        Importance of productivity improvement has been recognized in Korea manufacturing in recent years as a means of international competitiveness enhancement. Well-established productivity management is what is needed in manufacturing in order to improve productivity. Thus far, Korea manufacturing's emphasis for productivity management has been focused mainly on the measurement of labor productivity. Effective productivity management, however generally requires the following stages : establishment of productivity strategies, productivity measurement, productivity evaluation, productivity planning, and implementation of productivity improvement programs. In this study, company-based and plant-based "productivity management index systems(PIMS)"are developed for application to measurement and evaluation stages of Korea manufacturing's productivity management.

        전자파 잔향실에서의 임신한 랫에 대한 SAR 통계적 분석

        In-vivo 실험용 전자파 잔향실에서의 노출조건을 설정하기 위하여 다수의 임신한 랫이 900 MHz CDMA(code division multiple access) 전자파에 노출되는 조건에서의 SAR(specific absorption rate)에 대한 통계적 분석을 수행하였다. SAR 분석은 전자파 잔향실 내의 부하 조건에 해당하는 임신 랫의 마릿수를 반영하였으며, 임신 랫의 SAR뿐만 아니라, 태아에게노출되는 SAR을 포함하여 계산하였다. 이를 위해서 한 마리 임신 랫에 대한 SAR을 계산하고, 20마리 임신 랫에 대한평균 SAR과 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 20마리 임신 랫에 대한 위치별 SAR 값에 대한 편차 및 평균 노출값을 구했다. 20마리 개체 간의 전신 SAR의 편차는 0.24 dB 수준으로 낮게 나타났으며, 태아의 SAR은 임신 랫의 전신 SAR에 대비하여0.8 dB 이내로 나타남을 보였다.

        저항성 부하를가진 초광대역 안테나 설계 및 제작

        광대역 안테나는 안테나의 급전점과 끝부분의 개방부분사이에서 다중 반사가일어나서 입력신호의 끝부분에 떨림 현상이 열어난다 . 이는 기본적으로 안테나의 협대역 특성에 기인하는데, 저항성 부하는 이러한 떨림 현상을 줄일 수 있다. 이 방법은 송수신 사이의 거리가 가까운 GPR 시스템이나 신호가 빨리 감쇄하는 공진산란 측정 시스템에서 산란체에 의한 신호의 보호를위해 송신신호의 왜곡을 줄이는것에 중요하다 .본 논문에서는안테나의 내부 다중 반사를줄이기 위해 저항성 부하를 가진 초광대역 안테나를 설계하고 제작하여 개선된 측정결과를 얻었다. Broadband antennas have late-time ringing by multi-reflections between feed points and 0pen ends of the antennas, which indicates the narrowband nature of the antenna. The resistive loading has been used to reduce the late time ringing that is important for ground penetrating radar and resonance detection systems in order to prevent masking of target. In this paper, we design an ultra wide band antenna with resistive loading technique to reduce the internal reflections within the antenna.. The designed antenna is implemented and tested to show inIproved characteristics.

        Resonance Scattering Theory (RST) that was devised in the acoustic filed offers us an interpretation of the resonance phenomena in the scattered field. Experiments recently carried out in acoustic resonance signal that selective frequency that obtain by resonance scattering theory. Also the RST have been applied to the electromagnetic scattering problems. In this paper, we made an experiment on electromagnetic scattering with the RST.

        경직장 초음파 유도 41부위 전립선 생검법

        Purpose: We evaluated the rate of prostate cancer detection using the transrectal ultrasound(TRUS) guided, 41-core prostate needle biopsy protocol. Materials and Methods: Between May 2006 and May 2007, 110 patients received a 12-core prostate needle biopsy(Group I) and 62 patients underwent a 41-core prostate needle biopsy(Group II) under local anesthesia. In addition to sextant biopsy, 41-core prostate needle biopsies were obtained from the each lateral peripheral zone(base, mid, and apex glands), midline peripheral zone(base, mid, and apex glands) and each transition zone. Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups for age, prostate-specific antigen(PSA), or prostate volume. The cancer detection rate in the Group I and Group II was 19.1% and 24.2%, respectively. We found a significantly higher detection rate in the 41-core biopsy with prostate volumes of more than 40cc(28.1% vs 11.3%). The intraoperative pain score was lower in Group II than Group I(1.57±1.45 vs 3.17±1.73, p<0.01). Conclusions: The 41-core prostate needle biopsy protocol is safe and intraoperative pain is low. The cancer detection rate of the 41-core prostate needle biopsy was higher than the 12-core prostate needle biopsy in patients with a prostate volume of more than 40cc.         It is a well-known fact that the problem of the productivity is not largely noticeable as the labor productivity, becuse there is the pecularity which the business charged by the white color have the speciality. However, the personnel working in the field of the white color have not only rapidly increase recently and the quality of the business become a tendency of an issue, but also the productivity of the white color might have become an object that the managers have a great concern as the competive element with the foreig enterprises. In such a realistic situation this study has been confirmed the efficiency of the developed kowledge intensive white color productivity elevation techniques, and studied about the domestic white color productivity elevation being centered on the investigation study which Japanese enterprisers carried out the propulsion model and success. I hope that this thesis should be of a efeence to those who have an interest.

        Resistive and Inductive Loading Techniques on Microstrip Antenna for Wideband Application

        In this work, an exponentially tapered microstrip antenna was implemented using a resistive loading technique in order to suppress the internal reflections. The inductive loading was realized by introducing slits on the antenna to improve radiation efficiency. Compared with a resistiveloaded antenna, the proposed antenna had an average improvement of about 6.2% in radiation efficiency within the range of 2–10.5 GHz. In addition, the highest peak of the radiated short pulse from the proposed antenna became 45% greater than that of an antenna with resistive loading only.

      • 지적노동자의 생산성 측정에 관한 연구

        This research has the productivity measurement index, by conferring on existent documents, into "efficiency," "productivity," and "changing percent of organization" and also a measurement model by the theoretical approach. Through the materials of the model company, this research has measured the knowledge worker productivity between companies from its gap by their comparison year against their basis year and has proved which index had resulted in the UP-DOWN of the productivity. As a result, this research could divide the companies within the group according to the superiority of the knowledge worker productivity and also could find out the reason of the superiority through the associated research with related personnel within the group. In addition, the superior companies could make the higher morale by giving several incentives and they could help others to share the business informations within the group. We know that the success of a company is due th a leader of it. But in the past, companies estimated the work of them-leaders and personnel according to their year goods sale in the negligence of several different conditions and variables under the business circumstance. This research, however, has concluded that giving the returns in proportion to the personnel result is desired with relation to the healthy business condition and the classified productivity of a company. In conclusion, it is believed that a competent company to with the information-intensive age can be made only under the scientific operation and management of a company.
