This thesis is concerned width the rrost efficient layout of furniture-manufacturing factories particularly in mechanical disposition line of furniture like a bureau a dressing table, a display cabinet, which are to be executed by the small and medium furniture-manufacturing factories. Among the small and medium furniture manufacturers whose workers amount to twenty five to three hundred in number, three companies were selected from domestic ones, two from Japan to lead to the successful thesis. With the examinations of the manufacturing process, path and handling, allotment of work, working space and the like. problems found herewith were drawn out, viewpoints of improvement sought, and improvement on disposition of factories suggested depending on the procedure of factory layout. Featured by diverse change of materials and labor-intensive industry, furniture-manufacturing companies must be concerned especially about the effectiveness of demand and supply of the raw materials and manpower when they are brought under the condition to the condition to find out the appropriate location of factories. Furthermore, if ac location of factory is to be fixed, it is absolutely necessary to work out measures to control noise and dust. factory buildings will have to be designed under the regulation to assured of keeping under control the temperature at 18C to 21C and humidity at 35%. with drying rooms and painting work being particularly taken into consideration. The mechanical disposition must depend on the manufacturing process of main products to follow a well arranged working process. It also is a must that in order to get the minimum movement the furniture-making companies are necessarily to be equipped with the yard of half - finished goods, free handling route and effective transportation. Special attention is also paid for proper allotment of work, and choice of arrangement, by means of which balance between manufacturing processes amy be achieved. and to arrangements of furniture - manufacturing able to bring into execution the change of products and revamp of arrangements.
Ti-6Al-4V 합금의 단시간 고온 노출 시 모재 및 용접부의 인장강도 특성

Since the structural temperature of a flight vehicle flying at high speed rises rapidly due to aerodynamic heating, it is necessary for optimum structural design to obtain proper material properties at high temperature by taking into account of its operational environment. For a special alloy, analysis data on strength change due to exposure time to high temperature are very limited, and most of them are for an exposure time longer than 30 minutes for long term operations. In this study, base and weld metal samples of Ti-6Al-4V alloy had been prepared and high temperature tensile tests with induction heating were performed, and then high temperature strength characteristics and strength recovery characteristics through cooling have been analyzed. Pre-tests to determine maximum heating rate were performed, and response characteristics for temperature control were confirmed. As a result, high temperature tensile strength appeared to be lower than that of room temperature, but it was higher than that of high temperature of 30 minite exposure listed in MMPDS. In strength recovery through cooling Ti-6Al-4V alloy has shown higher recovery rate compared with other alloys.

고속 비행체의 경우 구조 설계 시 해당 구간의 온도 분포를 파악하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 공력가열 자료를 사용하여 동심 관형 구조의 열전달 해석을 수행하였고, 정상상태 가정을 통한 열평형 관계식을 도출하여 외부로 방출되는 복사와 동심 관형의 내/외부스킨 공간에서 발생하는 cavity radiation에 의한 구조물 온도를 계산하였다. 외부로 방출되는 복사 적용 시 외부스킨의 구조물 최대 온도는 크게 낮아졌고, cavity radiation을 추가로 적용할 경우 외부스킨의 온도는 오히려 증가했다. 본 모델에 적용한 열평형 관계식을 사용하여 해석프로그램의 복잡한 과정을 거치지 않고도 비교적 정확하게 외부로의 재복사와 cavity radiation 효과를 확인할 수 있었고, 계산과 해석결과와의 일치성도 검증하였다. In the case of high-speed aircraft, it is important to know the temperature distribution of the section when designing structure. In this study heat transfer analysis was performed using the aerodynamic heating of concentric flow tube, calculated temperature of structure for radiation emitted outside and cavity radiation of inner/outer skin section through heat equilibrium equation derived from steady state. With radiation emitted to outside applied, maximum temperature of outer skin showed a fairly large temperature decrease but increased in temperature of outer skin when applied cavity radiation. Even though I didn"t go through the complicated process of analysis program, confirmed relatively accurate effects of radiation emitted to outside and cavity radiation using heat equilibrium equation and the verified congruity of the calculation and analysis result.
제조기업의 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 생산전략에 관한 실증적 연구

우리나라 제조기업의 경쟁력 확보의 방향을 제시하고자 본 연구는 제조기업의 생산전략을 권력의 속성요소들을 내포한 Concordance Process와 권력의 다섯 가지 결정요소들을 포함한 파워 프로세스의 관점에서 기업의 경영성과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 인천 경기 지역을 중심으로 전국의 제조기업의 생산책임자를 대상으로 설문조사를 한 후, 수집한 자료를 SPSS의 통계 패키지를 이용하여 처리하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, 권력의 다섯 가지 속성으로 이루어진 Concordance Process는 파워 프로세스에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 이렇게 형성된 파워 프로세스는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 우리나라 제조 기업들에게 많은 시사점을 제공하리라 기대한다. Based on the perspective of power fundamentals and power process, this study empirically investigated the manufacturing strategy which provided competitive advantages for the manufacturing companies in Korea. To do so, this study conducted the survey to chief production officers in Incheon, Kyoungki, and other provinces, and the data was processed by using the SPSS statistical package. According to the study results, the concordance process had positive impacts on the power process and the power process had positive impacts on the organizational performance. This result can provide many implications for the manufacturing companies in Korea.
친환경 추진제 점화기 설계 및 혼합비에 따른 점화 특성

본 연구에서는 고농도 과산화수소와 케로신을 사용하는 저추력 엔진의 촉매방식 점화기를 설계 제작하고, 수류시험을 통해 설계 압력 대비 유량을 확인하였다. 점화 성능 확인을 위해 과산화수소 분해열이 정상상태에 도달하는 지점에서의 케로신 유량변화에 따른 혼합비를 변화시켰고, 넓은 범위의 혼합비에서 안정된 점화특성을 확인하였다. A catalyst ignitor of small thrust engine using hydrogen peroxide and kerosene was designed and fabricated, which confirmed mass flow rate for design pressure through the water cold-flow test in this study. In order to investigate ignition performance, it was changed that mixture ratio for kerosene mass flow rate in a position which heat of hydrogen peroxide decomposition comes to a steady state. And we confirmed stable ignition property in a wide range of mixture ratio.
