        한국인에서 치주질환과 관상동맥질환의 관련성에 대한 염증표지자와 IL-1 유전자 다변성의 영향

        Recently epidemiologic studies have indicated that the patients with periodontitis may have increased risk of ischemic cardiovascular events, and have suggested the important roles of blood cytokines and acute reactant proteins in the systemic infection and inflammatory response. Periodontitis and coronary heart disease (CHD) may share the common risk factors and the genetic mechanism associated with interleukin(IL)-1A, B and RA genotype may be involved in the production of IL-1. This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between angiographically defined CHD and periodontitis as chronic Gram-negative bacterial infection and to determine whether the IL-1 gene polymorphism is associated in both diseases. Patients under the age of 60 who had undergone diagnostic coronary angiography were enrolled in this study. Subjects were classified as positive CHD (+CHD, n=37) with coronary artery stenosis more than 50% in at least one of major epicardial arteries, and negative CHD (-CHD, n=30) without significant stenosis. After recording the number of missing teeth, periodontal disease severity was measured by means of plaque index (PI), gingival index (GI), bleeding on probing (BOP), probing depth (PD), clinical attachment level (CAL), and radiographic bone loss around all remaining teeth. Gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) was collected from the 4 deepest periodontal pockets and assessed for cytokine ($IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6, IL-1ra, tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}$, and prostaglandin $E_2$). Additionally, blood CHD markers, lipid profile, and blood cytokines were analyzed. IL-1 gene cluster genotyping was performed by polymerase chain reaction and enzyme restriction using genomic DNA from buccal swab, and allele 2 frequencies of IL-1A(+4845), IL-1B(+3954), IL-B(-511), and IL-1RA(intron 2) were compared between groups. Even though there was no significant difference in the periodontal parameters between 2 groups, GCF level of $PGE_2$ was significantly higher in the +CHD group(p<0.05). Correlation analysis showed the positive relationship among PD, CAL and coronary artery stenosis(%) and blood $PGE_2$. There was also significant positive relationship between the periodontal parameters (PI, PD, CAL) and the blood CHD markers (leukocyte count, C-reactive protein, and lactic dehyrogenase). IL-1 gene genotyping showed that IL-1A(+3954) allele 2 frequency was significantly higher in the +CHD group compared with the -CHD group (15% vs. 3.3%, OR 5.118,p=0.043). These results suggested that periodontal inflammation is related to systemic blood cytokine and CHD markers, and contributes to cardiovascular disease via systemic inflammatory reaction. IL-1 gene polymorphism might have an influence on periodontal and coronary heart diseases in Korean patients.

        치주병원균에 대한 유산균의 억제효과

        This study was performed to evaluate the effect of hydrogen peroxide-producing Lactobacillus acidophilus V-20onthe replication of periodontal pathogens, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans and Porphyromonas gingivalis. When A. actinomycetemcomitans and P. gingivalis were incubated alone and in the combination with L. acidophilus V-20, the viable cell numbers of A. actinomycetemcomitans and P. gingivalis were compared between those cultures. The effect of S. mutans, E. durans, and L. lactis on the replication of A. actinomycetemcomitans and P. gingivalis was also evaluated. The change of periodontal indexes(probine depth, gingival index, GCF volume) and the viable cell numbers of A. actinomycetemcomitans and black pigmented bacteroides in subgingival plaque sample were evaluated following gargling of fermented milk made from L. acidophilus V-20 for 1 month on patients with periodontal disease in maintenance phase. In the mixed culture of L. acidophilus V-20 and A. actinomycetemcomitans or P. gingivalis, the replication of A. actinomycetemcomitans or P. gingivalis wascompletely inhibited. But in the mixed culture of P. gingivalis and hydrogen peroxide-nonproducing Lactobacillus casei, the viable ceil numbers of P. gingivaliswas not decreased when compared with the numbers in the mixed culture of P. gingivalis and L. acidophilus V-20. In the mixed culture of A. actinomycetemcomitans and S. mutans, E. durans, or L. lactis, the viable cell number of A. actinomycetemcomitans was not almost changed when compared with the numbers in the culture of A. actinomycetemcomitans alone. And in the mixed culture of P. gingivalis and E. durans or L. lactis, the viable cell numbers of P. gingivaliswas not almost changed compared with the counts in the culture of P. gingivalis alone. But the replication of P. gingivalis was completely inhibited in the mixed culture of P. gingivalis and S. mutans. When the change of periodontal indexes following gargling of fermented milk was compared with baseline, probing depth and gingival index were not changed, but GCF volume was significantly decreased(p<0.05). And when the viable ceil numbers of microorganisms in subgingival plaque sample were compared with baseline, total viable ceil number was almost unchanged and the viable cell numbers of A. actinomycetemcomitans and black pigmented bacteroides were significantly decreased(p<0.05). These results suggest that L. acidophilus V-20 inhibit the replication of A. actinomycetemcomitans and black pigmented bacteroides by the formation of hydrogen peroxide.

