      • 여대생의 고강도 운동후 황산화 효소 활성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 규칙적으로 운동을 하고 있는 농구선수(10명)와 운동을 규칙적으로 하지 않는 일반 여대생 (10명)을 대상으로 V02max의 80%로 트레드밀 런닝을 실시하여 운동전과 운동 후(직후, 30분,60분, 120분, 24시간)의 혈장 SOD를 비교·검토한 결과, 첫째, 안정시의 CuZn-SOD 활성은 농구선수와 일반학생간에 유의한 차이가 인식되지 않았으나, Mn-SOD 활성은 일반학생에 비하여 농구선수군이 유의하게 늪은 것으로 나타났다(P<.05). 둘째, 운동후의 CuZn-SOD 활성을 볼 때, 운동 직후에는 일반학생과 농구선수간에 유의차가 인식되지 않았으나, 운동후 30분과 60분에 는 일반학생에 비하여 농구선수가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 운동후 120에 는 두 그룹간 유의차가 없었으며, 운동후 24시간이 지난 후에는 일반학생에 비하여 농구선수가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다(P<.05). 셋째, 운동후의 Mn-SOD 활성을 볼 때, 운동 칙후와 운동후 30분에 는 일반학생과 농구선수간에 유의차가 인식되었으나(P<.01), 운동후 60분에는 두 그룹간 유의차가 인식되지 않았다. 그러나 운동후 120분과 24시간이 지난 후에는 일반학생에 비하여 농구선수가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<.05~.01). 이상의 결과로 볼 때 SOD의 활성이 운동선수가 비선수보다 유의하게 높은 것을 알 수 있는데 이는 트레이닝으로 인한 항산화효소의 활성이 증가되어 나타난 것으로 간주된다. 즉 단련군이 유해산소를 제거할 수 있는 항산화 시스템이 비단련군보다 더 잘 갖추어져 있다는 것을 시사한다.

        규칙적인 한국무용 활동이 여성 노인의 혈중 BDNF와 코티졸에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of 12-Weeks Korean traditional dance program on BDNF, Cortisol. The subjects were 13 old women (76-79 years old) and they were two groups(Korean traditional dance group=7, control group=6). The subjects performed Korean traditional dance with 40-60%HRR three times a week in Korean traditional dance program. Blood sampling were performed before the program, after 12-week program. SPSS 12.0K program was used for statistical date analysis. Paired t-test was performed to verify the difference between the date sets after the dance program and date sets before the dance program. Independent t-test was performed to verify the change of date sets between the groups. The significance level was α=.05. the followings are the results of this study. 1. BDNF was significantly increased after 12-week program for exercise group(p<.001) and there was significant difference in the BDNF change after 12-week program between exercise group and control group(p<.05). 2. Cortisolwas significantly increased after 12-week program for control group(p<.01) and there was significant difference in the BDNF change after 12-week program between exercise group and control group(p<.01).

        고등학교 발레 전공생의 해부학적 족부 변형에 따른 족관절 가동범위, 기능수행능력, 거골경사각 및 족부 상해 비교

        Background: The purpose of the study was to compare and contrast ankle range of motion, functional ability, talar-tilt angle and foot injuries between high school ballet majors with and without foot deformities and to providefundamental data about effective intervention methods for their successful performance and injury prevention. Methods: Subjects were 18 female high school ballet dancers, eight with foot deformities and ten without footdeformities. For statistical analysis, the independent t-test (SPSS 20.0; SPSS Inc, Chicago, IL, USA) was usedand the significant level of P<0.050 was selected. Results: 1. Foot injuries of plantar flexion and talar tilt were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.050). 2. The deformity group displayed a higher proportion of mechanical instability compared to that ofthe control group. Conclusions: Foot deformities in high school students majoring in ballet can have negative effects to the anklejoint, with a strong possibility of ankle instability and foot injuries linked to tarlar tilt, and quite probably, of chronicankle sprain. 연구배경: 본 연구에서는 고등학교 발레 전공생들을 대상으로 족부의 해부학적 변형유무에 따른 족관절 가동범위, 기능수행능력, 거골경사각 및 상해율을 비교해 봄으로써 이들의 성공적인 무용 수행 능력과 상해 예방에 도움을줄 수 있는 효과적인 중재방법의 수립을 위한 기초자료를제시하고자 한다. 방법: 예술고등학교 발레전공학생들 18명을 대상으로 족부의 해부학적 변형유무를 파악하고 변형여부에 따라 족관절 가동범위, 기능수행능력, 거골경사각 및 족부 상해를비교하여 기능적 특성의 차이를 분석하였다. 자료처리방법은 SPSS 20.0 통계프로그램을 이용하였으며 측정된 모든변인의 평균과 표준편차를 산출하여 독립표본 t검증을 이용하여 분석하였다. 모든 통계적 유의수준은 P<0.050으로설정하였다. 또한 빈도분석을 이용하여 그룹 간 상해발생빈도와 발생률을 비교하였다. 결과: 1. 정상집단의 저측굴곡 능력은 변형집단보다 유의하게 큰 것으로 나타났다. 2. 민첩성과 평형성 측정결과 변형집단과 정상집단 간에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 3. 변형집단의 거골경사각은 정상집단보다 유의하게큰 것으로 나타났다. 4. 정상집단보다 변형집단에서는 기계적 불안정성을 가지는 비율이 더 높게 나타났으며, 기형발톱, 티눈, 굳은살에서는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론: 고등학교 발레 전공생의 족부 아치의 변형은 발목관절의 저측굴곡력에 부정적인 영향을 미치며 만성적인발목 염좌율을 높일 수 있는 거골경사각과도 관련되어 발목 불안정성 및 족부 상해율을 높일 가능성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

