천정비공사의 패러다임 등 하천시설공사 관련 환경 및 정책 변화에 따라서 기획 및 설계 단계에서 적용될 수 있는 자연형 하천공사 개략공사비 산정모델을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. After the middle of 90's, the eco rivers maintenance enterprise was propelled about city rivers. The environmental function is more emphasized because of revising the rivers law enforced at 2008.4. Also, the field of application is being magnified. It is difficult to apply that the conceptual public work expense estimating model of the rivers which adjusts a focus at open channel rivers excepts the small-scale rivers maintenance public work. The research presents a eco rivers public work conceptual public work expense estimating model frame work. It suits the change of the rivers environmental renewal construction paradigm. It develops the conceptual public work expense estimating plan of the rivers at the planning phase using the collection and analysis of the data. As a result, riffle, spur dyke, stepping stones, fish way and etc are added. Consequently, it brings the hydrophilic function is considered seriously conceptual public work expense estimating model of the eco rivers.

미술관과 대학교 협업에 의한 어린이 미술디자인교육 활성화 방안 연구 : 포항시립미술관 어린이 프로그램 개발을 중심으로

본 연구는 문화적 자원과 교육 기회가 상대적으로 부족한 중소도시에서 유용하고 가치 있는 미술디자인 교육을 실현하기 위한 미술관과 대학교의 협업과정을 소개하고 그 유용성을 증명하는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다. 결과위주의 전문교육으로 치우친 어린이 미술디자인교육에 대한 문제인식과 수도권과 지역 간의 확연한 문화적 차이를 해소해 보고자 하는 의지가 주된 연구의 배경이 되었다. 개발된 내용은 포항시립미술관에서 열린 첫 번째 어린이 미술디자인 교실을 통하여 적용되었다. 프로그램의 기획과 홍보, 선발방법, 전시회와 통합된 교육, 그리고 반응조사와 결과까지 모든 과정을 본 연구를 통해 소개함으로써 새로운 협업적 교육의 차별성을 알리고자 하였다. 첫 회 어린이 미술디자인교실을 통하여 미술관과 대학교가 지역사회를 위해 기여하는 일에 상호 필요를 공급했고, 참가자 대부분이 매우 긍정적인 반응을 나타내었다. 또한 본 연구를 통하여 미술관에 지속적이고 발전적인 정기 교육 프로그램이 시작되었으며, 이로 인하여 향 후 다양한 협업적 교육들이 마련될 수 있는 기회가 열리게 되었다. This research introduces collaboration between an art museum and a university, in order to develop an arts design public education in a medium-sized city that lacks cultural resources and educational opportunities. By showing the detailed process and the results, the research proves that the program is very useful and has a lot of potential. The main background of the research is to raise awareness concerning the problems of a result-oriented children`s arts design education and is to narrow the cultural gap that exists between metropolitan cities and provincial regions. The developed program was first introduced to children`s arts design program at Pohang Museum of Steel Art. All the process of planning, promotion, the selection method, a consolidated education through exhibition, feedback, and even the results were introduced by the following research, and the event was to promote the new collaborative education`s differentiated excellent qualities. As a result of children`s arts design program, the art museum and the university were able to provide useful resources to each other to contribute to the community, and also almost all participants displayed positive responses. Through this research, a periodical, sustainable development for children`s public arts design education has been introduced to the art museum, and this project has also benefited many citizens within the community. Ultimately, it has opened up opportunities for future various collaborative educations.

