『시진핑용전(習近平用典)』을 통해 본 중국 고전문학의 현대적 변용

The purpose of this study is to investigate how Chinese classical literature is transfigurated in the field of cultural politics with focusing on the publishing process and its background of Allusions of Xi Jinping. Until the beginning of the 21st century, the Chinese government began to explore ways to solve various social problems such as the widening gap between rich and poor and widespread corruption among officials, taking the human tradition as ‘now, here’ and encourages individual ethics. It is fully expanded the cultural politics through the classical literature by the Chinese government. I would like to consider a surface that has been used as a mechanism to classic literature to educate the moral consciousness of the people through the Allusions of Xi Jinping. First, I carefully examined the system and its contents of Allusions of Xi Jinping and analyzed the intertextuality between classical literature and political discourse. I have grasped the meaning of constructing a new combination of the method of citing the Xi Jinping classics centering on the heading sentence and speech and the scriptures. The reason why Chinese leaders, as represented by Xi Jinping, enjoys using classical literature in political discourse is that the quotation of the necessary poetry in the text that is “officialized” This is because it is possible to acquire “authority” by presenting that there is a “basis for”. Secondly, we analyzed the way in which the Chinese government uses the classics to inject governance ideology and ethics norms by using them as a mechanism of national personality education and moral education. In order to establish the legitimacy of governance, Xi Jinping introduced a moral model to the bureaucratic group and the public by explaining the humanistic spiritual virtue embodied in the classics at the official seats. Xi Jinping has given a new role to the era by choosing exemplary management from a historical point of view, and It can be understood that there is a willingness to persuade the opposing forces against government policies. Through this study, it will be possible to contribute to the understanding of China by understanding various aspects of cultural politics using the classics of Chinese government.

제주도 신화의 장소성과 경관의 변화

본 연구의 목적은 제주의 신화적 전통이 ‘지금, 여기’에서 어떻게 재현되고 있는지 그 양상에 주목하면서 장소성의 획득과 경관의 변화를 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 탐라신화공원, 제주돌문화공원, 신화의 거리, 신화역사공원의 설립 취지와 조성과정을 분석하였다. ‘신화의 고향’ 제주도에는 자청비, 백주또, 설문대할망 등 1만 8천여 명의 신들이 살고 있다. 또한 삼성혈(三姓穴), 혼인지(婚姻池), 산방산(山房山), 한라산, 그리고 360여 개의 오름 등 곳곳마다 신화를 통해 그 기원과 역사를 설명할 정도로 신화적 공간으로 뒤덮여 있다. 따라서 행정당국과 민간에서는 이처럼 풍부하게 전승되는 신화를 테마로 한 축제와 행사를 개최하고, 공원과 박물관을 설립하는 등 제주의 문화적 정체성을 표상하고자 한다. 하지만 제주의 신화적 전통이 행정당국과 외부자본에 의해 지역민이 아닌 외부의 시선으로 개발됨에 따라 그 장소성을 획득하지 못하고 심지어 경관의 변화를 초래하고 있다. 이젠 제주특별자치도의 민과관이 서로 협력하여 개발 우선 정책과 투기 자본의 유입을 지양하고, 제주의 자연, 역사, 문화가 지역민의 삶과 유리되지 않도록 제주의 정체성을 표상할 수 있는 다각적인 방법을 모색해야 할 시기이다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze that the mythical tradition of Jeju is how to be recreated ‘Now’ and ‘Here’ with the acquisition of ‘Placeness’ and the change of scenery. To do this study, Tamna Myths Theme Park, Jeju Stone Park, Street of Myth and Jeju Myths and History Theme Park are examined. 10008 thousand of gods live in Jeju Island where is called mythical homeland including Jacheongbi, Baekjuddo, Grandmother Seolmundae. Also this Island is filled with mythical spaces such as Samseonghyeol, Honinji Wedding Site, Sanbangsan Mountain, Hallasan Mountain, and Oreum, where retain their origin and history through the myths. Hence, administration and private organizations are holding events and building the park and museum to establish the cultural identities of Jeju. However, according as the cultural myths of Jeju is developed by an external capital, Jeju Island doesn"t acquire the ‘Placeness’ and its landscape is broken up. Now it is time to work together in the public and private organizations to prevent the influx of speculative capital. Being integrated Jeju"s nature, history and culture with the local population lives, it is time to put forth a multilateral effort into representing the identity of Jeju.

고객-자원 관점에서의 비즈니스 모델 혁신 연구: Amazon.com 사례

기업 경영환경 변화와 기술발전의 속도가 빨라지고, 기업 간 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 경쟁 우위 확보 및 지속 성장은 기업은 물론 학계의 관심 주제이다. 그동안 학자들에 의해 비즈니스 모델 및 비즈니스 모델 혁신에 대한 연구는 지속 증가하고 있으며, 비즈니스 모델 혁신의 중요성과 필요성 뿐만 아니라 유형과 전개 양상에 대하여 연구되었다. 그러나 비즈니스 모델 혁신이 어떻게 적용되고 발전되어 왔는지에 대한 보다 구체적이고 실증적인 사례 연구는 상대적으로 부족하였다. 본 연구는 기업이 비즈니스 모델 혁신을 결정하는 요소로 고객과 자원 관점에 주목하여 ‘BMI Customer-Resource matrix’프레임워크를 수립하고 이를 4가지 유형으로 구분하였다. 수립된 프레임워크의 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 글로벌 기업인 Amazon.com의 14개 비즈니스 모델에 대해 BMI Customer-Resource matrix를 적용하는 사례연구를 수행하여 5가지 명제를 도출하였다. 또한 연구 결과에 기반하여 기업 경영진과 중간관리자에게 기업이 BMI 전략 수립 시 어떻게 접근하는지에 대한 실천적인 시사점을 제시하였다. As the business environment changes, the speed of technological development accelerates and competition between companies intensifies, securing a competitive advantage and sustainable growth are topics of interest not only to firms but also to academia. In the meantime, the research on business model and business model innovation has been continuously increasing by academics, and the importance and necessity of business model innovation have been extensively studied. However, more specific and empirical case studies on how business model innovation has been applied have been relatively uncommon. This study proposed the ‘BMI Customer-Resource matrix’ framework by paying attention to factors that determine business model innovation from the perspective of customers and resources and classified them into four types. To verify the usefulness of the framework, a case study was conducted using the BMI Customer-Resource matrix for 14 business models of Amazon.com, a global company that has most actively implemented BMI. In addition, through five propositions derived, practical implications were presented to corporate executives and middle managers on how a company set up BMI strategy.

