        도시 열환경을 고려한 녹지관리방안 수립 연구

        This study suggests plan of green space management based on the result of research apprehending the characteristic through sorting types of city thermal environment targeting summer which thermal pollution is the most serious. Considering anthropogenic heat, development level of wind road, thermal environment, as a result of types of thermal environment process, it is appeared 36 types, and 10 types is relevant of this research subject. Type Ⅰ-1, size of building is large, artificial covering area is wide, and thermal load of anthropogenic heat is high, typeⅡ-1, development condition of wind road is incomplete as Ⅱlevel, entering cold air is difficult and thermal management and improvement is needed area. Type Ⅲ-1, scale is large and it is area of origin of cold air, development level of wind road is mostly favorable, type Ⅲ-2 is revealed as smaller scale than Ⅲ-1, and small area of origin of cold air. Type Ⅳ, anthropogenic heat is 81~150 W/㎡, average, but development function of wind road is very favorable. Type Ⅴ, large area of thermal load and the origin of cold air are distributed as similar ratio, and level of development function of wind road is revealed as Ⅱ level. According to standard of type classification of thermal environment, as a result of suggesting plan of green space management and biotops area ratio, type Ⅰ-1 is buffer green space and waterway creation, goal biotops area ratio 35%, type Ⅱ-1 afforestation in site and goal biotops area ratio 40%, type Ⅲ-1, preservation plan to display the current function continuously is requested. Type Ⅳ suggests afforestation of stream current, and typeⅤ suggests quantitative increase of green space and goal biotops area ratio 45%.

        여름철 단일수목의 음이온 발생에 관한 평가

        본 연구는 단일수목 중심으로 측정지점의 변화를 통해 위치에 따른 음이온 변화를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상지는 건국대학교 글로컬캠퍼스 내에 위치한 느티나무를 선정하여 하지를 기준으로 총 3일간 측정을 실시하였으며, 그림자가 형성되는 반대 방향에 위치한 $T_a$지점과 수목의 중앙에 위치시킨 $T_b$지점, 그림자 중앙에 위치시킨 $T_c$지점, 그림자 끝 지점에 위치시킨 $T_d$지점으로 총 4개소로 구분하여 측정하였다. 측정일 간 평균기온은 $T_a$지점이 $28.4^{\circ}C$로 가장 높았으며, 그림자 중앙에 위치시킨 $T_c$지점이 가장 낮은 $27.9^{\circ}C$로 나타났다. 상대습도는 기온이 가장 높았던 $T_a$지점에서 가장 낮은 42.5%를 기록하였다. 일사량의 경우 $T_a$지점에서 $1,024.6W/m^2$로 가장 높았으며, $T_d$지점($701.48W/m^2$) > $T_c$지점($215.63W/m^2$) > $T_b$지점($227.75W/m^2$) 순으로 조사되었고, 음이온 측정결과, $T_a$지점에서 가장 높은 $654ea/cm^3$로 측정되었으며, $T_d$지점 > $T_c$지점 > $T_b$지점 순으로 각각 $639.4ea/cm^3$, $615.3ea/cm^3$, $612.3ea/cm^3$로 나타났다. 상관성 분석결과, 음이온은 세 가지 기상요소, 기온, 일사량, 상대습도와 상관성이 검증되었다. 기온과 일사량의 경우 정의 상관성을 보이고, 각각 .687과 .332의 상관계수를 보였으며, 유의확률은 .000, .037로 나타났다. 또한 상대습도는 부의 상관관계로 상관계수와 유의확률이 각각 -.557, .000으로 분석되었다. This research aims to analyze changes in anion according to locations through changes in the measuring point centering on a single tree. The subject tree was the Zelkova serrata which is most widely used as a landscape tree, and the measurement was conducted for a total of 3 days with summer solstice as the basic date. In consideration of the solar altitude and the location of the Zelkova serrata, a total of 4 measurement points - $T_a$ at the opposite direction of the shadow, $T_b$ in the center of the tree $T_c$ in the center of the shadow, and $T_d$ at the end of the shadow - were established. The mean temperature of the measurement days was the highest at $T_a$ with $28.4^{\circ}C$ and was the lowest at $T_c$, in the center of the shadow with $27.9^{\circ}C$. The relative humidity was the lowest with 42.5% at $T_a$ where the temperature was the highest. The amount of insolation was the highest at $T_a$ with $1,024.6W/m^2$, followed by $T_d(701.48W/m^2$), $T_c$($215.63W/m^2$), and $T_b(227.75W/m^2)$, and the anion was the highest at $T_a$ with $654ea/cm^3$, followed by $T_d$, $T_c$, and $T_b$, with $639.4ea/cm^3$, $615.3ea/cm^3$, $612.3ea/cm^3$, respectively. The results of the correlation analysis proved that anion correlated with the temperature, the amount of insolation, and the relative humidity on the significant level. Of these, the temperature and the amount of insolation had the positive correlation with the correlation coefficients of .687 and .332, respectively, and the significance probability of .000, and .037, respectively. The relative humidity was found to have negative correlation. Its correlation coefficient and the significance probability were -.557, and .000, respectively.

