Background : Coffee is one of the favorite brewed drink in the world where is distributed in Latin America, Southeast Asia, Southern Asia and Africa. Coffee has an effective antioxidant ability and reported about that. In this study, it was analyzed by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to establish the method about content of caffeine, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and p-coumaric acid in coffee. Methods and Results : Coffee was extracted with 70% EtOH in room temperature and evaporated at 45℃. All standard and sample extract were melted and diluted with 15% MeOH. Mobile phase was prepared using water with 0.01% phosphoric acid and MeOH. All standard and sample were analyzed with gradient elution (0 min : 15% MeOH, 35 min : 30% MeOH). The chromatograms were monitored at 272 and 320 ㎚. HPLC reported linear equation that based on the calibration curve for each standard compound (caffeine : Y = 1.04e + 004X – 3.21e + 003, R2 = 0.999890. chlorogenic acid : Y = 2.86e + 004X – 8.24e + 003, R2 = 0.999891. caffeic acid : Y = 2.07e + 004X – 1.21e + 004, R2 = 0.999894. p-coumaric acid : Y = 3.24e + 004X – 1.10e + 004, R2 = 0.999897). Standard compounds were determined with qualitative and quantitative analysis. The retention time of each peak of standard compounds were separated by chromatogram. Conclusion : In this study, we determined that the analysis method of compounds in coffee. In addition, we have confirmed that separation about the retention time of each peak of caffeine and chlorogenic acid in different solvent condition depending on acid buffer. This method can be use to determine standard compound in coffee.

The average height of buildings in most cities is increasing in an effort to more effectively use land. In addition, as construction technology develops, rapid construction methods have been pursued. However, while there have been great strides in construction technology, the development of a temporary structure that can support the high-rise building under construction and the rapid construction methods has been relatively limited. If the temporary structure is not built on an outer wall of a building being constructed, a worker may be injured or killed in a fall and building materials such as blocks and other objects may fall to the ground, causing the build-up of trash around the building and possible injuries to persons in proximity to the building. This paper proposes a Self Climbing Safety Fence for construction building(SCfence). SCfence was developed to solve the above problems, a tent has been setup to cover the outer wall of the building, or a falling preventing net has been pitched in a direction perpendicular to the outer wall of the building. A case study was performed to verify the validity of SCfence through comparing the safety and cost experience between SCfence and the existing method. 최근 건축공사는 지가의 상승과 토지의 효율적인 이용을 위하여 지하층 깊이의 증가와 초고층화 되는 추세에 있으며, 건축시공 기술의 발달과 관리기법의 선진화에 따라 신속한 공사진행이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 시공기술과 관련시공법의 괄목할만한 발전에도 불구하고 초고층화와 신속한 공사진행을 뒷받침하여 줄만한 적절한 가설기법의 개발은 매우 미미한 실정이다. 공사중에는 건축물 외벽부에 대한 적절한 가설설비의 뒷받침이 없으면 건축물의 상층부에서 건축자재, 블록, 이물질 등이 낙하되어 분진 발생 등기 환경오염과 현장주변을 통행하는 사람이나 차량 등에 피해를 입히는 사고가 발생할 수 있으며 작업자의 추락재해와 같은 사고기 위험성도 높아지게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 분진, 낙하, 추락, 보양 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 건축공사용 안전펜스공법(SCfence)을 제시하였으며, 이 공법은 건축물의 외측에 유도용 레일을 부착하여 고정시키고 이 유도용 레일을 따라 안전펜스가 승강하여 이동이 가능하고 건축물의 외부를 완전히 방호할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 또한 개발공법을 현장에 적용한 결과, 안전성 확보와 원가절감의 효과가 기존공법보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

Owing to the cold wave of IMF started to blow from the end of last year we have been in difficult industrial situation and especially the hotel businesses which had been approaching the stage of settlement through continuous development based on the steady trend of growth have been suffering from big ordeal and pain. For this reason this study has been aimed to find out the ways of vitalizing especially the banquet part business of hotel which shows sensible reaction to the economic situations and social environment, and to attain such aim special 1st class 6 hotels in the city of Seoul have been chosen as the models to comparatively analyze the sales of banquet these 3 years, to look up the changing situation of the sales amount after and before the system of IMF, to analyze the main causes affecting on the rapidly decreasing situation of sales amount, and to study on the ways of maximizing the sales amount of banquet for the last.
