지금까지 대학은 문자 그대로 교육부의 종속적인 범위를 벗어나지 못하며, 경제제일주의의 천박한 하청업체로 전락한 느낌이다. 온 나라를 산업사회, 과학기술사회화 하려는 시책들은 자연히 인문학의 소외현상을 불러일으켰고, 인문학의 위기는 곧 기존의 인문대학 자체에 대한 존폐 여부까지 논의되는 단계에 이른듯하다.
부부의 애착과 부부친밀감 및 갈등대처행동이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to classify married couple`s attachment style and examine the differences of marital intimacy, conflict coping behavior and marital satisfaction according to the combination of couple`s attachment style. It also was to identify the relative importance of marital intimacy and conflict coping behavior on marital satisfaction according to the combination of couple`s attachment style. Subjects of this study were 224 married couples drawn from kindergartens and elementary school in Chungbuk province. Data were obtained from questionnaire and analyzed by k-means cluster analysis. ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS WIN. The results of this study were as follows: First, married couple`s attachment were categorized as secure, preoccupied, dismissing, fearful styles and secure attachment style was most prevalent in couple. However, for the combination of couple`s attachment style, unsecure attachment style was shown higher than secure one. Second, there were differences in marital intimacy, conflict coping behavior. and marital satisfaction according to the combination of couple`s attachment style. Third, for husband secure-wife secure attachment group and husband insecure-wife secure attachment group, marital satisfaction was predicted by emotional intimacy. However, marital satisfaction was explained by cognitive intimacy and external help seeking for husband insecure-wife secure attachment group. For husband insecure-wife insecure attachment group, emotional intimacy. out-bursting negative emotion of conflict coping behavior, and sexual intimacy were the predictors of marital satisfaction in order.
성인초기 기혼자의 행복에 관련된 요인 -심리특성, 사회활동, 관계 요인을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to explore a relation with socio-demographic, psychological characteristics, social activity, and relationship factors and happiness of four dimensions such as subjective happiness, global life satisfaction, positive emotion, and negative emotion. Subjects of this study were set bounds to 484 married people with children(231 males, 237 females) in Early Adulthood(age 20~39). Data were analyzed by Cronbach``s, and hierarchical regression through SPSS 12.0 program. As the result of this study, there were related factors on subjective happiness. They were psychological health, leisure activity, the relationship with spouse, self-esteem, occupational performance, and perceived economic level. Psychological health was the strongest factor related on subjective happiness of married person in early adulthood. Second, there were related factors on global life satisfaction. They were occupational performance, leisure activity, perceived economic level, psychological health, and the relationship with spouse. Occupational performance was the strongest factor related on global life satisfaction. Third, positive emotion was described with self-esteem, leisure activity, occupational performance, psychological health, and the relationship with friends. Self-esteem was the most explainable factor for positive emotion. Fourth, negative emotion was described with neuroticism and self-esteem. Neuroticism significantly explained negative emotion in early adulthood. In conclusion, this study has an important meaning to determine the related factors which can influence constantly on happiness of four dimensions in early adulthood.
사회복지전공 대학생의 인권교과목 수업경험에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 대학 인권 교과목을 수강한 사회복지전공 학생들의 수업경험을 조명하고 이해하고자 함이다. 이를 위해 학습경험에 대한 내부자 관점을 탐색적으로 고찰하는데 강점을 가진 질적연구방법을 활용하여 연구참여자 8명의 심층면담자료를 분석하였다. 대학생들은 인권기반관점의 학습과 인권감수성 강화 훈련을 동반하는 도전과 성장의 수업과정을 통해 인권의 의미에 대한 자기인식의 강화, 다양한 인권주체들과 사회문제에 대한 새로운 이해와 통찰을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 경험을 바탕으로 그들은 생활습관, 관계 맺기, 진로설계 등에 있어서도 인권기반 비전과 실천 노력을 수행하고 있음을 보고하였다. 사회복지 인권교육에 대한 과제로 인권 친화적인 교수학습법 개발 및 적용 확대와 현장학습과의 연계를 제안하였다. This study is designed to illuminate and understand the experience of college students majoring in social welfare who participated in the class of human rights. Qualitative research methods with the merit of exploring insiders’perspectives were utilized to analyze in-depth interviews for 8 students. Students reported their experiences of strengthening their self-awareness of the meaning of human rights, and new understanding and insights on diverse human-rights stakeholders and social problems, by learning human rights-based knowledge accompanied with human rights sensitivity training. Furthermore, their ongoing efforts to push human rights-based vision and practice with ways of living, building relationships, and developing professional careers are demonstrated. Promoting extended application of human rights-sensitive teaching methods and the field-linked learning process are suggested for future directions for human rights-based social welfare education.
Peer Perspectives on Employee Idiosyncratic Deals

In this paper, we attempt to describe the relationship between the observation of coworker idiosyncratic deals (i-deals: Rousseau et al., 2006; Rousseau, 2005) and employee turnover intention by incorporating two explanatory mechanisms: workplace flexibility and procedural justice. We hypothesize contrasting implications of coworker flexibility i-deals and developmental i-deals on these two mediating mechanisms. Based on a sample of 176 employees, we find differential implications for the two types of i-deals and mediators. We discuss these findings and the implications of our research.
청소년이 지각한 어머니의 양육행동, 자아인식 및 학교적응 간의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationships among mothers’ parenting behavior, adolescents’ self-perception and school adjustment based on a survey data. The study participants were 772 middle school student. Data were analyzed in SPSS 21.0, and the model test was done with an analysis of the correlation matrix in AMOS 21.0, using structural equation analysis. The results were as follows. First, mothers’ parenting behavior had direct effects on the adolescents’ self-perception and school adjustment. Second, the adolescents’ self-perception has a direct effect on school adjustment. Furthermore, the adolescents’ self-perception had mediated between mother’s parenting behavior and adolescents’ school adjustment. In conclusion, the results of this study implied the significance of mother’s parenting behavior as well as adolescents’ self-perception to improve adolescent’s school adjustment.