        넙치 유래 viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV, genotype IVa)에 대한 단클론 항체 생산

        Mouse monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) were produced by using viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV, genotype IVa) as an immunogen, isolated from diseased olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). Four hybridoma clones secreting MAbs against VHSV were established. The MAbs were recognized the nucleoprotein (MAb 4), phosphoprotein (MAb 1) and matrix protein (MAbs 2 and 3) of VHSV by western blot analysis. Among them, the MAbs 1 and 4 strongly reacted with the VHSV-infected FHM cells, but not normal FHM cells. In enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the four MAbs reacted with the VHSV, but not different six fish viruses (infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus, hirame rhabdovirus, spring viraemia of carp virus, infectious pancreatic necrosis virus, marine birnavirus and nervous necrosis virus). These results indicate that the MAbs are useful for diagnosis of VHSV infection.

      • 장애인 건강검진의 운영 및 이용 관련 요인

        Purpose: This study was aimed to identify facilitators and barriers related to management and utilization of health examinations for disabled adults. Methods: In the review, seven databases were searched for articles published from January 2017 to August 2022. Data was collected by dividing into management and utilization of health examinations for disabled adults. Then, data synthesis was conducted by subdividing the data into intrapersonal, interpersonal, and environmental factors. Results: A total of 29 articles were included. The facilitators related to health examinations were mild disability and experiences of high satisfaction with medical services as intrapersonal factors, skilled healthcare practitioners as interpersonal factors, and easy-to-understand materials as environmental factors. The barriers related to health examinations included severe disability and lack of awareness related to health examinations as intrapersonal factors, lack of therapeutic relationships with healthcare practitioners as interpersonal factors, and inconvenient equipment and facilities as environmental factors. Conclusion: Our findings could comprehensively provide information necessary to improve the management and utilization of general health examination, cancer screening, and dental examination by types of disabilities.

        책임윤리학에 기초한 지구온난화 관련 초등 환경교육 교재 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop the elementary environmental textbook relevant to global warming based on responsibility ethics. To achieve the purpose, concrete study processes are as follows. First, the theory of responsibility ethics of Jonas was analyzed. Second, contents relevant to global warming on textbooks and guide books in the 7th elementary curriculum was analyzed through reference study. Third, the environmental textbook relevant to global warming for 5th and 6th grade in the elementary school was developed which was based on responsibility. The results of this study are as follows. First, responsibility ethics of Jonas has a lot of merit if it is applied to environment education. Second, according to the analysis into textbooks and guide books in the 7th elementary curriculum, the contents concerning global warming are very poor in both quantity and quality. Third, the elementary environmental textbook relevant to global warming for 5th and 6th grade students was developed. This textbook based on responsibility ethics will be expected to be efficient on the learning compared with subsidiary textbook in use.

        특수학교 자유학기제에 대한 특수교사의 인식, 기대효과 및 운영과제

        이 연구는 특수학교 자유학기제 도입에 대한 특수교사의 인식, 기대효과 및 운영과제를 알아보는데 있었다. 연구대상은 부산광역시에 위치하고 있는 15개의 특수학교 중에서 장애유형을 고려하여 시각장애, 청각장애, 지적장애, 지체장애학교 각 1개교에서 중학교 수업을 지도하는 교사 150명을 편의목적표집을 하였다. 연구에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 특수학교 자유학기제에 대한 특수교사의 인식 결과는 다양하게 나타났다. 특수교사들은 전체적으로 자유학기제에 대해 잘 알고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 자유학기제 연수 참여 경험이 있다고 응답한 특수교사들은 자유학기제의 연수의 내용이 도움이 되었는지에 대해 `보통이다`의 응답이 높게 나타났다. 특수학교에 바람직한 `자유학기 활동` 운영 모형과 `자유학기 활동` 연수는 진로탐색 활동, 주제선택 활동, 예술·체육 활동, 동아리 활동 순으로 나타났다. 특수학교 자유학기제 시행에 따른 특수교사의 가장 큰 역할에는 통합수업 운영을 통한 교과 간의 융합과 진로체험, 지역 인프라 탐색 및 적용이 가장 큰 역할이라고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 특수학교 자유학기제에 대한 특수교사의 기대효과는 학교생활의 만족도 증가와 긍정적인 학생의 정서 발달, 진로ㆍ직업교육 강화 등이었다. 셋째, 특수학교 자유학기제에 대한 특수교사의 운영과제는 담임업무 경감과 지역 인프라 확충, 특수학교에 표준화된 자유학기제 프로그램 개발 등이었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate recognitions, expected effectiveness and operational issues of special teacher on execution of special school free semester. The subjects from 15 special schools located in Busan metropolitan city were sampled. The subjects were sampled four special schools for visual, auditory, intellectual and physical disabilities. The sampled were 150 middle school teachers. Recognitions, expected effectiveness and operational issues of special teacher on execution of special school free semester were analyzed. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, recognitions of special teacher on execution of special school free semester are well acquainted. There were many special teachers who answered that they had not received the experience in the free semester training, but the special teachers who answered that they had participated in the free semester training program. The answer of `usually` was high whether it was helpful or not. And it were recognized that the preferred period of the free semester in the special schools was the ` grade 1 semester 2` as the most desirable. The `Free Semester Activities` model, which is desirable for special schools, appeared in the order of career exploration activity, topic selection activity, arts and sports activities, and club activities. The `free semester activity` training required on execution of special school free semester were appeared in the order of career exploration activity, topic selection, arts and sports activities, and club activities. Namely, special school teachers preferred career exploration activity as `free semester activity`. The most important role of special education teachers on execution of special school free semester was recognized as the most important role of integrated class operating and exploring the local infrastructure for career experience. Second, expected effectiveness on execution of special school free semester, the increase of satisfaction of school life was the most expected effect and followed by positive student emotional development, career and vocational education. Third, operational issues on execution of special school free semester, reduction of teachers business, expansion of local infrastructure, and development of standardized free semester for special schools were the biggest operational issues. Through this study, free semesters in the special school is successful operation and activity requires to need a variety of special teacher training program. Depending on the type of special school, it may suggest that the program requires the development of a free semester for student characteristics.

