본 연구는 학교숲과 초등학교 학생의 특성에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 목적은 학생들의 특성에 따른 기질의 차이와 학교숲 특성에 따른 기질에 따른 차이를 파악하고자 수행되었다. 자료수집은 충청북도 내 16개 초등학교에서 443명의 초등학생을 대상으로 수집하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 학생들의 기질은 6개 요인으로 구성되었으며 다음과 같다. 일반적 활동성 요인(7개 항목), 접근-철회성 요인(6개 항목), 융통-경직성 요인(6개 항목), 기분 요인(7개 항목), 주의 집중성 요인(5개 항목), 지속성 요인(3개 항목). 2. 학생들의 기질은 학생들의 특성 중 성별, 지역별, 학교숲 조성 참여경험에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 3. 학생들의 기질은 학교숲의 특성 중 1인당 학교숲 면적에 따라 차이가 나타났다. This study investigates the effect of school forests on elementary students’s psychological temper. Specifically this study was conducted to investigate the relationship between some characteristics of school forests such as size, species and forest age, etc. and students’ temper. To collect data, 443 students from 16 elementary schools in Chungbuk Province were sampled as respondents. A set of questionnaires were administered each to respondent. The results of data analysis were followings: 1. There were significant differences in students' temper due to their gender, locations of the schools, and students’ use pattern of forests. 2. The characteristics of school forests influenced on different types of students’ temper.
독활기생탕가미방(獨活寄生湯加味方)이 배양 척수운동신경세포에 미치는 영향

Objectives & Methods : To evaluate the mechanism of oxidative damage by Xanthine oxidase(XO) and hypoxanthine(HX)-induced oxygen radicals, XTT assay was carried out after the cultured mouse spinal motor neurons were preincubated for 5 hours with various concentrations of XO/HX. And DNA synthesis, PKC activity and c-fos immunohistochemistry were measured to evaluate the protective effect of Dokhwalgisaeng-tang(Duhuojisheng-tang: DGT), Dokhwalgisaeng-tanggami(Duhuojisheng-tangjiawei: DGTG), Herbar Chelidoni(HC) water extract on cultured spinal motor neurons damaged by XO/HX. Results : The results were XO/HX showed the quantitative decrease of DNA synthesis, increase of PKC activity and c-fos positive cell, in proportion to concentration and exposed time on cultured spinal motor neurons and DGT, DGTG and HC showed the protective effects against decrease of DNA synthesis and increase of PKC activity and c-fos positive cell by XO/HX. Conclusions : From the above results, it is suggested that XO/HX have a neurotoxic effect on cultured spinal motor neurons and the herbs extract, such as DGT, DGTG and HC, prevent the toxicity of XO/HX effectively.

저자 등은 충남대학 부속병원 산부인과에서 난소유피종에 병발된 편평상피세포암 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. An ovarian dermoid cyst combined with wquamous cell carcinima was presented. A 57 year old woman complaining of abdominal pain and lower abdominal mass was taken laparotomy. Left ovary was measured 10*15*7cm, 650gm in size. Ascites, adhesion and other gross abnormalities were not found. Gross appearance and cut surface of tumor revealed typical dermoid cyst except a small portion of inner wall directed to the mesoovarium which was found to be moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Some invasions to the left tube and outerwall of left uterus were noted.
EIX 전극 제작과 이온교환 개발에 관한 연구 (Ⅰ) - EIX 전극 제조와 특성 평가 -

본 연구에서는 실험실에서 합성한 ZrP와 상업용 Amberlite IRP-64, Amberlite IRC-718 이온교환 수지를 SBR과 Epoxy 결합제로 사용하여 EIX전극을 제조하고, 전극전위에 따라 제조한 EIX 전극에 대한 구리이온의 흡·탈착성능과 특성을 고찰하였다. 이온의 전달특성은 결합제의 종류에 따라서 가장 크게 영향을 받았으며, 흡착공정에서 최대의 흡착속도를 보이는 최적의 전극 전위가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 탈착공정에서는 사용한 수지와 금속이온의 흡착력에 의해서 가장 크게 영향을 미쳤다. EIX electrodes containing cation exchange resins(ZrP, Amberlite) and binders(SBR, Epoxy) were fabricated in different drying conditions of various temperature and pressure. The performance and physical properties of those were measured and the adsorption and desorption kinetics in copper sulfate solution were investigated at the various electrode potentials. The ionic transport in EIX electrode was seriously affected by binder system. The maximum adsorption rate of copper was obtained at optimum cathodic potential. In elution process, the desorption rate was significantly influenced by adsorpted force between the resin and the metal ions.