모바일 비대면 인지훈련 사용자경험 가이드라인 연구

모바일 기기가 보편화되고 생태계가 활성화되면서 물리적 상황에서만 가능했던 수많은 서비스들이 어플리케이션의 조작만으로 활용이 가능하게 되었다. 특별히, 먼 거리를 왕래하거나 오래 기다려야만 가능했던 서비스들이 모바일 환경에서 가능해지면서 사람들은 시간과 비용을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있게 되었다. 스마트폰을 사용하는 고령자들 역시 멀티터치 환경에 익숙해 지면서 획기적이고 편리한 서비스들을 상당 부분 누릴 수 있게 되었으며, 단순히 편리함을 주는 서비스를 벗어나서 건강이나 인간 수명과 직결되는 중요한 서비스들에 대해서도 많은 기대를 하게 되었다. 특별히 융복합 의료 서비스 영역에서도 많은 가능성들이 속속 등장하고 있는데, 의학과 기술과학의 결합으로 인해 의료기관을 방문하지 않고도 진료나 검사가 가능하게 되어 골든타임을 놓치는 경우를 획기적으로 줄일 수 있게 된 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 치매나 유사 질환에 효과가 검증된 종이 형태의 인지훈련을 모바일 비대면 인지훈련으로 개발하는 데에 필요한 사용자경험 가이드라인 개발 과정을 소개하고자 하였다. 고령자의 신체적, 정서적 특성을 반영한 과학적인 방법으로 객관적인 필요들을 찾은 후, 이를 구조화하고 가공하여 인터페이스와 인터랙션 가이드라인을 제작하였다. 그리고 최종 28개의 훈련과정을 인터페이스와 인터랙션의 조합으로 이루어진 8개의 직관적인 사용자경험 유형으로 담아내었다. 이로써 고령자들이 오동작이나 실패에 대한 두려움 없이 다양한 인지훈련에 집중할 수 있고 더 긍정적인 훈련 결과를 기대할 수 있게 되었다. As mobile devices become more common and the ecosystem is activated, many useful services that were previously only available in physical situations are now available through mobile application. In particular, mobile applications have made it possible for people to experience services that have been traveling long distances or waiting for a long time to experience, dramatically reducing time and money. As the smartphone-using elderly became familiar with the multi-touch environment, they were able to enjoy many innovative and convenient services, and they also expect a lot about important services that are related to health or human life. Especially, many possibilities are emerging in the convergence medical service area, The collaborations of medical science and technology enable medical treatment or examination without visiting medical institutions, dramatically reducing the number of missed diagnosis and treatment. Under these backgrounds, this study was intended to introduce the process of developing user experience guidelines for the development of mobile untact cognitive training based on test paper-type training that has been proven to be effective in preventing dementia or similar diseases. I found the needs in scientific way reflecting the physical and emotional characteristics of the elderly, and I structured and processed them to produce interface and interaction guidelines. The final 28 training courses were then captured into eight intuitive user experience types consisting of a combination of interfaces and interactions. This allows the elderly to focus on various cognitive training without fear of malfunction or failure and expect more positive training results.

미술관에서는 전시물을 비롯한 여러 예술적 자원들이 효과적으로 공유될 수 있다는 점에서 미술관 교육은 효과적인 대안적 교육으로써 매우 중요한 가치를 가지고 있다. 이러한 자원들은 표현기능을 중시하는 국내 미술교육의 영향을 받는 어린이들에게 풍부한 미적 체험을 가져다 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 재정확보의 방법이 다양하지 않은 대부분의 국내 미술관들은 예산과 전문가 부족으로 미술관 교육을 활성화하기에 많은 어려움이 있으며, 선행연구에서 이러한 문제를 같은 지역 내의 대학교와 협업하여 효과적으로 해결할 수 있음을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 지역사회의 문화 발전에 기여하고자 하는 미술관과 대학교가 제안한 ‘어린이 미술디자인 체험교실’의 교육 방향성과 내용에 대한 것이다. 어린이 미술관 교육과 미술교육 이론의 역사적 사례들을 고찰하여 대상 지역 어린이들에게 적합한 어린이 미술관교육의 철학과 방법을 도출하고자 하였고, 지역의 특성과 미술관이 가진 환경적 요소를 교육에 반영할 수 있는 여러 방안들을 제안하였다. 또한 교육내용을 적용한 ‘어린이 미술디자인 체험교실’프로그램을 포항 시립미술관에서 수행하며 그 결과를 반영하며 연구를 완성해 나갔다. An art museum education can be highly valued as an effective supplement to public education because an art museum is able to support public education by sharing useful artistic resources and much of the exhibits. Such facilities are expected to provide an essential artistic experience to children who are under the influence of our current art education system that over emphasizes artistic skills. However, due to the lack of methods in raising funds, most domestic art museums are lacking both professionals and budget. Obviously such shortages lead to difficulty in vitalizing education in such museums. In my previous research, I presented that such problems can be solved by the ideal collaboration between an art museum and a university in the same region. The following research is about the educational directions and the contents of the “Children`s Art+Design Experience” proposed by an art museum and a university that wish to contribute to the local community cultural development. Having considered the historical examples of the theory of art education and children`s art museum education, I have sought to conclude the philosophy and the methodologies for the program that are suitable for children of the local community. I have proposed many ways to incorporate the local characteristics and the environmental factors available to the art museum into the education system. Such educational materials were applied to and carried out through “Children`s Art+Design Experience” at the Pohang Museum of Steel Art completing the research.
