        소양인(少陽人) 양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯)과 인동등지골피탕(忍冬藤地骨皮湯) 및 숙지황고삼탕(熟地黃苦蔘湯)이 Alloxan 투여(投與) 고혈당(高血糖) 백서(白鼠)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        In order to investigate the effect of the Soyangin Yangkyuksanwhatang, Indongduengjigolpitang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang that are the model prescriptions for diabetic soyangin. The contents of serum glucose, insulin, total triglyceride and urine glucose, ketone-body and urine volumn and body-weights were mesured on the Alloxan-Induced diabetic Rats. The following results have been measured. 1. Yangkyuksanwhatang, Indonduengjigolpitang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang showed significant decreases on the serum glucose and particulruy Sookjiwhanggosamtang decreased significantly. 2. The contents of serum insulin on the Alloxan-Induced diabetic Rats comparing with normal group were increased in Yangkyuksanwhatang and Indongduengjigolpitang with no significance but Sookjiwhanggosamtang showed a significant increase on the serum insulin. 3. The contents of serum triglyceride were decreased in three groups, but Indongduengjigolpitang showed the significant decrease and others did not. 4. The contents of serum total cholesterol were signicantly decreased In indongduengjigolpitang but Yangkyuksanwhatang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang did not. 5. The contents of urine glucose simillary decreased in three groups. 6. The contents of urine ketone-body were not changed comparing with control group in Yangkyuksanwhatang and Indongduengjigolpitang groups, but Sookjiwhanggosamtang group showed some increase. 7. The urine volume were significantly decreased in Yangkyuksanwhatang, but Indongduengjigolpitang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang showed the decrease of urine volume with no significance. 8. Body weights were regained comparing with control group, but only Indongduengjigolpitang showed significant increase. According to the above results, Yangkyuksanwhatang, Indongduengjigolpitang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang had the effect for hyperglycemia, particulary Indongduengjigolpitang was assumed as having the effect for hyperlipemia and weight-loss induced by D. M.. Therefore, by this experiments it can be concluded that Yangkyuksanwhatang, indongduengjigolpitang and Sookjiwhanggosamtang recorded in "DongYi Soose Bowon" have the effect for soyangin diabetics.

        『포폴부』에 수록된 마야 신화 읽기

        This thesis attempts to examine the Mesoamericans' view of the universe, the world, life and their values. Among the myths inherited from Maya, Azteca, and Inca, a representative Mayan text of myth and history is chosen: Popol Vuh. By delving into this book to see the Mesoamericans as well as the Mayan-Quiches, the archetypal concept of the ancient Mesoamerican cultural conscious system is expected to be extracted. The followings are what Popol Vuh mainly tells about: the world creation by the consent of the three deities, Huracán, Tepeu, and Gucumatz; the underworld journey of Hun-Hunapuh who is the first ancestor of humans as well as the god of corns; another underworld journey, that is commanded by Huracán, of Hun-Hunapuh's twin sons; the creation of corn-man by the god of heaven and the god of creation; and finally the history of Mayan-Quiches. Excluding the historical account, this thesis focuses on the mythological discourse, in which the Mayan natives' mental world is dissolved, to analyze their mental and cultural system of thought. In the second chapter, the symbol of the god Huracán and two creator gods Tepeu and Gucumatz and the meaning of their participation in the Creation are analyzed. Some other symbols are also considered here: those of the twin brothers', Hunahpu and Ixbalanque's journey to the underworld and also of their accession to the seat of the god. The influence and meaning of the sun god's emergence and his circular movement are also examined. In the third chapter, the general concept that the Mesoamericans have of the underworld Xibalba is studied and the symbol both the play of pelota(juego de pelota) and the playing ground have is examined. Moreover, some meanings are analyzed concerning the death of Hun-Hunapuh, the first father of Mayans; the conception of Ixquic, the woman of the underworld, by his saliva; and her delivery. What the journey to the underworld, the place of death and rebirth, means and what the sacrificial rites imply are summarized here. In the fourth chapter, the meanings that the mud-man, the tree-man, and the corn-man have are looked into and the purpose of gods' human creation and humans' inborn fate are studied. In the fifth chapter, on the basis of the symbols and meanings found in the mythological discourse of Popol Vuh through the preceding chapters, the archetypal thinking system of the Mesoamericans as well as the Mayans is examined. This is to study their essential system of cultural consciousness.

