This paper is an attempt to propose our study that draw up a plan about faculty and major course to the Daegu Polytechnic College authorities. Our approach is a mixture of methods. It is systematic, in that it attempts to treat a college as a system. Through the second chapter, we examine the periodic, social, environmental, governmental, and economic context within which the College's developing effort must progress. Chapter three examines how the college systems actually design about faculty and major course. Thus, chapter four discusses how new faculty and major course participants attempt to compose a curriculum; chapter five accesses the institutions available in the College to distribute these designs. In conclusion, this paper presents that the College system would be better nine faculty; education and nurse·health field only be in administration unit, an information field be better divided into two parts: internet computer and information communication, and business and computer design faculty is established as intimate information. After all, the system will be characteristic in its information traits.

Digital technical renovation and rapid development of internet and super communication technologies have dramatically influenced on trends of our society over the cyber space and college is necessary to be reformed against such current innovation to keep up with advanced technologies and skills for digital and communication fields. For this reason, initial efforts were focused on extending development of infra structraul systems to operate efficient recruitment of enterance college, college advertisement, educational strength, industrial-educational cooperation, job oppertunities, financial support which are currently confronted with. Such efforts also can be alternative way to be a future direction as long-term plans of our college. In this report, we suggest plan for collective and long-term schemes against current college problems Moreover, even though a proposed plan as first step is to limit to Susung-Ku area, this system for practical application and harmony can be applied to other county areas without any additional investment and efforts in the future.

The aim of this paper is to form and to operate EQM, to say education quality management. In order to achieve the above stated purpose, the paper hypothesizes that there are similarities between enterprises and colleges in quality management. The basic method of the paper is systematic approach, modifies TQM, which is total quality management. The result is that EQM program must form and operate the feedback system for teaching and learning effect, the PSMT(project, self-study, media, team unit style teaching and learning) as a new teaching and learning method, and the digital system as an advanced mechanism, in education quality management.
태서 중추신경계의 Heat Shock Protein 70 분포에 대한 Nicotine 영향

This study was investigated to determine whether nicotine causes the morphological changes and expression of heat shock protein(HSP) 70 in the central nervous system of rat embryo. The pregnant rats were injected s.c. twice daily with 3 mg nicotine per 100g body weight from day 0 to 14 of gestation and embryos were removed on gestation day 15. As morphological changes, retardation of cell proliferaton was observed in the telencephalon of nicotine-treated groups and no changes in the other region were found. Minimal HSP 70 was expressed over chole central nervous system was similar between control and nicotine-treated group, the expression of blood cells in the meinges and chroid plexus was significantly greater in nicotine-treated group than in control.

The DNA topoismerase I inhibitor ${\beta}-lapachone$, the product of a lapacho tree (Tabebuia avellanedae) from South America, activates a novel apoptotic response in a number of cell lines. In the present report, we investigated the effects of ${\beta}-lapachone$ on the growth of human lung in human non-small-cell-lung-cancer A549 cells. Upon treatment with ${\beta}-lapachone$, a concentration-dependent inhibition of cell viability and cell proliferation was observed as measured by hemocytometer counts and MTT assay. The ${\beta}-lapachone-treated$ cells developed many of the hallmark features of apoptosis, including membrane shrinking, condensation of chromatin and DNA fragmentation. These apoptotic effects of ${\beta}-lapachone$ in A549 cells were associated with a marked induction of pro-apoptotic Bax expression, however the levels of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 expression were decreased in a dose-dependent manner. Accordingly, elevated amount of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p21 expression accompanied by up-regulation of tumor suppressor p53 was observed. By RT-PCR analyses, decrease in gene expression level of telomerase reverse transcriptase and telomeric repeat binding factor were also observed. Thus, these findings suggest that ${\beta}-lapachone$ may be a potential anti-cancer therapeutics for the control of human lung cancer cell model.