예술매체의 활용이 청소년의 스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 예술매체가 스트레스 대처자원으로 어느 정도 효과적인가를 밝히고, 청소년들이 다양한 매체들을 통해 스트레스를 잘 해결해 나갈 수 있도록 교육프로그램 제작의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상으로 수도권 소재 중·고등학교에 재학중인 남녀청소년들에게 총 1,000부의 설문지를 배포하여 회수된 설문지 중 784부를 SPSS 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 독립표본 t-검증, 신뢰도분석, 피어슨 상관분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구목적에 따른 주요 결과로는, 모든 예술매체 유형(대체적, 심미적, 창작적, 신체적, 기타 유형)과 스트레스 대처방식의 모든 하위 변인(문제지향적, 사회적 지지추구, 정서완화적, 소망적 사고 대처방식) 간에 정적 상관관계가 있었으며, 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는, 예술매체를 통해 적극적으로 느끼고 표현하는 활동이 자신의 스트레스와 문제들에 직면하고 이를 해결해 나가는 데 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였으며, 이러한 연구결과는 예술매체가 청소년들의 스트레스 대처자원으로 활용되어질 수 있음을 시사한다. This study aims to investigate the effects of using art media on the coping for stress, and to provide basic data to plan for coaching and counseling programs helping adolescents’ stress coping. For the study, the questionnaires were distributed to 1,000 middle and high school students located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and were returned from 389 middle school students and 395 high school students. Frequency Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Stepwise Regression Analysis are conducted using SPSS 15.0 program. The major results from the survey show the positive relationship and the effectiveness between all types of art media (vicarious, appreciative, creative, physical and other types) and all the sub-factors (problem-focused stress-coping, social support pursuing stress-coping, emotion alleviation stress-coping, wishful thinking stress-coping). The result of the study confirms that the activities of feeling and expressing positively through art media aect facing and solving stresses and problems, and indicates that art media can be applied as resources for adolescents’ stress coping.

중국 중산계층의 성장과 新華僑의 제주도 유입

본고는 부동산투자이민제를 통해 제주도에 유입된 신화교 문제를 중심으로 논의를 진행하였다. 그 의미를 다음 세 가지로 정리할 수 있다. 첫째, 신화교가 제주도에 이주하게 된 중국 내 상황을 중산계층의 성장과 관련하여 검토하였다. 중국에서 중산계층은 소비의 주체이면서 동시에 정치적 변화의 주체로서 경제학, 사회학, 정치학계의 큰 관심을 받아왔다. 본고는 투자이민의 주력군으로 중산계층에 주목하여 『포보스』(Forbes) 중문판에서 제시한 대중부유계층(大衆富裕階層)의 특징을 설명하였다. 다음으로, 신화교의 제주도 유입 배경과 현황을 구화교와 비교하여 논의하였다. 신화교는 계층, 자본, 삶의 방식 등에서 사회경제적 소수자로 줄곧 차별받아 온 구화교와 큰 차이를 보인다. 따라서 구화교는 신화교를 동일집단이 아닌 ‘중국인’으로 구별하고 있지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 구화교와 신화교가 만나는 지점을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 부동산투자이민제로 유입된 중국자본과 그것이 지역사회에 미친 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 중국자본이 추진하는 사업으로 인해 제주도의 자연환경이 훼손되고 제주도민의 거주환경이 위협을 받고 있다는 점, 신화교와 지역민 간의 갈등 뿐 아니라 지역민과 지역민 간의 갈등이 고조되면서 지역사회가 변화에 직면하고 있음을 지적하였다. Chinese who have entered the South Korea after the normalization between South Korea and China in 1992 are mostly the immigrants who are working, studying and married. Recently, the number of Chinese living in the South Korea with the investment immigration boom of China has been gradually increased. The aim of this paper is to advance the discussions on new overseas Chinese problem that has flowed into the Jeju Island by an institutionalization of real estate investment immigration. Firstly, it was investigated the background of new overseas Chinese that has flowed into Jeju Island. We have focused on the growth of Chinese middle class as the subject of investment immigration. Secondly, the background and current status of the influx of new overseas Chinese were compared with old overseas Chinese in Jeju Island. New overseas Chinese is much different as compared with the old overseas Chinese as a minority who have been continuously discriminated in terms of social class, capital, life style and so on. Lastly, we have examined the effects of the Chinese capital and the local community that has flowed into the real estate investment immigration system. The natural environment of Jeju Island was impaired by the developmental plan of Chinese capital, and her residents’ living conditions are also under threat. The conflicts between new overseas Chinese and local residents and among the latter were occurred by the developmental plan.
