Development of the system that has required performance is the most important figure and that is the key of project succeed. In order to perform that, systems engineering has come to the fore as a solution. In each step of system engineering process, particularly, requirement analysis and derivation, logical solution, architecture design step are known to affect many of the function and efficiency. Of these, this paper focus on architecture design. We introduce methodology for physical architecture design by applying DSM(Design Structure Matrix) methodology which is based on result of logical solution from MBSE methodology.

Aluminum nitride (AlN) has excellent properties such as high thermal conductivity and electrical resistivity, whereas it has some disadvantages such as low sinterability and tendency to be hydrolyzed by moisture at room temperature. In the present work, the relative density, modulus of rupture and microhardness were examined for pressure-less-sintered AlN (synthetic and commercial) bodies which were prepared under the conditions of various sintering temperatures, holding times and additions of CaCO3 which showed the best effect on sinterability among the various sintering aids. As a result, the AlN bodies with 1.0 wt% CaCO3 (0.56wt% CaO) which were sintered at 1800$^{\circ}C$ for 20 min showed good densification. In this case, the relative densities were 95.9% and 95.2%, and microhardnesses were 10.3 GPa and 9.8 GPa for synthetic and commercial AlN respectively. And as the holding time at 1800$^{\circ}C$ was increased from 10 min to 60 min, the relative density was increased from 91.9% to 96.5%. It was considered that impurities of metals and oxygen promoted the densification of AlN at low temperature (1600$^{\circ}C$).
당뇨망막병증을 동반하지 않은 당뇨환자에서 황반부 미세혈관의 변화와 연관된 전신인자 분석

