        공유경제 기반 민간 수송자원을 활용한 군 물류네트워크 전환 전략에 관한 시뮬레이션 연구

        This study suggests a new paradigm of defense logistics network based on the sharing economy approach in a complex defense logistics environment such as future warfare aspect and 'Defense Reform 2.0.' The designed logistics network links the national logistics system with private logistics facilities by sharing private transport resources. Three alternative networks are suggested. To compare them, three performance indicators are selected. The supply volume is chosen for accessing the effectiveness, total transfer cost is used for evaluating the efficiency, and logistics lead time is to see the responsiveness. A discrete event simulation model with simulation (ARENA 16.0) is developed for comparison of alternatives and Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test are used with statistics package (SPSS 18.0). In order to interpret the simulation results, qualitative analysis is also performed based on the opinions of defense logistics experts. Among 3 alternatives, the establishment of local distribution center which utilizes military・civil assets with crowd-sourced logistics concept is analyzed as the most suitable network. This study shows that the sharing economy principals can be applied to nationwide defense logistics by modeling near real scale simulation model. Also, this paper suggests a new alternatives of defense logistics following 'Defense Reform 2.0.'

        Pexophagy: Molecular Mechanisms and Implications for Health and Diseases

        Autophagy is an intracellular degradation path-way for large protein aggregates and damaged organelles. Recent studies have indicated that autophagy targets cargoes through a selective degradation pathway called selective autophagy. Peroxisomes are dynamic organelles that are crucial for health and development. Pexophagy is selective autophagy that targets peroxisomes and is essential for the maintenance of homeostasis of peroxisomes, which is necessary in the prevention of various peroxisome-related disorders. However, the mechanisms by which pexophagy is regulated and the key players that induce and modulate pexophagy are largely un-known. In this review, we focus on our current understanding of how pexophagy is induced and regulated, and the selective adaptors involved in mediating pexophagy. Furthermore, we discuss current findings on the roles of pexophagy in physiological and pathological responses, which provide insight into the clinical relevance of pexophagy regulation. Understanding how pexophagy interacts with various biological func-tions will provide fundamental insights into the function of pexophagy and facilitate the development of novel therapeutics against peroxisomal dysfunction-related diseases.

        3군 공통장비의 통합 정비물류체계에 대한 비교연구

        본 연구는 경제성 달성과 최적 준비태세 유지라는 상충되는 상황에서 리스크 풀링의 중앙 집중화 시스템과 분산화 시스템의 효과를 적용하여 3군 공통장비 군수지원체계의 최적대안을 분석하였다. 리스크 풀링의 목적은 중앙 집중화 시스템을 통하여 전체적인 재고의 수를 감소시켜 경제성을달성하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구를 위해 중앙 집중화 시스템인 통합지원 모형, 분산화 시스템인 상호지원 모형, 두 가지 모형의 절충 모형인 지역물류센타 활용 모형 등 세 가지 모형을 설계하였다. 각 대안을 비교하기 위한 비교성과지표로 창정비비용, 정비복귀시간, 운용가용도를 선정하였으며 이를 활용하여 리스크 풀링의 재고감소 효과와 수송비용 증가에 따른 상쇄효과 및 반응시간의 증·감 효과를 분석하였다. 또한 정비와 보급의 불확실성을 반영하기 위해 시뮬레이션을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 3군 공통장비의 정비체계는 통합지원을 하고 수리부속 지원은 물류센타를 활용할경우 통합지원의 장점인 창정비비용 감소효과와 상호지원의 장점인 정비복귀시간의 단축과 운용가 용도의 증가 등 두 가지 대안의 긍정적 효과를 모두 나타내었다. 따라서, 3군 공통장비의 군수지원체계 중 통합지원을 바탕으로 한 지역물류센타 활용방안은 경제성과 군의 최적 준비태세 유지 모두를 만족시킬 수 있는 대안으로 선정될 수 있다. In this study, we analyze optimal Logistics Support Systems for Interserviceable Equipment in a tradeoff circumstance between economic efficiency and readiness achievement. In order to investigate it, we design three simulation models; Mutual Support, Integrated Logistics Support and Local Logistics Center Application. To compare these models, we select three performance measures; Depot Maintenance Cost, Turn Around Time and Operational Availability using Risk-pooling effect, Life Cycle Cost and Maintainability. And we measure each model`s effect using simulation. In the case of Mutual Support, it brings positive effect on readiness but negative effect on economic efficiency. The Integrated Logistics Support brings positive effect regarding economic efficiency but negative effect regarding readiness. The Local Logistics Center Application brings positive effects both on economic efficiency and readiness. In conclusion, we select the Local Logistics Center Application as the optimal Logistics Support System on economic efficiency and readiness achievement for Interserviceable Equipment.

