PCS 단말기용 내장형 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나 설계

본 논문에서는 PCS 핸드셋의 내부에 장착하여 사용할 수 있는 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나를 설계하였다. 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나의 단점인 좁은 대역폭을 개선하기 위해 기생패치를 다층구조상에 배열하였다. 또한 안테나의 크기를 줄이 기 위해 5개의 단락봉을 장착한 $\lambda/4$ 단락패치를 기본 방사소자로 하고, 부가된 기생패치도 각각 2개의 단락봉을 장착했다. 더욱이 안테나의 소형화와 무지향성의 방사패턴을 얻기 위해 접지면을 주 방사소자의 크기와 근사하게 하였다. 설계된 안테나는 HFSS(Ansoft Co.)로 최적화 하였고 실제 제작된 안테나와 비교하였다. 제작된 안테나는 반사계수(S11)가 -10dB 이하의 대역폭이 $1766MHz\sim1900MHz$로서 134MHz의 대역폭을 얻었다. In this paper, an internal integrated microstrop patch for PCS handset is designed. To increase the bandwidth of microstrip patch antenna, a configuration of stacked type using parasitic element is used. Furthermore, to reduce the size of microstirip patch antenna, the main radiator in the substrate is shorted to the ground plane using five shorting-posts while three parasitic elements on the superstrate are also shorted to the ground plane using two shorting-posts respectively. The antenna bandwidth and radiation characteristics are calculated by HFSS 7.0 software, and compared with the experimental results. Experimental results show that the return loss is less than -10dB over the band of 1766MHz to 1900 MHz(134MHz) and the size of the fabricated microstrip patch antenna are $23\times20\times6.35mm$.
LTE/DCS1800/USPCS1900 단말기용 MIMO 안테나의 격리도 개선에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 LTE/DCS1800/USPCS1900 단말기용 MIMO 시스템 안테나를 제안하였다. 제안한 안테나는 IFA 형태를 기본으로 하여 광대역 특성을 얻기 위해 스태거 튜닝법을 사용 하였다. 또한 두 안테나 사이의 격리도를 개선하기 위해 두 안테나의 shorting point 사이에 suspended line을 연결하고, 연결된 suspended line에 커패시터와 인덕터를 추가하였다. 2.8㏄(40×10×7㎜) 크기의 동일한 두 안테나를 40×60㎜ 크기의 시스템 그라운드 양 끝에 배치하였다. 제안된 안테나의 최적화 및 안테나 특성은 CST Microwave Studio을 이용하여 연구하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 대역폭은 LTE 대역 class 13(746-787㎒), class 14(758-798㎒) 및 DCS1800/USPCS1900(1710-1990㎒)를 만족하였고 안테나 사이의 격리도는 각각 -12㏈ 및 -10㏈ 이었다. 안테나 방사 효율은 LTE 대역에서 33%, DCS1800/USPCS1900 대역에서 45% 이었다. In this paper, a MIMO antenna is proposed for LTE/DCS1800/USPCS1900 handset applications. The proposed antenna is based on the IFA and its wide bandwidth is obtained by using a stagger tuning technique. To improve the isolation, a suspended line is connected to the shorting points in two antennas, and capacitors and inductors are added to the connected suspended line. Two identical antennas of which dimension is 2.8㏄(40×10×7㎜) are mounted on the two end lines of the system ground plane(40×60㎜). Analysis of the antenna performance and optimization is performed using CST Microwave Studio. The bandwidths are satisfied for LTE band class 13(746-787㎒), class 14(758-798㎒) and DCS1800/USPCS1900 band (1710-1990㎒). The isolations between two antennas are about -12㏈ for LTE band and -10㏈ for DCS1800/USPCS1900 band. And the radiation efficiency of each antenna is about for LTE band 33% and 45% for DCS1800/USPCS1900 band respectively.

To investigate how Jagamchotang provent cellular injury by a certain starting point on reperfusion injury after ischemia in myocardial cell, conducted MTT assay, LM stydy and measured LDH secretion, heart rate and nitric oxide(NO), and got the following results. 1. Jagamchotang did not injure cells even in $20{\mu}g/ml$. 2. Jaganchotang repressed the toxicity of mitochondria and cell membrane in reperfusing after ischemia and repressed the contraction of promontory of myocardial cell and reduction of the number of cells. Also maintained regular heart rate and reduced the number of heart rate. 3. Synthesis of NO by Jagamchotang in ischemia increased 1.9 times than a control. 4. When reperfusing with sodium nitropruside (SNO), NO donor in ischemia repressed the toxicity of mitochondria as the case of reperfusing with Jagamchotang in ischemia. Therefore, putting these findings together, it. can be said the effect of Jagamchotang in ischemia will be closely related with generation of NO.
환혼산(還魂散)이 실험적(實驗的)으로 유발(誘發)한 종양(腫瘍)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Hwanhonsan has been used for curing tumor as a Oriental medicine without any experimental evidence to support the rational basis for their clinical use. This experiment was carried out to evaluate the possible therapeutic or antitumoral effects of Hwanhonsan extract against cancer, and to study some mechanisms responsible for its effect. Some kind of tumors were induced by the typical application of 3-methylcholanthrene(MCA) or by the implantation of malignant tumor cells such as leukemia cells(3LL cells) or sarcoma cells(S180 cells) and FasII cells. Treatment of the Hwanhonsan extract(daily 1 mg/mouse, i.p.) was continued for 7 days prior to tumor induction and after that the treatment was lasted for 20 hrs. Against squamous cell carcinoma induced by MCA, Hwanhonsan decreased. not only the frequency of tumor production but also the number and weight of tumors per tumor bearing mice(TBM). Hwanhonsan also significantly suppressed the development of 3LL cells and S180 cells implanted tumors by frequency and their size, and some developed tumors were regressed by the continuous treatment of Hwanhonsan extract into TBM. However, when tumor was induced by FsaII cells implantation, the growth of implanted cells in mice was delayed by the water extract of Hwanhonsan until 7 days and then rapid growth ensued. In vitro treatment of Hwanhonsan extract had no inhibitory effect on the tumor induced by some kind of cell lines such as A431 cells strain but it significantly inhibited the proliferation of 3LL cells, S180 cells. These results suggested that Hwanhonsan extract exhibited a significant prophylactic benefits against tumors and its antitumor activity was manifested depending on the type of tumor cells.

