지역사회복지사업 교회서비스의 수준과 관련요인 평가연구-대전지역 교회를 중심으로-

본 연구는 지역사회복지사업 교회서비스수준과 관련된 요인에 대한 평가를 연구하므로써 지역별로 교단별로 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 대전지역교회 중심으로 실증분석한 사례논문이다. 특히 일반적 특성에 따라 교회지도자의 지역사회복지사업에 대한 인식의 차이와 지역별, 교단별로 인적·물적자원의 차이 등 그리고 지역사회복지사업 실시가 지역사회에 끼치는 긍정적인 영향이 있는지를 파악한 논문이다. 대전지역 5개구에 위치한 교회로 각 교단별로 200여 교회를 선정하였으며, 조사대상은 대전광역시 중대형교회를 운영하는 지도자를 대상으로 조사하였다. 조사기간은 2016년 2월부터 4월까지로 한정하였으며, 연구분석 방법으로는 빈도분석 및 교차분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구분석결과 일반적 특성에 따라 교회지도자의 지역사회복지사업에 대한 인식과 인적·물적자원 활동도 차이가 지역별, 교단별로 차이가 나타났으며, 특히 지역사회복지사업 실시가 교회발전과 지역사회에 끼치는 영향이 긍정적으로 나타나 대부분 대전지역 교회중 장로교단과 유성구가 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this case study was to review the assessment of the level of church service for community welfare programs and the relevant factors and to empirically analyze the differences according to regions and orders, focusing on churches in Daejeon. It aimed to investigate the variation in church leaders` awareness of community welfare programs by their general characteristics and in human and material resources by regions and orders and determine if community welfare programs positively affected communities. About 200 churches were selected for each order in five districts of Daejeon and the research was conducted in leaders of medium- and large-sized churches in Daejeon from February to April, 2016. Data were processed using frequency analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. There were differences in the church leaders` awareness of community welfare programs by their general characteristics and in human and material resources by regions and orders; the community welfare programs were effective in improving churches and communities; and the order of presbyterianism and Yuseong-gu in Daejeon had significant effects.

사회적기업의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 -경기도 안양 지역을 중심으로-

유럽이나 미국은 비영리단체들이 국가나 지방장부, 기업이 제공하지 못한 사회서비스를 지역주민에게 제공하면서 자연스럽게 사외적기업이 발달한 것과는 달리, 한국 사회적기어버의 성장은 정부가 고용창출을 목적으로 인건비와 운영비를 지원해주는 정책으로 진행되어 왔기 때문에 본래 사회적기업의 의미를 국민들에게 정확히 전달해주지 못하고 있다. 사외적기업에 대한 정확한 인식이 자리잡지 못한 상황에서 법률·제도상의 미비, 고용상의 재원과 전문성의 부족 등의 문제로 이어지고 있는 것이 지금의 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적기업에 대한 올바른 이해와 비판을 바탕으로 우리나라에 적합한 사회적기업의 발전방안을 모색하고자 한다. Social enterprises in Europe and America have been able to be developed naturally because Non-profit organization provided social services, which companies hadn`t supplied to local residents. While, social enterprises in korea have been incorrectly developed due to the policy that supplied labor costing and operating expenses for creation of jobs, which has made people not to have precise opinion about the essential meaning of social enterprise. In this situation, it has lead the problems such as limit on employ. The lack of resources and expertise, institutional inertia. To solve those problems, we will be finding the appropriate directions of development in social enterprise in Korea based on correct understanding and criticize about social enterprise in this study.

지역개발정책으로서 지역특화발전특구제도에 대한 비판적검토

중앙정부 주도의 획일적 지역개발정책으로 인한 문제들로부터 탈피하고자 도입된 지역특화발전특구제도가 시행 된지 8년이 경과하였다. 따라서 새로운 지역개발정책으로서 지역특화발전특구제도가 어느 장도의 성과를 보이고 있는지 냉정하게 검토해볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지역특화발전특구제도의 전반적 현황분석과 함께 핵심적 아이디어인 규제완화의 효과 정도, 특색 있고 개성 있는 지역개발정책으로서의 유용성, 지역 강제활성화 정책으로서의 효과정도 라는 세 가지 측면에 초점을 두고 평가하였으며 이를 통해 지역특화발전특구제도의 향후 운영방향에 대한 시사점을 모색해보고자 하였다. Since Special Economic Zone was introduced to get out the problems caused the uniform regional development led by central government and it has been 8 years since then, Therefore it does need to review dispassionately about Special Local Development Zone System which took a certain effect as new regional development policy. This research was analyzed of overall operation status, focusing on three aspects; effectiveness of deregulation in key idea of Special Local Development Zone System, usefulness for characteristic and individualized regional development, and effectiveness for vitalization of the Local Economy Finally, implication for the operation direction of Special Local Development Zone System was revealed.

