여성 노인의 생활무용 공연에 따른 정서적 경험에 관한 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the meaning and personal value of elderly women’s emotional experiences participating in dance performances. It is laso to induce continuous participation in perfo-r mances and improve the lives of elderly women. Method: Qualitative research methods were conducted on 5 elderly womne participating in dance performances at the Seniors Welfare Center in A city, Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, participation observation, and video recording from August 1, 2019 to January 3, 2020. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, the motivation for participating in life dance performance was divided into encouragement by those nearby and dreams of one’s youth. Specifically, one participated in the performance was encouraged by colleagues & leaders and wanted to fulfill her childhood dream of a dancer. Second, participation in life dance performance promoted healthy beauty, reduced negative emotions such as stress, anxiety and depression in daily lives, and was recognized as a new opportunity for the elderly to remind themselves of their infinite abilities and talents. In addition, through common activities of giving performances, the participants could gain enough opportunities to communicate with the world and expand & widen social network. Third, it was shown that participants felt various charms such as achievement, showing their skills, and stage addiction through participating in performances. They became more active and confident in their lives during the performance preparation process. Foutrh, the personal values felt by the participant s through performances were found to be healthy life, joy and happiness. Conclusion: Participation in life dance performance give elderly women positive emotional experiences physiologically, psychologically and socially, making them feel various charms of performance not feel in general classes. Therefore, active interest is needed for broadero pportunities of the elderly to participate in th e performance, promoting their performance culture.
Riverbank Filtration Well Development for a Heat Source/Sink of Ground Water Heat Pumps

Riverbank filtration wells have been developed to supply a heat source/sink of water in the alluvium aquifer to ground water heat pumps for cooling and heating of a green house. In order to look for an appropriate site to carry out the research, two sites of Jinju and Gumi areas were investigated. In the results of the electrical resistivity surveys, Jinju and Gumi areas have the alluvium aquifer in the depth of 6~17 m and 10~20 m under the ground respectively. Two boreholes have been drilled in each site of both areas. The averaged water level at Jinju site is about 3 m under the ground, and 3.5 m and 6.5 m of sandy gravel aquifer layers are existed in each site. While Gumi site has 10 m water level and 2.5 m and 4.6 m of sandy gravel aquifer. Therefore, it is expected that 1,000m³/day of water could be withdrawn at Jinju site rather than Gumi site.

3D metal printing(AM) technology is the production technology to create metal products in way that the melted metal deposit from 3D CAD model data directly. Recently, research of AM techniques is active. AM techniques are divided into powder-based AM and wire-based AM. Wire-based AM is good for AM products of large-scale with a high speed deposition, inexpensive material. When TIG welding which is one of wire-based AM is applied, TIG welding AM is possible to control respectively the speed of the filler wire and arc intensity. Also, TIG welding AM has the advantages of wire-based AM and of clean environment. This study was carried out to establish the bead shape and dominant parameter that are suitable for build-up. STS316L and Albronze(CuAl-A2) were built up using conventional TIG and the Super_TIG welding in order to apply to the AM. The heat input as build-up should be increased for getting a uniform bead shape, because Albronze has high thermal conductivity. The heat input for STS316L as build-up should be reduced in order to get a uniform bead shape, because it has thermal barrier effect due to low thermal conductivity. Applying the Super_TIG welding, the productivity was about 3times of conventional TIG welding. The uniform wall thickness and good appearance could be obtained even if STS316L and Albronze were built alternately.
난소에 전이된 간세포암의 자기공명영상 소견: 1예 보고

Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common primary malignant tumor of liver. Metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma occurs in various organs, but metastasis to the ovary is extremely rare. We report MRI finding of metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma of the ovary in a 37-year-old woman who was treated hepatocellular carcinoma transarterial chemoembolization and radiofrequency ablation a year ago. Pelvic MRI revealed a mass in pelvic cavity with heterogeneous signal intensity and centripetal enhancement. Surgical excision and pathologic examination confirmed metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma in the ovary. 간세포암은 원발성 악성 간종양 중 가장 흔하며 종종 다른 장기로 전이된다. 난소로 전이되는 경우는 매우 드물며 다른 장기의 침범 없이 난소에 단독으로 발생하는 경우는 없었다. 저자들은 37세 여자환자에서 난소에 단독으로 전이된 간세포암의 자기공명영상 소견을 보고하고자 한다. 환자는 간세포암으로 1년 전 경간동맥 항암화학 색전술과 고주파 절제술을 받았으며, 골반자기공명영상에서 골반강내에 비균질한 신호강도와 구심성 조영증강을 보이는 종괴가 발견되었고 수술로 절제하여 난소에 전이된 간세포암으로 진단되었다.