The aim of this experiments was to investigate the effects of Chinese magnolia vine water extract on the renal function, plasma renin activity, plasma levels of aldosterone and atrial natriuretic peptide in rats. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Water balance decreased significantly after administration with Chinese magnolia vine extracts (0.2 ml/200 g of body weight). 2. Urine volume increased significantly after administration with Chinese magnolia vine extracts. 3. Urinary excretion of sodium increased significantly after administration with Chinese magnolia vine extracts. 4. Urinary excretion of creatinine increased significantly after administration with Chinese magnolia vine extracts (0.2 ml/200 g of body weight). 5. Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide decreased significantly after administration with Chinese magnolia vine extracts (0.1 ml/200 g of body weight). 6. Plasma levels of aldosterone decreased significantly after administration with Chinese magnolia vine extracts (0.2 ml/200 g of body weight).
메밀의 발아와 볶음처리 가공에 따른 생리활성 성분과 항산화 활성 변화

메밀의 발아에 따른 주요 생리활성물질 함량과 in vitro 항산화 활성을 조사하였으며, 발아한 메밀을 차로 제조 시에 볶음처리 가공에 따른 변화를 조사하였다. 메밀 종실은 3일간 발아 시 총 페놀과 총 플라보노이드 함량이 증가하는 추세였으며, 루틴과 GABA 함량 역시 유의적으로 증가하였다. 이에 따라 메밀의 in vitro 항산화 활성(DPPH, ABTS 라디칼 소거능)은 3일간의 발아 중에 증가하였다. 발아시킨 메밀의 볶음 정도에 따른 생리활성 성분을 분석한 결과 총 페놀과 플라보노이드 함량은 볶음 시간 초기에 증가하였으나 볶음이 진행됨에 따라 감소하였으며, 루틴과 GABA 함량 역시 감소하였다. 발아메밀은 볶음처리 가공에 따라 DPPH 라디칼 소거능은 약간 증가하는 경향이었으나 ABTS 라디칼 소거능은 볶음 초기 약간 증가하다 감소하였다. 본 연구에서 메밀의 적절한 발아와 볶음처리 가공은 생리활성 성분을 향상시킨 발아메밀차로 제조하는 데 유용한 방법으로 평가되었다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of germination period and degree of roasting on the bioactive compounds and in vitro antioxidant activity of dehulled buckwheat groat. During the 3-day germination period, the amounts of bioactive compounds, including total phenolic and total flavonoid compounds, rutin, and γ- aminobutyric acid (GABA), increased. This resulted in increased α,α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), and 2,2′-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging activities. Germinated buckwheat groats were roasted at 200°C, for 7, 15, and 21 min, and the changes in bioactive compounds were assessed. The total phenolic and flavonoid contents increased at 7 min of roasting but decreased as roasting progressed. An increase in roasting time also led to a decrease in the total flavonoid, rutin and GABA contents. Roasting slightly increased the DPPH radical scavenging activity of germinated buckwheat, but prolonged roasting time (21 min) decreased ABTS radical scavenging activity. Hence, this study suggests that proper processing conditions, such as the correct germination period and degree of roasting should be adopted to improve the amount of bioactive compounds in buckwheat groat for the development of germinated buckwheat tea products.

본 논문에서는 Cellular, PCS, Wibro 대역을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는 CPW 급전 삼중대역 내장형 평면 모노폴 안테나를 설계하였다. CPW 급전 방식의 모노폴 안테나를 설계함으로써 방사 소자의 크기를 약 λ/4로 줄일 수 있었고, 방사 소자를 구부림으로써 소형화하였다. 그 뿐만 아니라 CPW 급전 방식을 이용함으로써 슬림형 핸드폰에 적용할 수 있는 평면형 안테나로 설계하였다. 안테나 방사 소자의 길이를 조절함으로써 원하는 공진 주파수에서 원하는 특성을 갖도록 설계할 수 있었다. 제작된 안테나의 반사 손실은 각각의 대역폭에서 -7 ㏈이하의 값을 가졌다. 측정된 방사 패턴은 모노폴 안테나의 방사특성을 나타내었고, 각 대역의 중심주파수에서 이득은 -5.2 ㏈i. -2 ㏈i, -0.4 ㏈i의 값을 가졌다. In this paper, the CPW-fed triple-band internal planar monopole antenna which simultaneously meets the three bands such as Cellular, PCS and Wibro is designed. The size of the radiation elements can be reduced to about λ/4 by designing the CPW-fed monopole antenna and then we can miniaturize the antenna size by meandering the radiation elements. In addition, we design the planar antenna for the slim-type mobile phone. We can obtain the desired antenna properties by controlling the length of each radiation elements. The measured return loss of the antenna is less than -7 ㏈ at the desired bandwidth. And the measured radiation patterns are similar to that of the monopole antenna. The designed antenna has the gains -5.2 ㏈i. -2 ㏈i, -0.4 ㏈i at each resonant frequencies respectively.
