$YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-\delta}$ 단일 타게트를 사용하여 R. F. 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 MgO(100), Si(100)기판 위에 박막을 증착한 후, $880^{\circ}C$의 산소 분위기에서 1시간 동안 열처리를 하였다. 열처리 전 박막의 미세한 조성변화에 의해서도 열처리 후 박막의 미세구조 및 전기적 특성은 크게 변화했다. MgO(100)기판의 표면에 성장되는 입자들은 선택 배향적으로 성장하려는 경향을 가지므로 가늘고 길쭉한 입자 형상을 띠는 반면에 이들 입자위에 성장되는 다른 입자들은 결정 성장 방향의 선호도가 없으므로 둥근 모양의 입자형상을 가진다. 열처리 전 박학의 조성이 1-2-3을 벗어나면 증착 후 열처리할 때 액상이 형성되며, 액상의 양이 많을수록 선택 배향적 성장이 용이해져 texture를 쉽게 이룬다. 그러나 이러한 액상은 냉각 시에 초전도입자의 입계에 이차상으로 형성되기 때문에 초전도 박막의 전기적 특성, 특히 임계온도를 저하시킨다. 또한 $T_{c,\;zero}$는 $T_{c,\;on}$에 비해서 입계에 형성되는 이차상의 영향을 더 크게 받는다. YBCO films deposited on MgO(100) and Si(100) by rf-magnetron sputtering using stoichiometric single target were annealed under oxygen atmosphere at $880^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr. The microstructure and superconducting properties of YBCO thin films depended on the composition of pre-annealed thin films. Basal planesuperconducting particles grown on MgO(100) substrate had small and rod-like shade due to preferred orientation, while superconducting film grown on the basal plane-superconducting particles showed round-shape particles. If pre-annealed thin film had nonstoichiometric composition, liquid phase was formed during the heat treatment, which made it easy for particles to grow in the preferred orientation and thus to form textured structure. But the thin films with the textured structure did not show good superconducting properties, especially $T_c$, since the liquid phase transformed into second phase in the grain boundary during the cooling. The effect of the second phase on $T_{c, \;zero}$ was greater than that on $T_{c, \;on}$.

N/A The 7S collagen is a large collageneous fragment of basement membrane, which was recent- ly reported to have increased activity in various liver diseases. In order to deterrnine whether 7S collagen concentrations of serum and ascites is helpful to make diagnosis of various liver diseases, we measured 7S collagen concentrations of serum and ascites in various liver diseas- es. Normal values obtained from 20 healthy controls were 3.12k0.70ng/ml for 7S collagen concentration in the serum. Serum concentrations of the 7S collagen exceeding 4.52ng/ml (Mean+2SD) was defined as positive. The mean values of 7S collagen concentration of serum were 5.65k3.20ng/ml in chronic hepatitis, 5.21+4.67ng/rnl in acute hepatitis, 12.54k5.45ng/ ml in liver cirrhosis, and 10.05k4.72ng/ml in hepatoma. The positive rate was extremely high in hepatoma (100%) and liver cirrhosis(97.1%) but low in chronic hepatitis(59.9%) and acute hepatitis(33.3%). The mean values of 7S collagen concentration in ascites were 59.05+ 18.20ng/ml in liver cirrhosis and 55.32k4.23ng/ml in hepatoma. The 7S collagen concentra- tion of ascites shows no parallel correlation to that of serum in patients with ascites.(Korean J Gastroenterol 1994; 26: 655 661)

A patient experienced a silent gallstone accompanied by acute severe pancreatitis during interferon theraphy for renal cell carcinoma. Although the gallstone was highly suspected to be the cause of the pancreatits, there were no duodenoscopic or endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatographic findings suggesting gallstone pancreatitis such as papillitis, impacted papillary and common bile duct stones, and/or a wider cystic or pancreatic duct, respectively. It is believed that the acute pancreatitis in the presenting case was probably caused by interferon because 1) sludge nor biliary crystal was not detected by light microscopic examination, 2) no tumors, anomalies, nor any obstructing ductal lesions in the pancreas were found, 3) this patient had no other potential causes of acute pancreatitis, and 4) there was no use of potential drugs which could be responsible for the acute pancreatitis other than interferon. In addition, trials of endoscopic drainage of complicated pancreatic abscesses were discussed.
