        Profile Index에 따른 Panelipse Ⅱ 방사선 상층의 변화

        This research was made to investigate the change of the image layer and of the vertical and horizontal magnification on the Panelipse radiographic image by the control of profile index. Using the Panelipse, a series of 60 exposures were taken with the steel balls placed in the holes of the plastic model plate, and then evaluated by 4 observers. Two points were assigned for a reading of sharp, one for middling sharp, and zero for unsharp. Each ball image then could be given a total reader score of 0 to 8. The author analyzed the image layer as defined by a sharpness score of 6 or more. The results obtained were as follows: As the profile index was increased, the shape of the image layer was not changed, and the width of the image layer was increased, and the position of the layer shifted away from the rotation center. As the profile index was increased, the ranges of vertical and horizontal magnification was increased, especially the ranges of horizontal magnification was greater than that of vertical magnification. 저자는 Panelipse Ⅱ의 상층 및 상의 확대변화를 관찰하기 위하여 모형판에 금속구를 위치시켜 3가지 Profile Index에서 각기 20장씩 방사선사진을 촬영하여 관찰한 결과를 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있었다. Profile Index의 증가에 따른 Panelipse Ⅱ 방사선상의 상층에 있어 모양의 변화는 없었고, 폭은 더 넓어졌으며, 회전축중심에서 외측으로 상층은 이동하였다. 방사선상에서 수평 수직확대는 공히 Profile Index가 증가함에 따라 그 범위가 커졌으며 이는 수평확대에 있어 수직확대보다 현저하였다.

        마우스 섬유아세포(3T3 fibroblast cells)에서 Insulin-like Growth Factor-I(IGF-I) 및 IGF Binding Protein-3 (IGFBP-3)이 세포증식에 미치는 영향

        연구배경: 세포성장은 세포증식과 세포죽음의 균형에 의해 이루어 진다. 세포성장에 관여하는 여러 growth factor증 IGF-I은 IGF-IR와 결합하여 세포증식을 유발하는 mitogen으로 알려져 있다. 또한 IGF-I에 결합하는 IGFBPs중에 IGFBP-3는 혈액내에 가장 많은 carrier protein으로, IGF-I과 결합하여 IGF-I의 세포증식 효과를 증가 혹은 억제시킨다. 방 법: 3T3 fibroblast 세포를 이용하여 IGF-I과 IGF-IR transcripts를 northern blot으로 확인하고, IGF-I에 의한 mitogenic effect를 MTT assay 및 $^3H$-thymidine incorporation test로 관찰하고, IGF-I의 receptor인 IGF-IR의 활성화를 보기 위해 intracellular $\beta$-subunit의 tyrosine kinase domain의 phosphorylation을 western blot으로 관찰하였다. 또한 IGFBP-3가 3T3 세포에서 mitogenic effect에 미치는 영향을 보기 위해 anti-IGFBP-3와 ${\alpha}IR_3$을 단독 및 병용투여하여 관찰하였다. 결 과: 3T3 세포는 IGF-I와 IGF-IR의 mRNA expression을 보였으며, IGF-I을 투여시 IGF-IR의 intracelluar cytoplasmic protein인 $\beta$-subunit의 tyrosine kinase domain을 phosphorylation시켜 활성화시키며, 5%, 1% serum-containing media에서 세포증식을 보였으나, serum-free media에서는 세포증식을 보이지 않았다. 또한 anti-IGFBP-3 투여와 ${\alpha}IR_3$과 anti-IGFBP-3를 병용투여시는 세포종식이 각각 2배이상 증가하였으나, ${\alpha}IR_3$을 4시간 전처치후 ${\alpha}IR_3$과 anti-IGFBP-3를 병용투여시는 anti-IGFBP-3에 의한 세포종식이 보이지 않은 것으로 보아 IGF -I/IGFBP-3 결합에서 분리되는 free IGF-I어l 의해 세포증식이 유도된 것으로 생각된다. 결 론: IGF-I은 IGF-IR를 phosphorylation시켜 mitogenic effect를 보이며, IGFBP-3는 IGF-I의 mitogenic effect를 억제하는 것으로 생각된다. Background: Cell growth is a balance between cell proliferation and cell death. Insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I), which binds IGF-I receptor(IGF-IR), mediates cellular proliferation as a potent mitogen. IGF binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) as a circulating major IGFBP can inhibit or enhance the effects of IGF-I on cellular growth by binding IGFs. Methods: We investigated the expressions of mRNA of IGF-I and IGF-IR by northern blot and phosphorylation of IGF-IR with the treatment of IGF-I by western blot in 3T3 fibroblast cells. The cellular proliferations of 3T3 cells with the treatments of IGF-I were evaluated using $^3H$-thymidine incorporation and MTT assay. Also to observe the effect of IGFBP-3 on cellular proliferation, 3T3 cells were treated with anti-IGFBP-3 and ${\alpha}IR_3$(monoclonal antibody to IGF-IR) alone or in combination. Results: Our results demonstrated that 3T3 cells showed mRNA expressions of IGF-I and IGF-IR and the IGF-I increased phosphorylation of IGF-IR. The treatments of 3T3 cells with IGF-I increased cellular proliferation in 5 % and 1 % seruma-containing media, not in serum-free media. The addition of anti-IGFBP-3 to neutralize IGFBP-3 showed 2-fold increase of cellular proliferation, and also co-incubation of anti-IGFBP-3 and ${\alpha}IR_3$ together showed similar increase of cellular proliferation in 3T3 cells. Interestingly, when the cells were pretreated with ${\alpha}IR_3$ for 4 hr, prior to the simultaneous addition of ${\alpha}IR_3$ and anti-IGFBP-3, anti-IGFBP-3-mediated cellular proliferation was decreased to control level. All of these results suggest that free IGF-I released from IGF-I/IGFBP-3 complex would be involved in the cellular proliferation. Conclusion: IGF-I is a mitogen through the activation of IGF-IR in 3T3 cells, and IGFBP-3 could be a potent inhibitor for IGF-I action by binding IGF-I.

