In this paper, we offer a new monitoring system that controls all of the windfarm. it can also apply use general wind turbine systems and real meteorological tower. We propose a hierarchical reliable monitoring system connected by wireless communication channels between monitoring host computer and modular slave measuring subsystems. Our system has two hierarchical subsystems: slave measuring systems, and supervisory host computer. We design and implement that the slave measuring subsystems is placed in meteorological tower and wind turbines, and the supervisory host computer in safety zone. The micro-controller in slave measuring system is duplicated using cold-standby method for reliability. The host computer and slave system constructs a feedback system, with wireless communication channel between them. For monitoring and command function, the supervisory computer is implemented with a Personal Computer using graphic user interface. Consequently, we can get a reliable but economic system.

조직시민행동의 리더십 영향에 대한 신뢰의 매개효과

본 연구는 변혁적 리더십과 임파워먼트 리더십의 주요 하위변수가 조직시민행동의 각 하위변수에 미치는 영향을 관찰하고자 하였다. 또한 다차원적 신뢰가 매개변인으로 작용하는 지의 여부에 대한 실증적 분석을 통하여 조직시민행동을 증진시키기 위한 실천적 방안을 도출?제시하기 위하여 설계되었다. 구체적인 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개별고려 리더십이 지식적 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설검정의 결과는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 임파워먼트 리더십의 영향력이 지식적 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설검정의 결과도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 지식적 신뢰가 이타심, 참여적 행동, 정당성에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설검정도 모두 유의적인 것으로 검정 되었다. 둘째, 개별고려 리더십이 이타심과 참여적 행동 그리고 정당성에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설검정은 모두 유의적이지 못하여 기각되었고, 또한 영향력이 이들에게 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설검정은 “영향력이 참여적 행동에 유의적인 영향을 미칠 것이다.”는 가설만 채택되고, 나머지 두 개의 가설은 유의적이지 못하여 기각되었다. 따라서 검정결과 지식적 신뢰가 리더십 요인(변혁적 리더십, 임파워먼트 리더십)과 조직시민행동 간의 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 판명되었다. This study is designed for the purpose to provide realistic way for the increasing of organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) through the experimental analysis regarding the mediating role of variables of trust. It also aimed to find out the effect that main subordinate variables of transformational leadership and empowerment leadership are influenced on the subordinate variables of organizational citizenship behavior. The result of study is summarized as followings. First, individual consideration of transformational leadership has a positive effect on the knowledge based trust.. It also impact of empowerment leadership has a positive effect on the knowledge based trust. On the other hand ,analysis show the knowledge based trust has a positive effect to altruism, civic virtue and sportsmanship of OCB. Second, individual consideration of transformational leadership has no effect to altruism, civic virtue and sportsmanship of OCB. The impact of empowerment leadership has a positive effect only on the civic virtue, other two hypothesis are not selected due to ineffective factors. The result, accordingly, of this study indicate that the knowledge based trust has a mediating role between leadership(transformational ,empowerment leadership) and organizational citizenship behavior.

신학은 학문이 아니다는 명제에 대한 역사신학적 고찰

개혁신학과 한국교회의 갱신(Renovation): 장로교회를 중심으로이라는 주제 아래 있었던 한국개혁신학회 정기 학술심포지엄에서 역사적인사례로 발표했던 글을 정리한 것으로 신학은 학문이 아니다를 역사신학적인 접근으로 고찰하였다. 신학은 학문이 아니라는 주장은 신학 하는 자들에게 거북하게 들릴지 모르나 사변화 된 신학과 학문적인 열정으로 머물고 목회에 도움을 주지 못하는 것에 대한 비판으로 이해한다면 받아들이는데 어려움이 없을 것이다. 신학의 학문성 논쟁은 이미 18-19세기에도 있었음을 알 수 있다. 신학이라는 용어도 13세기 스콜라신학에서 사용되었다. 이 글에서는 신학이 학문이 아니라는 주장의 역사적 이유들을 영지주의자들, 라틴교부 테르툴리아누스, 종교개혁자 루터와 칼빈, 루터교 정통주의와 경건주의의 예에서 살폈다. 신학이 학문이 아니라고 말할 때 진리의 계시와 사도성을 부정했던 무리들의 학문적인 노력의 결과물, 신학을 학문으로 주장했던 스콜라신학과 지나치게 교리에 의존하고 교조주의화 하는 것을 반박하는 것이다. 신학의 근거는 하나님의 계시와 기록된 하나님의 말씀이어야 한다. 신학은 신학 하는 자의 이성이나 지식이 아니라 성령의 역사에 따라야 한다. 신학의 중심은 예수그리스도이시다. ALD 공정에서 반도체 웨이퍼로의 질화규소 증착

Numerical analysis and experiment was conducted to investigate the atomic layer deposition(ALD) of silicon nitride using silicon tetrachloride and ammonia as precursors. The present study simulated the surface reactions for as-deposited Si₃N₄ as well as the kinetics for the reactions of SiCl₄ and NH₃ on the semiconductor wafer. The present study results showed that the ALD process is dependent on the activation constant. It was also shown that the low activation constant leads to the self-limiting reaction required for the ALD process. The comparison of the present numerical results with the present experimental results showed relatively good agreement between them. The inlet and wafer temperatures were 473 K and 823 K, respectively. The system pressure is 2 Torr.

A pyogenic pancreatic abscess mimicking pancreatic neoplasm in the absence of acute pancreatitis is rare. We report four patients who each presented with a pancreatic mass at the pancreas head or body without acute pancreatitis. The presenting symptoms were abdominal pain, fever, or weight loss. Abdominal CT scans showed low-density round masses at the pancreas head or body with/without lymphadenopathy. In each case, a PET-CT scan showed a mass with a high SUV, indicating possible malignancy. Comorbid diseases were identified in all patients: chronic pancreatitis and thrombus at the portal vein, penetrating duodenal ulcer, distal common bile duct stenosis, and diabetes mellitus. Diagnoses were performed by laparoscopic biopsy in two patients and via EUS fine needle aspiration in one patient. One patient revealed a multifocal microabscess at the pancreatic head caused by a deep-penetrating duodenal ulcer. He was treated with antibiotics and a proton-pump inhibitor. The clinical symptoms and pancreatic images of all the patients were improved using conservative management. Infective causes should be considered for a pancreatic mass mimicking malignancy.
