        조혈모세포이식 환자의 암 재발 두려움에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence the fear of cancer recurrence in the patients of hematopoietic stem cell transplants based on Simonelli’s theory of the fear of cancer recurrence. Methods: A descriptive study was conducted. From October 2020 to January 2021, a total of 83 patients who were diagnosed with hematopoietic cancer at C university hospital in Seoul and who had received hematopoietic stem cell transplants were surveyed using questionnaires and electronic medical records. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients were at high risk of fear of cancer recurrence (68.7%). The regression model explained that distress, quality of life, and gender were the main factors influencing the fear of cancer recurrence, which can explain 43.2% of the total variation. Conclusion: In order to reduce the fear of cancer recurrence in patients of hematopoietic stem cell transplants, a nursing plan to reduce the psychosocial factors of the patients should be developed. In this way, nurses can assist patients in solving problems after transplantation and in adapting to daily life.

        셔레이드에서의 비언어 기호와 서사적 변형의 상관성 연구 - 영화 <캐롤>에서 나타나는 주체의 형성 과정을 중심으로

        본 연구는 셔레이드에서 발견되는 비언어 기호의 서사적 상관성을 살펴보는 것에 목적이 있다. 셔레이드는 비언어 기호들을 사용해 인물의 심리 변화, 타인과의 관계, 인물이 머무는 장소 등에 대한 정보를 제공한다. 이때 셔레이드에 관한 연구는 비언어 기호를 통한 메시지의 전달뿐만 아니라 의미작용 또한 고려하여 접근해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 영화 < 캐롤(Carol) >(2015)에 대한 서사기호학적 접근을 통해 내러티브를 분석하고, 주체의 행동을 촉발시키는 주체의 형성 과정을 살펴보았다. 이때 여성의 지위는 미장센을 통해 드러난다는 점에서, 미장센 영역에 속하는 셔레이드를 통해 이를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 비언어 커뮤니케이션 이론을 토대로 하여 셔레이드에서 사용되는 비언어 기호들을 도출하였다. 이에 근거해 텍스트를 분석한 결과, 특히 여성 주체들의 지위를 표현하는 과정에서는 실내 장식의 활용이 돋보였다. 여성 주체들의 권력의 획득을 나타내는 과정에서는 응시의 사용이 두드러졌다. 그 외에도 액세서리, 영역, 제스처와 같은 비언어 기호의 사용도 주목할 만한 것이었음을 밝힌다. 이러한 비언어 기호들은 주체의 형성과 서사적 변형을 구상화하는데 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the narrative correlation of nonverbal signs found in Charade. Charade, by using nonverbal signs, provides information about the character’s psychological change, his or her relationship with others, and the places where they stay. The study of Charade, then, has to be approached considering not only the transmission of messages through nonverbal signs but also its signification. This study has analyzed the narrative and formation process of the subject that triggers the subject’s activity by taking narrative semiotics to the film Carol (2015). As the status of women is represented by the mise-en-scène at this time, this study aims to examine such a fact through Charade, which belongs to the realm of mise-en-scène. In this study, nonverbal signs that are used in Charade are drawn based on the nonverbal communication theory. The result of analyzing the texts showed that the use of interior decoration was outstanding in the process of expressing the status of female subjects. The use of gaze was noticeable in the process of expressing the acquisition of female subjects’ power. Besides, it should be noted that the use of nonverbal signs such as accessories, territoriality, or gesture, was worthy of attention. It was confirmed that such nonverbal signs play an important role in the formation of subjects and configuration of narrative transformation.

        KUH-1 자동비행 조종시스템으로 유발된 조종사의 Complacency와 비행 수행도

        Objective: The aim of this study is to provide experimental evidence for the problem of complacency when using the AFCS (Automatic Flight Control System) of KUH-1 and suggest ways to prevent it. Background: With the introduction of the modern cockpit automation systems, the risk of complacency effect has increased. Many studies have been conducted on the complacency, but no experimental studies have investigated the complacency in the actual aviation domain using autopilot. In this study, the impact of trust and expertise on monitoring behavior and the impact of monitoring behavior on flight performance are investigated. Automation induced complacency is inferred as a consequence of monitoring behavior. Method: In the KUH-1 simulator, 19 pilots flew in the traffic pattern. During the flight, monitoring behavior data were collected with an eye-tracker, and flight performance was measured by whether to be off course and the action time in case of AFCS failure. Trust in AFCS was measured by a questionnaire. Results: Trust in AFCS did not affect monitoring behavior in the entire sample. But trust induced different monitoring behavior depending on the expertise. Pilots who were off course focused longer on the secondary task at once. The action time in AFCS failure was significantly related to the proportion of total dwell time in the secondary task and the pilots" flight hours. Conclusion: The complacency can occur to both experts and novices, and can put them in a dangerous situation. Having a high level of manual flight skills and expertise, calibrating trust to an appropriate level, putting aircraft control as a top priority, and maintaining situation awareness through sufficient monitoring and transition between tasks will be ways to prevent and respond to complacency. Application: This result can be used as an initial empirical study on the interaction between the automation system and helicopter pilots, and will be a basic study to safely operate the cockpit automation system at army aviation of Korea.