      • 여자 운동선수의 운동시 내분비 환경의 변동

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the hormone changes during an exercise, and to identify the variables which course the abnormal symptons of menstra-tion. Seven female collegiate handball players were engaged in maximal exercise bouts using a bycicle ergometer. The blood samples were extracted from the subjects to check the levels of Estradiol, LH, FSH, Prolactin, and β-Endorphin. The results were as follows : 1. Estradiol increased significantly at the maximal exercise, but no changed at the Luteal phase. 2. Slight increase was observed, however not significantly enough, in Lh during Follicular and Luteal phases, although significant decrease was seen one-hour after the exercise in follicular phase. 3. FSH seemed to be decreasing slightly during the submaximal exercise at the initial follicular phase. However, slight and non-significant increase was detected at the luteal phase. 4. Prolatin showed a significant increase during exercise at both phases. Howevre, immediately following the exercise bouth, the level of prolactin showed a sharp decrease. 5. The β-Endorphin showed the similar results to prolactin in terms of the significant increase during exercise and the sharp decrease after work-bouts. During exercise, 170 percent increase was detected at the follicular phase, while 210 percent at the luteal phase.

        복합운동이 여성노인의 신경영양성인자 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of combined exercise on neurotrophic factors and cognitive function in elderly women. Twenty seven elderly women volunteered in this study. All subjects were divided into randomly exercise group(n=14) and control group(n=13). The combined exercise program is consist of the aerobic exercise and the resistance exercise composed of 40-70 %HRR, 50-65 minutes a day for 3 days a week during 12 weeks. Through statistical analysis on repeated measured two-way ANOVA and t-test, this study showed following results that serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and cognitive function were significantly increased after conbined exercise program in exercise group. Forthemore, the mean concentration of serum BDNF and IGF-1 level were significantly higher than that of the controls. Serum vascular endotherial growth factor(VEGF), meanwhile, was no significantly different each group as well as between two groups. These findings indicate that combined exercise was effective in elderly women to enhance cognitive function and biological variables in this regard. In conclusion, combined exercise contribute to inhibition of neuro-cognitive function declined and reduction in the incidence of neurologic disorders.

      • 國民體操의 運動强度에 關한 硏究 : HR와 RPE를 中心으로 In point of RPE and HR

        For knowing of how much means loading capacity of national Gymnastics, to subjects of excellent health 11 member of man and woman college students, was checked classified of 12 kind structucted national gymnastics by each of physical exercise which related of RPE and HR, and prior of execute of gymanstics for taking exercise member that there normal level (RPE: 11: Fairly Light) and maximum lever (RPE: 17: Very Hard), gave of feed forward, and has been continually whole of 12 kind in case of 1 time relteration, the result of changing of HR and %VO_2max shown as the following: 1. Most high kind of average HR in 12 classified national gymnastics is whole body exercise, and each of male and female was 151 beats/min., 152 beats/min., and RPE was in case of man to whole physical body exercise 16.5±12, in case of woman was running gymnastics and to shown 17.±14. 2. Between RPE and HR relation, in case of man was r=0.750 (p<0.001), in case of woman was shown of r=0.828 (p<0.01) modulus connection. 3. Usually level of average HR and %VO_2max to be made in case of 100%, maximum level HR was 112∼119%, %VO_2max 126∼128% and increasing presence shown, between the both level mark remarkable difference, by the ideal trial of exercise member and was presence enough control by the way.

        기독교무용 수업이 여대생의 영적성숙, 건강관련체력 및 스트레스에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of Christian Dance Class on health-related physical fitness, and stress of female university students, and to present its worth in the education of liberal arts for the holistic maturity of engaging the body, mind, and spirit. The participants of this study were 70 students(Christians=51, non-Christians=19) who were enrolled in the Christian Dance Class of the college of Liberal Arts. They were analyzed by inquiring about spiritual maturity, health-related physical fitness, and stress for the verification of the differences in the groups before and after the dance class. The data handling of the test results was calculated by statistical program, SPSS 18.0. After calculating the average and the standard deviation, analysis of covariance(ANCOVA) and paired t-test were performed. According to the results of the research, Maturity valued and Maturity internalized in the lower part of Spiritual maturity is increased significantly in both Christian group and Non-Christian group. And then there were significant differences in both groups 15 weeks later. In case of health-related physical fitness, Christian group and Non-Christian group is increased significantly in cardiovascular endurance, muscle endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. There were no significant differences in both groups 15 weeks later. In case of Stress, Christian group and non-Christian group decreased significantly in general health and life scale.

      • 生理學側面에서 본 倒立運動

        I checked the hand standing relatively in order to what is it's on the bodies through two groups, which one (8 persons) didn't experienced the hand standing, the other (7 persons) experienced it. As a result I got the following facts: ① The heart rate of both of the untrained (A group) and the trained (B group) more increase in the hand standing than in rest, and which of the untrained has still more than that of the other (p<0.05) ② The heart rate of both of those groups within two or three minutes after the stop of the hand standing has considerably recovered to the degree as nearly as when in rest, and becomes approximately recovering that in rest about 10 minutes. ③ The negative phase in which the heart rate is lower than when in rest appears around 3 or 4 minutes after the hand standing. ④ The systolic blood pressure and the diastolic blood pressure of all the two groups in the hand standing increase, whose rate of the untrained group more increase than the trained. Thus the pulse pressure of the two groups remains decreasing together. ⑤ The blood pressure after the hand standing is in the course of a recover as time passes, which of two groups become lower to the approximately same degree together, hut which of the trained group is faster the untrained.
