새로운 약물 송달 촉진제에 의한 경구용 인슐린의 흡수 향상 연구

The aim of this study was to evaluate new oral insulin preparation using newly developed drug absorbtion enhancer(Procarrier). Rats was divided into two groups, one of them was normal control and the other was diabetic disease model. Each group was administered with insulin or insulin/Procarrier solution and then we measured serum insulin level and blood glucose level using radio immunoassay and glucomerter, respectively. Insulin/Procarrier significantly enhanced the oral absorbtion of insulin compraed to insulin. Moreover, Insulin/Procarrier effectively decreased blood glucose level in diabetic disease model. These results suggest that Insulin/Procarrier may be effective in the treatment of diabetic mellitus via the increase in the oral absorbtion of insulin. In contrast, Insulin/Procarrier did not affect blood glucose level in normal control with stable blood glucose level after Insulin/Procarrier administration. This finding indicate that there may be little risk of hypoglycemia with Insulin/Procarrier. The hypoglycemia is the most common adverse effect of oral insulin preparations. In conclusion, Insulin/Procarrier with economic cost and convenience in use might lead to new drug delivery system of oral insulin or other peptide drugs.

Measurement of reflected optical light from the surface of microscopic structures can offer a precise tool to investigate the oscillatory motion of micro- and nano-mechanical resonators. We demonstrate an optical investigation of multiple flexural modes of a nanomechanical resonator in thermal motion based on amplitude-modulated laser light, with higher-order resonant modes up to 17 MHz measured with this technique. Scanning focused laser light reproduces the mode shape of each flexural mode, and theoretical estimation of measurement sensitivity shows a displacement sensitivity of 10−15 m/Hz1/2. For nanomechanical devices incompatible with interferometric systems, this technique can exhibit sufficient sensitivity to explore small motional states.

Disaster Management should be re-established and developed based on voluntary participations of individuals and groups, not only as a concern of the government. This paper proposes about improvement methods of managing volunteers for disaster management as follows: First, a necessity for publicity and recruitment focused on selfish motive to emphasize individual’s development, selfrealization, worth and economic interesting relationship in a process of recruitment and selection, Second, a construction of process to commonly develop education program to volunteers for disaster management, Third, an activity area of volunteers for disaster management is enlarged to the intrinsic task of disaster management, Forth, an evaluation of quality for volunteer activity and compensation. 재난관리는 정부만의 관심사가 아닌 개인과 단체의 자발적 참여를 기반으로 재정립되고 발전시켜야 할 것이다. 본 논문은 재난관리 자원봉사자 관리의 개선방안으로 첫째, 모집과 선발과정에서 개인의 발전이나 자아실현, 보람 및 경제적 이해관계 등을 강조하는 이기적 동기에 중점을 둔 홍보와 모집정책 필요 둘째, 재난관리 자원봉사자들에 대한 교육프로그램을 공통으로 개발할 수 있는 프로세스의 구축 셋째, 재난관리 자원봉사자의 활동 영역을 재난관리의 본질적 업무까지 확대 넷째, 자원봉사활동의 품질평가와 보상 등을 제시하였다.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two domperidone preparations. Bioequivalence assessmentwas conducted on 34 healthy volunteers who received two tablets (Domperidone Maleate, 12.72mg/tablet) in the fast-ing state, in a randomized balanced 2×2 cross-over study design. This whole study was performed according to theimplementation guidelines of the Korea Food Drug Administration. After dosing of two tablets, blood samples werecollected serially for a period of 36 hours. Plasma was analyzed for domperidone by using LC/MS/MS assay method.The analysis system was validated in specificity, accuracy, precision, and linearity. AUCt, (the area under the plasmaconcentration-time curve from the zero-time to 36 hr) was calculated through the trapezoidal rule. Cmax (maximumplasma drug concentration) and Tmax (time to reach Cmax) were compiled from the plasma domperidone concentration-time data of each volunteer. No significant sequence effect was found for the bioavailability parameters indicating thatthe cross-over design was properly performed. The 90%-Confidence intervals of the AUCt ratio and the Cmax were fromlog 0.8007 to log 1.1240 and log 0.8645- log 1.2483, respectively. These values were within the acceptable bioequiva-lence intervals between 0.80 and 1.25. Therefore, this study demonstrated that two formulations have bioequivalencewith respect to the rate and extent of absorption.
전남 해안지방에서 분리된 Vibrio Spp.에 관한 조사

공중보건학상 문제가 되고 있는 vibrio spp.의 분리를 위하여 전남 일원의 8개 시ㆍ군의 해안 지역 24개 지점을 대상으로 어패류, 해수 등에서 160시료를 수집하여 실험한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 총 160시료 중 V. parahaemolyticus는 18시료(11.3%), V. vulnificus는 8시료(5%)에서 분리되었다. 2. 지역별로는 V. parahaemolyticus는 목포(5시료), 함평, 완도(4시료), 영광(3시료), 여수, 보성(1시료)에서 분리되었고, V. vulnificus는 목포, 함평(3시료), 고흥, 완도(1시료)에서 분리되었다. 3. 시료별 vibrio spp. 분리율은 어류가 V. parahaemolyticus 11시료, V. vulnificus 3시료, 패류가 V. parahaemolyticus 6시료, V. vulnificus 4시료, 해수가 V. parahaemolyticus, V. vulnificus 각각 1시료씩 분리되어 어류, 패류, 해수 순이었다. 4. 월별로는 V. parahaemolyticus와 V. vulnificus 모두 6월∼8월 사이에 분리되었고 8월에 가장 높게 분리되었다. A survey on the distribution and characteristics of vibrio spp. at coast districts in chunnam was carried out in 1986. 160 samples from fish, shellfish, and sea water were collected and studied for the rate of isolation of vibrio spp. and properties. The results were as follows; 1. 18(11.3%) cases of V. parahaemolyticus and 8(5%) cases of V. vulnificus were isolated and identified from 160 samples. 2. 5 cases of V. parahaemolyticus in Mokpo, 4 cases in Hampyong and Wando respectively, 3 cases in Younggwang, eachcase in Ryosoo and Bosung were isolated. V. vulnificus were isolated 3 cases in Mokpo and Hampyong, each 1 cases in Goheung and Wando. 3. 11 cases of V. parahaemolyticus from fish, G cases from shellfish and 1 case from seawater, and 3cases of V. vulnificus from fish, 4: cases from shell fish and 1 case from sea water were isolated. 4. V. parahaemolyticus and V. vunificus 'were isolated from june to August.