        Immunoassay is a method for clinical diagnoses and biochemical studies with antibody-antigen reaction. However, immunoassay takes a lot of time and expensive reagents. In this research, we report a microbiochip which can detect the electric signal from biochemical reaction with high sensitivity and low sample volume using micro bead. Gold electrode was fabricated on glass substrate using conventional MEMS technology for detecting the electric signal.

        신체장애인의 주거환경 개조에 관한 연구

        The twenty seven houses at Incheon city, were remodeled in 2009 for the physically handicapped people. This research had been done the analysis of the itemized questionnaire by the needs of the physically handicapped for their better living environment and suggested the following remodeling devices. First of all, there was the priority for the remodeling of their living facilities. According to their priority, they wanted to remodel their bathroom, kitchen & dining room, veranda, living room, and hall way. These were based on their needs of movement, personal hygiene, convenient closet, and cabinet usage. In particular, their demands were shown as followings. The wheelchair using handicapped people required safe doorknobs, unslippery floor materials, removal of step levels, and heights adjustable washing stand for their bathroom. They also requested washboard, non-threshold, and automatic door locks. Otherwise, the disabled in critical condition who could not move anything preferred the remodeling of inner structure of living spaces and automatic door system. The slight disabled and the families those who have the disabled demanded the remodeling of kitchen & dining room, and preferred the reorganization of closet, cabinets, floor tiles, and turncock. The remodeling of bedroom was mostly requested by the disabled women, people with the brain disorder, and disabled people in critical condition who could not move anything. They wanted the remote controlled lightings.

        공공구호 의료복지조직의 변혁적 리더십과 조직효과성 관계연구

        This paper was designed to investigate what influences have effect on organizational effect according to leadership, empowerment, and communication among members to obtain the utmost goal of public relief medical organization which is one of the social welfare institutes. Theoretical implications of this study were as follows. First, sub-factors of transformational leadership were empirically proven to be three factors such as charisma, motivation and personal work encouragement. Second, empowerment component factors were proven to be three factors such as self-decision, ability and influential power. Third, except for relationship between communication and organizational effect, there were positive relationships among transformational leadership, empowerment, communication and organizational effect that support results of previous studies. However, smooth and easy communication does not guarantee organizational effectiveness at least in public aid organization. This study has some limitations and they are works which should be resolved in future.

        논문 : 경로당의 장애인 편의시설 설치에 관한 연구 -강서구, 노원구 경로당실태분석을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 고령자들이 자신의 가까운 지역 동네에서, 충분히 이웃 노인들과 여가시간을 즐기는 삶의 질 제고를 위하여는, 지역 기초 여가 복지시설인 경로당이 장애 없는 공간이 되어야 한다고 판단한다. 따라서 현재 사용되고 있는 경로당의 시설을 조사 분석하여, 고령자가 경로당시설을 편리하게 사용 할 수 있도록 적절한 장애인편의시설의 설치를 제안하며, 이를 기본으로 경로당의 신축이나 시설개선의 자료로 활용함을 목적으로 한다. This study implies that there shouldnt be any inconvenience in using facilities at hall for the elderly, which is one of the basic local welfare facilities, in order to help elders enjoy their life by spending spare time with other elders around their neighborhood. The study displays analysis of current facilities in hall for the elderly and suggests proper disability facilities that should be installed in order to provide better services at hall for the elderly. Furthermore, the purpose of this study also includes providing reference material for the further research in building or improving hall for the elderly.