        다시마(Saccharina japonica) 배우체의 미동정 진균증

        In 2015, white cottony tufts were observed on gametophytes of the kelp Saccharina japonica. Wet mount and histopathology examination revealed numerous fungal hyphae and mycelium around the gametophytes. The gametophytes surrounded by fungal hyphae were generally round and empty. A specific 610-bp fragment of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS)-5.8S rDNA-ITS gene of fungi was amplified by polymerase chain reaction and the nucleotide sequence showed 100% identity with those of Acremonium sclerotigenum, Acremonium sp. and Ascomycota sp. When fungus-infected gametophytes were mixed with healthy gametophytes, a high transmission rate (100%) resulted. This is the first report of mycosis of gametophytes in Korea.

        CSV형식 공공 개방데이터의 도메인 판별 모델에 관한 연구

        정부는 공공데이터 품질관리 수준평가를 진행하여 공공 개방데이터의 품질관리를 진행하고 있다. 공공 개방데이터는 XML, JSON, CSV 등 여러 오픈포맷 형태로 제공되며 CSV 형식이 대다수를 차지한다. 이러한 CSV 형식의 공공 개방데이터 품질진단 시 품질진단 담당자가 공공 개방데이터 파일의 필드명과 필드 내 데이터에 의존하여 필드 별 도메인을 판단하여 진단한다. 그러나 대량의 개방 데이터 파일을 대상으로 품질진단을 수행하기 때문에 많은 시간이 소요된다. 또한 의미 파악이 어려운 필드의 경우 품질진단의 정확성이 품질진단 담당자의 데이터 이해도 역량의 영향을 받는다. 본 논문은 필드명과 데이터 분포 통계를 이용한 CSV 형식 공공 개방데이터의 도메인 판별 모델을 제안하여 품질진단 결과가 품질진단 담당자의 역량에 좌지우지 되지 않도록 일관성과 정확성을 보장하고 진단 소요 시간 단축을 지원한다. 본 논문의 모델 적용 결과 행정안전부에서 제공하는 파일형식 개방데이터 진단도구보다 2.8% 높은 약 77%의 정답률을 보였다. 이를 통해 공공데이터 품질관리 수준진단·평가에 제안 모델 적용 시 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The government of the Republic of Korea is conducting quality management of public open data by conducting a public data quality management level evaluation. Public open data is provided in various open formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV, with CSV format accounting for the majority. When diagnosing the quality of public open data in CSV format, the quality diagnosis manager determines and diagnoses the domain for each field based on the field name and data within the field of the public open data file. However, it takes a lot of time because quality diagnosis is performed on large amounts of open data files. Additionally, in the case of fields whose meaning is difficult to understand, the accuracy of quality diagnosis is affected by the quality diagnosis persons ability to understand the data. This paper proposes a domain discrimination model for public open data in CSV format using field names and data distribution statistics to ensure consistency and accuracy so that quality diagnosis results are not influenced by the capabilities of the quality diagnosis person in charge, and to support shortening of diagnosis time. As a result of applying the model in this paper, the correct answer rate was about 77%, which is 2.8% higher than the file format open data diagnostic tool provided by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. Through this, we expect to be able to improve accuracy when applying the proposed model to diagnosing and evaluating the quality management level of public data.