목적: 당뇨망막병증을 동반하지 않은 당뇨환자에서 빛간섭단층혈관조영으로 측정한 황반부 미세혈관의 변화와 연관된 전신지표에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 당뇨환자 중 당뇨망막병증을 동반하지 않고, 정상 안저를 보인 환자의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 빛간섭단층혈관조영(DRI OCT Triton; Topcon Corporation)을 시행하여 중심와를 중심으로 중심와부근 3 × 3 mm의 구역을 촬영하였다. 영상을 분석하여 표층 및 심부모세혈관총의 오목무혈관부위의 넓이와 혈관밀도를 측정하였다. 성별 나이, 당뇨유병기간, 당화혈색소, 총 콜레스테롤, 고혈압 유무, 수축기 및 이완기혈압의 전신인자들과 황반부 미세혈관 지표와의 연관성을 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 35명의 35안을 대상으로 하였고, 평균 연령 55.7 ± 11.6세, 평균 당뇨유병기간 52.4 ± 88.7개월, 평균 당화혈색소 8.8 ± 2.3%였다. 심부모세혈관총의 오목무혈관부위는 당화혈색소 수치가 높을수록 유의하게 넓었으나(p<0.001), 다른 전신인자들은 유의한 연관성을 보이지 않았다(p>0.05). 표층모세혈관총의 오목무혈관부위의 넓이와 유의하게 연관된 전신인자는 없었으며, 표층 및 심부모세혈관총의 혈관밀도와 통계적으로 유의한 연관성을 보인 전신인자는 없었다(p>0.05). 결론: 당뇨환자에서 당뇨망막병증이 동반되지 않았더라도, 당화혈색소 수치가 높으면 심부모세혈관총의 미세혈관의 손상은 시작되었을 수 있으므로, 임상의는 당뇨망막병증 검진 시 이에 유념해야 할 것이다. <대한안과학회지 2017;58(7):811-817> Purpose: To investigate the systemic parameters related to changes in the retinal microvasculature using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) in diabetic patients without diabetic retinopathy. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of diabetic patients without diabetic retinopathy. All patients showed normal fundus on dilated fundus examinations. OCTA (DRI OCT Triton, Topcon Corporation, Tokyo, Japan) was performed on a 3 × 3 mm area centered at the fovea. The foveal avascular zone (FAZ) area and vascular density (VD) of the superficial and deep capillary plexus (SCP/DCP) were measured. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the relationship between microvascular indexes on OCTA and systemic parameters including sex, age, duration of diabetes mellitus (DM), hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), total cholesterol, presence of hypertension (HTN) and systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP/DBP). Results: A total of 35 eyes of 35 patients were included in this study. The mean age was 55.7 ± 11.6 years, the mean duration of DM was 52.4 ± 88.7 months and the mean HbA1c was 8.8 ± 2.3%. The FAZ area of the DCP increased significantly as the HbA1c level increased (p < 0.001), but the other parameters, i.e., sex, age, duration of DM, total cholesterol, presence of HTN, SBP and DBP, did not exhibit significant relations in the DCP (p = 0.727, 0.280, 0.385, 0.816, 0.206, 0.055 and 0.092, respectively). There were no significant relationships between systemic parameters and the FAZ area in the SCP (p > 0.05). No systemic parameters exhibited significant relationships with VD in either the SCP or the DCP (p > 0.05). Conclusions: The FAZ area of the DCP detected via OCTA increased as the level of HbA1c increased, although the patients did not show diabetic retinopathy on dilated fundus examinations. Heidegger bestimmt die abendlaendische Metaphysik als die Geschichte der Seinsvergessenheit und versucht sie zu verwinden. Dafuer setzt er sich mit Nietzsche und Hoelderlin auseinander. Diese sind die Denker, die abendlaendische Metaphysik verneinen und neue Moglichkeit in dem Ur-Griechentum finden. Auf dem selben Grund betont auch Heidegger, dass es des Schritt zurueck zu dem vorsokratischen Ursprung braucht, den er den ersten Anfang nennt. In diesem Sinne ist Hoelderlin der Dichter, der Heidegger den Weg, auf diesem Heidegger selbst gehen moechte, zeigt und ueber diesen Weg vorher verkuendigt. Also ist es nicht wunderlich, dass wir in dem Heideggers Gedanken viele Spuren von Hoelderln finden. Heideggers Auseindersetzen mit Hoelderln und mit dem ersten Anfang meint aber nicht Zurueckkehren zu Vergangenheit, sondern ein Schritt zum neuen Moeglichkeit des zukuenftigen Germenentums. Das zukuenftige Germentum ist nicht solches, das gegenwaertig nicht vorhandet, und nur als unrealisierte Moeglichkeit bleibt. Vielmehr ist jenes solcher Ursprung, der in jedem Augenblick als vorlaufend-gewesend- mitspielender Grund sich bergt. Im Hinblick auf diesem Kontext werde ich in dieser Abhandlung zu erhellen versuchen, dass das, was Heidegger als zweite Anfangen nennt, sehr innig auf dem germanischen Ur-grund, d,h, mit dem Ur-Germanentum sich bezieht.

For Heidegger, the first thing to be noted is the difference between the language of Being and the language of Beings. The former 'determines' the various kinds of essence and property of Beings, whereas the latter 'refers to' Da where men encounter Being. These two, however, are not different from each other because the language of Being is concealed by the language of Beings. The purpose of philosophy, then, is to deconstruct the language of Beings, and thereby reveals the language of Being. And this is why Heidegger thinks it is important to recover the pre-language which is not captured by the subject-predicate grammar, the defining characteristic of which is to make men to communicate with each other. According to Heidegger, language is not the means of communication but the voice of Being. Poets are the soulful persons who wait for and listen to the voice. When a poet listens to the language of Being, the four worlds-earth and sky, divinities and mortals-are in harmony in the language. In this, the activity of a poet is sacred.

하이데거의 사유에는 많은 메타퍼들이 등장한다. 그 중 대표적인 것으로 눈과 귀의 메타퍼를 들 수 있는데, 본 논문에서는 주제를 귀의 메타퍼에 한정시켜, 그러한 하이데거의 존재론적 해석이 전통적인 해석과 어떠한 차이와 유사성을 지니는지 살펴볼 것이다. 이를 위해 상이한 소리들에 대한 동시적인 들음은 어떻게 가능한지, 그리고 이때 소리들의 구분이 어떻게 가능한지를 전통적인 형이상학과의 연관성에서 살피고, 마지막으로 이러한 해석과 달리 하이데거가 주장하는 들음의 존재론적 변형이 무엇을 뜻하는지를 그의 텍스트를 중심으로 밝힐 것이다.