        최근 이슈가 되고 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 빅데이터, 모바일 등 다양한 분야에서 공개SW 기반 시스템을 도입하여 적용하는 사례가 증가하고 있으나, 수많은 공개SW 중 신뢰성 있는 솔루션을 선택하는 것은 많은 시간과 비용이 발생한다. 이에 공개SW 도입 시 고려해야하는 항목을 도출하여 선정지표를 개발하였으며, 실제 공개SW 도입을 위한 조사 및 선정 단계에서 선정지표를 활용하여 업무 적합성, 성숙도 등을 고려한 최적의 공개SW 선정할 수 있는 기준을 제공하고자한다. 또한 선정지표를 활용하여 WEB, WAS, DB 등 공개SW 솔루션에 대한 평가 사례를 살펴보고, 향후 선정지표를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

        Peroxisome quality control and dysregulated lipid metabolism in neurodegenerative diseases

        In recent decades, the role of the peroxisome in physiology and disease conditions has become increasingly important. Together with the mitochondria and other cellular organelles, peroxisomes support key metabolic platforms for the oxidation of various fatty acids and regulate redox conditions. In addition, peroxisomes contribute to the biosynthesis of essential lipid molecules, such as bile acid, cholesterol, docosahexaenoic acid, and plasmalogen. Therefore, the quality control mechanisms that regulate peroxisome biogenesis and degradation are important for cellular homeostasis. Current evidence indicates that peroxisomal function is often reduced or dysregulated in various human disease conditions, such as neurodegenerative diseases. Here, we review the recent progress that has been made toward understanding the quality control systems that regulate peroxisomes and their pathological implications.

        비자발적 수용환경에서의 창조21모델 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting the usage of the ChangCho21 model through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The independent variables can be classified into the following categories; 1) user, 2) technological, and 3) organizational factors. The user factor includes subjective knowledge. The technological factor includes information quality. The organizational factor includes the support of upper class troops as well as training. Mediating variables are perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. A dependent variable is usage intention. The analysis results indicate that perceived ease of use is affected by subjective knowledge, the information quality, the support of the upper class army, and the training. Perceived usefulness is affected by training. Usage Intention is affected by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.

        Preliminary Suggestion about Staging of Anorectal Malignant Melanoma May Be Used to Predict Prognosis

        Purpose Anorectal malignant melanomas (AMM) are rare and have poor survival. The study aims to evaluate the clinicopathologic characteristics and outcomes of patients with AMM, and to devise a staging system predictive of survival outcome. Materials and Methods This was a retrospective study of 28 patients diagnosed with, and treated for AMM. Patients classified by clinical staging of mucosal melanoma (MM) were reclassified via rectal and anal TNM staging. Survival outcomes were compared among patients grouped by the three different staging systems. Results The three staging systems were equated with similar figures for 5-year overall survival (OS) and 5-year disease-free survival (DFS) of patients diagnosed with stage I disease. Patients (n=19) diagnosed with MM stage II disease were reclassified by rectal TNM staging into three subgroups: IIIA, IIIB, and IIIC. For these patients, both 5-year OS and 5-year DFS differed significantly between the subgroups IIIA and IIIC (OS: IIIA vs. IIIC, 66.7% vs. 0%, p=0.002; DFS: IIIA vs. IIIC, 51.4% vs. 0%, p < 0.001). Conclusion The accuracy of prognosis in patients diagnosed with AMM and lymph node metastasis has improved by using rectal TNM staging, which includes information regarding the number of lymph node metastases.

        Growth and Invasion of Sporadic Colorectal Adenocarcinomas in Terms of Genetic Change

        Integrative genetic changes were examined in relation to tumor growth and progression of sporadic colorectal cancers. Ninety-two sporadic colorectal cancer patients and 12 human colorectal cancer cell lines were evaluated. Genetic changes in representative steps of colorectal tumorigenesis were determined. Biological characteristics,i.e., clinicopathologic parameters, expression of invasion-associated molecules,and in vitro invasion and migration, in association with these changes were further analyzed. Adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) and/or Wnt-activated alterations occurred in 66% patients, whereas mismatch repair (MMR) defects and/or RAFmediated alterations were identified in 47% patients. The crossover rate between these two alterations was 26%. Differential mRNA expression of ARK5 was closely associated with that of MMP2, MMP9, and S100A4 (P≤0.044-0.001). Additionally,enhanced ARK5 mRNA expression was more frequent in tumors displaying RAF-mediated alterations and crossover pathways (P=0.01 and 0.03, respectively). Upregulation of CEA mRNA was more common in the advanced stages (P=0.034), while VEGF expression was greater in poorly differentiated or mucinous tumors (P=0.042). The high expressions of MMP2 and MMP9 were closely associated with invasion and migration of colorectal tumors and cell lines. Our results conclusively show that specific pathways of colorectal tumorigenesis are closely associated with characteristic tumor growth and invasion.

        Trans-tail regulation-mediated suppression of cryptic transcription

        Crosstalk between post-translational modifications of histone proteins influences the regulation of chromatin structure and gene expression. Among such crosstalk pathways, the best-characterized example is H2B monoubiquitination-mediated H3K4 and H3K79 methylation, which is referred to as trans-tail regulation. Although many studies have investigated the fragmentary effects of this pathway on silencing and transcription, its ultimate contribution to transcriptional control has remained unclear. Recent advances in molecular techniques and genomics have, however, revealed that the trans-tail crosstalk is linked to a more diverse cascade of histone modifications and has various functions in cotranscriptional processes. Furthermore, H2B monoubiquitination sequentially facilitates H3K4 dimethylation and histone sumoylation, thereby providing a binding platform for recruiting Set3 complex proteins, including two histone deacetylases, to restrict cryptic transcription from gene bodies. The removal of both ubiquitin and SUMO, small ubiquitin-like modifier, modifications from histones also facilitates a change in the phosphorylation pattern of the RNA polymerase II C-terminal domain that is required for subsequent transcriptional elongation. Therefore, this review describes recent findings regarding trans-tail regulation-driven processes to elaborate on their contribution to maintaining transcriptional fidelity.