        반총산의 항산화, 항염증, 항소양증, 항균효능에 관한 실험 연구

        Objectives: Banchong-san (BCS) is a herbal formula composed of 13 korean medicinal herbs and is traditionally used to treat inflammatory diseases and pain. The object of this study was to research the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and antimicrobial effects of the BCS in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Methods: In this experiment, effects of BCS on the following four were measured as follows: (1) Anti-oxidative effects were evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) Radical scavenging activity, 2,2-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) Radical scavenging activity. (2) Anti-inflammatory effects were evaluated by the production amount of Reactive oxygen species (ROS), Nitric oxide (NO), Interleukin-1β (IL-1β), Interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), Prostaglandin E2 (PGE<sub>2</sub>), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)(the previous two are “mRNA"), extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases (p38), inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa B (IκBα), nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) (the previous five are "Protein") in LPS-Stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. (3)Antipruritic effects were evaluated by the production amount of histamine, Leukotriene B4 (LTB4), LeukotrieneC4 (LTC4) Levels in phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate(PMA)/ionomycin-stimulated MC/9 mast cell. (4) Anti-microbial effects were evaluated by the growth suppression of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Aspergillus niger. Results: The following results were obtained through each measurement: (1) DPPH Radical Scavenging Activity, ABTS Radical Scavenging Activity evoked a significant concentration-dependent increase. (2) ROS, NO, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, PGE2 production amount, iNOS, COX-2 mRNA expression were significantly reduced in the BCS extraction group compared with the control group and significantly decreased the amount of ERK, JNK, p38, NF-κB Protein expression. The amount of IκB-α Protein Expression have increased significantly. (3) The amounts of histamine, LTB4, LTC4 were significantly decreased. (4) The antibacterial efficacy, BCS inhibited the growth of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa at concentrations of 5 μg/ml, but did not suppress the growth of staphylococcus aureus and aspergillus niger. Conclusions: The experimental results show that BCS has anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and antimicrobial properties.

        Effect of Gelatin Incorporation on the Surface Morphology and Conductivity of Polyaniline/Silver Chloride Composites

        젤라틴에 분산된 염화은 입자를 함유하는 폴리아닐린 복합체를 합성하였다. 합성방법은 질화은과 젤라틴 존재 하에 개시제로 암모늄퍼설페이트를 사용하여 아닐린 하이드로클로라이드를 중합함으로써 얻었다. X-선 회절 실험 결과 함유 젤라틴의 양이 증가할수록 결정성이 증가함을 알 수 있었는데 이는 젤라틴이 구조를 동일방향으로 배열하는데 필요한 백본 역할을 하고 젤라틴 표면에 폴리아닐린이 배향성을 갖고 성장하도록 도와주기 때문일 것이다. 전도도 연구에 의하면 PANI/AgCl 단순 복합체에 비해 젤라틴이 포함된 복합체의 전도도가 증가하였다. 이는 젤라틴의 함유에 의한 균일한 결정체의 생성에 기인한 것으로 여겨진다. 아울러 젤라틴은 AgCl과 PANI와의 뭉침을 막아 안정화에 도움을 주는 역할을 함과 동시에 결정성이 좋은 균일한 표면성상을 유도하는 것으로 여겨진다. Polyaniline (PANI) composites containing silver chloride (AgCl) embedded on gelatin were prepared via the chemical polymerization of aniline hydrochloride employing ammonium persulfate as an oxidant in the presence of silver nitrate and gelatin. X-ray diffraction patterns showed the crystalline nature of PANI/AgCl was increased by the incorporation of gelatin, where gelatin acts as a structure-directing template and induces a highly oriented growth of PANI over its surface. Conductivity studies showed the enhanced conductivities for PANI/gelatin-AgCl compared to PANI/AgCl. The enhancement of conductivity seems to be due to the formation of uniform crystalline composites by the incorporation of gelatin. The gelatin might act as a stabilizer to inhibit the agglomeration of AgCl and PANI, and therefore resulted in uniform surface morphology with a good crystallinity.