        생체기후도를 이용한 비오톱 유형별 환경 쾌적성 증진 방안 연구

        This study analyzed weather characteristics for each biotope type and influential factors on outdoor temperature in the summer when thermal contamination is at its worst targeting Daedoek-gu, and suggested a management plan in thermal comfort aspect by using a bioclimatic chart. Impermeable area ratio for each biotope type was shown in orders of industrial area biotope(94.80%)>commercial area biotope(92.20%)>low floor residential area biotope (85.75%)>high floor residential area biotope(76.02%)>river biotope(2.35%)>forest biotope(0%). Meteorological element analysis was divided into daily maximum and daily minimum and conducted, and outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed, globe temperature, and surface temperature were measured. Outdoor temperature at the daily maximum temperature was shown in orders of industrial area biotope(36.3℃)>commercial area biotope(35.5℃)>high and low floor residential area biotope(34.8℃)>river biotope(33.9 ℃)>forest biotope(30.4℃). Low humidity was created at high temperature region and high humidity was created at low temperature region, there was no special tendency in wind speed but it contributed to creation of outdoor temperature, and surface temperature and globe temperature were measured as same tendency as outdoor temperature. Outdoor temperature at the daily minimum temperature was shown in orders of commercial area biotope(27.5℃)>industrial area and low floor residential area biotope(26.9℃)>high floor residential area biotope(26.5℃)>river biotope(26.6℃)>forest biotope(26.4℃), humidity was over 80%, and globe temperature was low temperature region with lowest value at forest biotope(26.8℃) and river biotope(26.7℃) that have strong wind speed. As a result of understanding the level of affecting creation of outdoor temperature for each land cover type, impermeable cover area showed positive correlation(correlation coefficient of 0.608) for increase of outdoor temperature, and tree planting area had negative correlation(correlation coefficient of -0.694). It was analyzed surface temperature (correlation coefficient of 0.821) and globe temperature(correlation coefficient of 0.790) had high interrelationship with change in outdoor temperature. Based on this, this study suggested expansion of green and water permeable cover, inflow of air current, and application of a planting method that considered wind corridor as a means to enhance comfort for each biotope type.

        가로변 완충녹지의 조성유형에 따른 음이온 농도 비교 분석

        This study were performed on roadside buffer green in Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul in order to analyze the anion concentration according to the type of composition of roadside buffer green. Buffer green separating the physical structure of the measurement points and measurement locations were separated by roadside, green interior, the other side of the road. planting density and deposit of trees per each buffer green was measured in the order of mounding type> slope type> the plain type. If the measured temperature of the location-specific weather elements roadside> inside> the other side of the road in order of measurement and the temperature is lowered farther away from the road. If the relative humidity of the road on the other side> inside> the roadside in order to measure and this is the opposite of the temperature tendency. According to physical structure reduction of the temperature on the other side of the road and roadside in order of mounding type> the plain type> slope type was measured. As a result of measuring a anion therefore concentration of the anion inside of melt is in order of mounding type> the plain type> slope type, tended to match the melt characteristics. According to measured positions anion concentration is in the order of the other side of the road> inside> the roadside was measured. As a result of correlation analysis, in the case of measurement location-specific weather and anions the temperature is positive correlation, relative humidity is negative correlation and that`s results of previous studies were supported.

      • 대용폐색방식 시행방법 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement for the Implement Way of a Substitute Block System)

        Presently, The Regular Block System(Automatic, Interlocking block system) is usually used during the operation of block section. However, In case that the regular block system fails because of the failure of the fixed signals and block equipment or in case of the unexpected emergent situation which should drive on the single-track due to the accidents in the double-track section or the repair work of the one-track, the Substitute Block System to make use of the driving permission license(mapping ticket, mapping paper) is used. In case of the operation of the opposite line and the temporary one-track, the safety gets worse and the SBS may cause the fatal accidents such as a head-on & a rear-end collision. Also, the unmanned railroad stations has recently increased owing to the effective operation of the stations, for it is difficult to execute the SBS in their absence. As a result, the increase of the operation time made the train delayed. Being on the rise of these problems, in this study, we analyzed the problems and difficulties of the SBS on the single line which is lacking stability and safety and on the sections combined between maned and unmaned railroad stations. And we proposed the method to improve the existing drive permission license used for 50 years into the brand-new one with state-of-the art technology and scientific way. In the era of the 21th century, Carrying out the new SBS equipped with stability and safety, we will contribute to the effective operation of trains and the satisfaction of our customers in the future.

        도심 오피스건물의 옥상녹화 조성 유형별 건물에너지 절감 비교 연구

        This study, the urban energy used office building green roof type composition of the target by analyze building energy reductions. Green roof is total 6 types(type A~F) were selected, EnergyPlus the energy simulation programs were used. Top floor of green roof types evaluation, the reduction of the cooling peak load type E(1.26%), type D(1.30%), type C(1.37%), type B(1.45%), type F(1.49%), and heating peak load is type D(1.32%), type E(1.40%), type C(1.47%), type F(1.69%), type B(2.13%) order. Annual cooling load of heating load is reduced more than about 1% effect. The heating load reduction ratio for a maximum of 9% respectively. Cooling peak load of the building energy performance evaluation of type F >type B >type C >type D >type E in the order and in the case of peak loads heating type B >type F >type D >type E >type C order. Annual total energy use reduction of 1.07 to 1.22% and earn, type B in the best good. In primary energy use reductions in the presence of a green roof were in the 4249~4876 kWh/yr. Annual CO2 emissions reductions of unapplied type A were analyzed on average 469.78 kg.

And we proposed the suitable method in KORAIL referring to the examples of European & Japan railways lately According to the passing of the high tech time If the new SBS equipped with stability and safety is executed it will contribute to the effective operation of trains and the satisfaction of KORAIL customers in the future.