        『잉카제왕기』에 수록된 잉카 신화 읽기

        Mythology contains the groups` generalized thinking system apprehended through common experiences of the transmission groups; therefore, it has a close association with the groups` tradition, usage, customs, faith, and more. Additionally, even though mythologies, since they are orally-transmitted, evolve into new forms while their archetypes transforming or becoming extinct, or deriving or gaining additions due to the groups` new experiences and/or the periods` consciousness within historical time; there are no changes in their archetypical essence. Therefore, it can be said that the current-existing mythologies are embracing the groups` diachronic and synchronic consciousness system, and this is precisely the cultural consciousness of the groups. This research was committed to extract the Incan archetypical cultural consciousness contained in mythological discourses, among mythological tales transmitted from the Inca Empire which is one of the top three cultural areas of Central and South America during the Classical Periods-centering on mythologies collected in 『Comentarios Reales de los Incas』, the representative historical archive of Inca. In Chapter II, this research examined the origin of Inca. And discourses on the viewpoints of religion and the world of the Incans expressed in texts were summarized. In Chapter III, Inca`s founding mythologies that were written in texts were categorized by their transmission areas and analyzed. In the orally-transmitted founding mythology of the Cuzco areas, the meaning of godhood that the Incan emperors, who were succeeded by oldest son`s succession to the throne, came to have from the birth of Manco Capac, the son of the Sun god, who sat as the founding forefather of the Incas and the meaning of clemency that the Sun god would like to give to the human world through his descendents were understood. In the orally-transmitted founding mythology of the eastern and northern areas, the process and meaning of Manco Capac, who was equipped with the utmost godhood, sitting as the forefather of Incas and the legitimacy of conquest were studied. In the orally-transmitted founding mythology of the western and southern areas, the influence of Christianity on the recording process of mythology and the legitimacy of the conquest of natives in the Cuzco Valley were examined. In Chapter IV, the Incans` archetypical thinking system was contemplated based on the symbolism that is contained in those mythological discourses and meanings of the 『Comentarios Reales de los Incas』, which understood through Chapter II, III, and IV.

        가르시아 마르께스의 소설에 나타난 죽음의 양상과 의미

        In this thesis, I tried to define the understanding of death which the writer's awareness of Marquez intended to through analyzing the language and materials which symbolized death in the descriptive literature of Marquez. This is because the systematic understanding of images of death must go ahead to understand the huge symbolic world which is flowing in the bottom of the descriptive literature of Marquez. For this study, I examined the symbols of death scattered in the descriptive literature of Marquez by placing them under the category of aspects in the chapter 2. The image of death is realized ① through weakening and destroying its identity by damaging and destroying the form of an existence, or through weakening and destroying will to live of the existence; ② through turning the land to be described into a desert or a marsh, or through a flood whose model is ‘Noah's flood’; ③ through transferring the described object to the hour symbolizing death by breaking the time cycle into parts,; ④through weakening social functions using martial law, the curfew, censorship or through the subjects suggesting death as well. In the chapter 3, I studied the implication which the writer pursued through the death-oriented symbolic system by grafting it onto the birth(new world) descriptive structure which leads the whole symbolism, and examined the significance of the symbolism of death. The death-oriented descriptive structure is the preliminary stage to complete the birth-oriented descriptive structure and at the same time it exists as a branch of the birth-oriented descriptive structure. Therefore, death-oriented implication ends as the meaning of the birth-oriented descriptive structure, the end is ‘birth(rebirth)’ and ‘arrival of Utopia’. So, death means resurrection by the Holy Spirit in the Utopian future world. In the chapter 4, I examined the creative intention of Marquez, who adhered to the establishment of the death-oriented significance reflected in the writer's awareness of Marquez, who was aware of the real condition in Latin America. His descriptive literature includes his hope to prepare the Utopian future world through complete destroy of the present world, and to rescue the people in Latin America from the miserable unhappiness of the present world by giving rebirth(resurrection) to them in the Utopian future world.       • 댄스스포츠의 채점방식에 관한 비교연구 -합산식(Total system) 채점방식과 스케이팅(Skating system) 채점방식을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 댄스스포츠 채점방식에 있어 국내에서 실시되고 있는 합산식 채점방식과 영국 및 미국에서 이루어지고 있는 스케이팅 채점방식을 비교·분석해보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 국내 댄스스포츠가 제도적 합리성과 공정성을 확립하고 국제 수준으로 발돋음하고 동시에 양적·질적으로 성장하는데 이론적 기초를 마련하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 연구의 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 함산식 채점방식과 스케이팅 채점방식에 차이가 있을 것이다. 둘째, 합산식 채점방식과 스케이팅 채점방식에 따라 경기결과는 차이가 있을 것이다. 연구의 대상은 JATD(일본댄스스포츠교사협회)한국지부에서 주최한 제 2회 서울컵 아시아슈퍼스타 댄스스포츠 대회(2002)의 심사결과를 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법은 경기결과를 비교 분석하는 방법을 채택하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 합산식 채점방식과 스케이팅 채점방식에는 많은 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 합산식과 스케이팅 채점 방식에 따라 경기 결과에 많은 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 스케이팅 채점방식과의 비교분석에서 합산식 채점방식의 문제점을 발견할 수 있었다. This study was to diagnose Korea`s dance sport`s marking system and analyzed U.S.A` dancesport`s marking system and compared two system. The purpose of this study was to give theoretical basis of dance sport which can establish the institutional fairness. The subject to analyze home and foreign marking system was the marking result of The Second Seoul Cup Asia Super star Dancesport`s Contest. This study reexamined the result through two marking system. The result of this study could be summarized below through definite analysis: Firstly, 10 cases of lanking change was founded. This shows that home`s marking system can`t control the deviation of each judge. Secondly, 4 cases of tying was founded, which can be differentiated through skating system of U.S.A dance sport. This also affects the total ranking. Thirdly, Each different result of two system affected the last ranking. This shows that home`s Sum-up system can`t control specific judge`s preferential mark. There should be objectively approvable marking standard and certified marking system which can reduce suspicion. In addition, If consistent rules are applied on the basis of this system, the status of dance sport as international sport will be raised.