한,일 양국 도시경관제도 비교 연구

현재 도시경관에는 역사적으로도 가치가 있고 양호한 경관요소로도 손색이 없는 요소와, 난개발로 인해 경관을 저해하는 요소 등이 산재되어 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국과 일본 양국의 경관법 개요 및 내용을 비교분석을 통해 도시경관제도 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공함에 있다. 본 연구에서는 경관관련 문헌과, 한국과 일본 양국의 경관법을 기초로 하여 개요 및 내용을 주요항목별로 비교분석하였다. 이는 법의 유사성과 상이성을 검토함으로써 도시경관제도 개선에 적용할 수 있는 내용적 범위를 살펴보기 위함이다. 또한 한·일 양국의 도시경관제도의 비교를 통한 결과를 도시경관요소의 보존과 정비·개선의 필요성이 있는 요소를 도출하였다. 그 결과 주민 및 행정에 의한 자발적 참여가 이루어 질 수 있는 도시경관제도 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 이는 지역환경적 특징을 가짐과 동시에 주민의 역사가 담긴 양호한 경관형성을 이루는데 밑바탕이 될 것이다. The City are teeming with elements with historical values and great landscape qualities and, at the same time, elements that have negative impacts on landscape due to reckless development. The purpose of this study was to improve the Urban Landscape system by investigating the Survey of Residents` Awareness. For that purpose, provide in the data base for improvement of A Comparative Study on Urban Landscape of Korea and Japan Based on the landscape literature and the landscape laws of Korea and Japan, the investigator compared and analyzed the overviews and content according to the major items in order in order to identify the content scope applicable to the improvement of the Urban landscape system by reviewing similarities and differences between different laws. In addition, the comparative on urban landscape of the Korea and Japan were examined to use the results as the criteria to select urban landscape elements and identify the elements requiring preservation, arrangement, or improvement. The stubby thus proposed a way to improve the Urban Landscape system to induce voluntary participation on the parts of residents and administration. The results of the study will build a foundation for creating favorable landscapes containing both the features of the local environment and the history of the residents.

담양군 기본계획에 관한 고찰

담양군은 2020년 담양군 기본계획을 2007년에 수립하였는데 그 내용에는 계획의 기조에서 도시의 미래상과 목표를 설정하고, 공간계획에서 생활권계획, 토지이용계획, 교통·물류·정보·통신계획, 주거계획을 수립하고, 경제·사회·환경·재정계획에서 산업, 문화, 경관에 관한 내용을 포함시켜 담양군의 장기적인 발전 방향을 모색하였다. 담양군 기본계획이 수립되고 9년이 경과한 시점에서 기본계획은 계획대로 시행되는가를 파악하고, 기본계획에서 제시한 목표와 지표와 담양통계연보에서 발표한 각종 자료들을 비교함으로써 기본계획의 성과를 분석하고, 향후 기본계획의 수정 및 재수립할 경우에 기초적 자료를 제안하고자 한다. Damyang county set up the 2020 Dam Yang-Gun Master Plan which suggests goals and index of the plan, and includes population planning, land use planning, transportation planning, housing projects, economic and social planning. The purpose of this paper is to investigates Damyang Master Plan, and to analyse the relation of actual conditions and goals of master plan. In the first chapter, the purpose and method of this paper are studied. In the second chapter of this paper, contents of the Damyang Master Plan are reviewed. In the third and fourth chapter, this paper analyses the relation of the real conditions and population, housing projects of master plan. In the fifth chapter, parking lot, educational institution, welfare facilities, public garden are analysed. In the last chapter, conclusion of this paper are suggested.
