유관 시스템 분석을 통한 시설물정보관리종합시스템 개선방향

공중의 안전을 확보하고 나아가 국민의 복리증진에 기여하기 위해 1995년에 시특법이 제정되었고, 시설물을 보다 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 FMS가 개발‧운영되고 있지만, 몇몇 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 FMS와 유관시 스템의 현황을 면밀히 분석하여 (1) 1‧2종 외 소규모 시설물을 포함한 범 국가 시설물정보 관리체계로 확장, (2) 시설물별 표준화된 점검진단시스템 개발 및 보급, (3) 관리주체 의사결정지원기능 등 DB활용시스템 개발, (4) 최신 정보기술을 활용한 FMS 성능 향상 및 안정적 운영환경 마련 등의 개선방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 개선방향에 따라 개선해 나간다 면 소규모 시설물의 안전관리를 강화하는데 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 시설물 안전 및 유지관리 업무 관계자에게 최적의 정보서 비스를 제공함으로써 업무효율을 향상시키고 대국민 서비스를 개선할 수 있을 것이다. The Special Act on Safety Control for Infrastructure was enacted in 1995 to contribute to ensuring the public safety and welfare improvement of Korean people. In addition, the FMS has been developed and operated to manage facilities effectively. However, several problems of the FMS have also occurred. Thus, this study aimed to analyze the FMS and related systems scrutinizingly to suggest improvement directions such as (1) extension of the FMS into the national facility information management system including small-size facilities other than Types 1 and 2 facilities, (2) development and promote standardized inspection and diagnosis systems as per facility type, (3) development of the database utilization system including decision making support function for management body, and (4) providing the FMS performance improvements and stable operating environment utilizing latest information technologies. If the improvement directions suggested in this study are adopted, they can improve services for Korean people by providing facility safety and maintenance work parties with optimum information services.

As a railway is receiving attention as an environment-friendly transportation mode, many high speed, inter-city and urban railway are constructed and remodeled in the world. With this trend, railway RAMS was included in the international standard IEC 62278 in 2002. RAMS activity in domestic market is also increased with this international trend. However, IEC 62278 does not describe the methodology of substantial contents like how reliability target is set although it can be used as an overall guideline when RAMS requirements are included in the purchase specification. That is because RAMS requirements should be set with the specific railway condition. It is required to fully understand the meaning of railway RAMS parameters and apply those correspond to the specific railway system and environment condition especially when a quantitative RAMS requirement is set. In this study, the meaning and characteristics of RAMS parameters applicable to the development of quantitative RAMS requirement of rolling stock is described. And the basic concept of RAMS and the definition of failure that IEC 62278 describes is modified and suggested in order to make more suitable to the development of quantitative RAMS requirement.

Korean comparative constructions can be divided into two groups: one with positive adjectives and verbs, the other with comparative adjectives and verbs. The primary aim of this study is to show the semantic differences among comparative constructions with ‘-mankem’, ‘-cherem’. We’ll show how the adjectives like “keda(tall)”, “chakda(small)” comprise a open scale and how the meanings of those adjectives are distributed when they appear in comparative constructions. “kkekkethada(clean)” and “terepda(dirty)” appear on a asymmetric scale and they make some differences in ‘-mankem’ and ‘-cherem’ comparative constructions. “pida(empty)” and “chada(full)” comprise a limited scale and they also show some differences when they appear in comparative constructions. The adjectives like “pulkda(red)” appear on a single term scale and they don’t show any positive correlation with comparative constructions.
초등 한국화 교수·학습 모델 연구 - 여백을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 전통적인 한국화의 조형적 특징 중 ‘여백’을 도입한 한국화의 교수·학습 모델을 개발하여 첫째, 전통에 기초한 한국화교육 내용을 정립하고, 둘째, 교육현장에 서 한국화교육을 쉽게 이해하게 하고, 실천할 수 있게 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 여백은 동양의 허실사상을 예술적으로 구현하는 공간개념으로서 ① 공간의 깊이, ② 간결한 표현, ③ 운치와 여운, ④ 상상력의 증대, ⑤ 주제의 강조, ⑥ 생동감이 있는 구도 등에 관계된다. 이러한 특징들을 도입한 교수·학습 모델이 목표, 대상, 과정, 방법, 교사의 역할, 재료, 분위기, 활동, 정리, 평가 등 수업에 필요한 요소들을 언급한다. 교사들은 이 교수.학습 모델에 기초하여, 자신의 학교와 학급의 조건에 적합한 수업안을 구안할 수 있다. 이 연구는 교육현장의 교사들에게 여백을 도입한 한국화의 직접적인 교수·학습자료를 제공함으로써 한국화교육의 정체성 회복뿐만이 아니라 아동의 정서계발과 인성교육에도 크게 기여할 것이다. A model for teaching & learning of Korean painting is developed in order to establish contents of Korean painting education based on Korean tradition and to help easy understanding and implementation of the Korean painting education. The model is based upon ‘blank space’ that is one of the important characteristics of the traditional Korean painting. The ‘blank space’ is a concept of the space used for expression of oriental emptiness & substantiality theory artistically, which is related to depth of space, concise expression, elegance & aftereffect, increased imagination, emphasis on subject, and vivid composition. The teaching & learning model, which introduces the above mentioned characteristics of the ‘blank space’, takes up every element necessary for teaching including objective, process, methods, roles of teacher & learner, materials, atmosphere, arrangement and evaluation. Teachers can use this model to develope their own teaching plan that is appropriate for their school and class. This study will play an important role in restoring identity of Korean painting education by providing teachers in the field of education with teaching & learning materials for Korean painting.
