The first Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) in Korea was carried out for Electric Power resource development. This study includes of the method and procedure of pre-Environmental investigation and EIA for Electric Power resource development. Through the analysis of these we make some conclusions for the improvemental and effective method of impact prediction, the environmentally sound and sustainable development of the earth(ESSD) and the collection of public opinions.

Ondol, Korean under-floor heating system, has been a target for innovation to meet the requirements of sustainable domestic building and low carbon emission energy utilization. Simulation techniques provide designers and researchers with powerful tools to predict heating load and thermal behaviour of Ondol systems installed in various contexts. However, there are few studies on Ondol models, especially associated with multi-stories buildings of which type covers about 50% of Korean housing stock. In this study, we analyzed the smart floor system which was developed and tested by the KICT, using the ESP-r program. On the basis of the smart floor system, we suggested the new modelling method that is composed the vent-zone and ondol-zone. Using the this model, sensitivity analysis was carried out to refine the applicability of the model taking account of control conditions, infiltration rate and air flow network method and CFD analysis using the FLUENT. The air layer has enough temperature to use in room. It is suggested that the simplicity of the model will allow building designers and mechanical engineers easily to implement scenario-based assessment of design options as well as control strategy.

In the study results, Incheon region, a classic house was consistently built in spite of having been the barrier which a foreign dwelling flowed into until 1960's. And met me in our dwelling habit and changed and used a house built by the Japanese. That is, the traditional dwelling format worked with a spindle accepting other dwelling culture and can do it. It was a too social change and was able to confirm the fact that it extended a room as necessary or it improved a classic house and used as West back various way whom it got cold, and exchanged it to a kitchen of a cause and effect life.

The authors carried out a study on the influence of daylighting environment according to surface reflectivity of opposite building for improvement of poor environment conditions in a metropolitan area. The numerical model developed can be used for evaluation of daylight reflecting performance.<br/> In this paper, the sensitivity analysis of environment performance factors of daylight reflecting from the opposite building were examined, analysed and presented as a solution method for improvement of building environments. The results were proved to be an effective control methods for improvement of building environment, especially in a metropolitan area. On the basis of this research, the experimental study should be performed.
인천지역 전통 주거건축물의 평면 및 배치유형에 관한 연구

This study that it started from is to consider a change process of the Incheon local dwelling culture that took charge of role of the aisle where foreign dwelling culture flows into in these viewpoints. It considered literature data to the center and did cultural meaning and formation and a change process of a modern house put on a display of in our country of a dwelling in early theoretical background for this. As for the space enemy range of study, he targeted the administrative district that was currently included in Incheon Metropolitan City. It limited, and the range of study in time progressed to the beginning of 1960's in a language for the 18th century. The dwelling type classified it according to the construction cause to a classic house, a bad house, a solar eclipse house, a Chinese formula house, a form house. 독일 체적의 건물 형상에 의한 에너지 소비량 분포 특성에 관한 연구

This study was focused on the establishment of a fundamental DB(database) that is available in the building design states, so we performed the simulation analysis about the energy consumption on the same volume buildings. Because building energy consumption is affected by the exterior surface area, the ratio of long/short surface length and the adjacent internal surface area etc.. For these purpose, we supposed the unit module and made a constructable 16 model buildings which are composed of the 16 unit modules. Then we analyzed the simulation using the IES_VE and the Seoul weather data. Building energy consumption is more reduced that in case of the smaller exterior surface area, the lower stories building and the larger adjacent surface area. Further study is to be required the sensitivity analysis on the various weather conditions, building shapes and window area etc..
