        The purpose of this study is to consider prototypes of non-south oriented apartment. It was focussed on the orientation determinant of living room and master bed room. It was performed by literature review and site survey. The findings for prototypes are summarized by two factors, such as the form of unit block and unit plan and the decision making factors (views, visual privacy and noise pollution) of orientation of living room and master bed room.<br/> As a result, prototypes are summarized as 6 types by unit block, 27 types of by unit plan, 3 types by decision making factors of orientation of living room and master bed room.

        In this paper, we studied the method of fatigue life estimation for Body Structure. In the first place, we have measured random road surface and acquired Displacement PSD about the road surface.In dynamic analysis,we have acquired stress PSD using the displacement PSD as a input. Using this stress PSD, Body fatigue life can be estimated because Stress PSD involved Dynamic stress history of the FE model shell element describing body structure. The availability of this method is confirmed through proving ground fatigue test.<br/>

        대학 배드민턴 학생 선수의 정서지능이 성취목표성향과 운동수행에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on achievement goal orientation and badminton performance of college badminton players. Method: The subjects of this study were student players that were registered as college badminton players. An online survey was conducted using the convenience sampling method. A total of 171 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, excluding the data that did not faithfully respond to the collected questionnaire. The following results were obtained by processing the data according to the purpose of the study. Results: First, in the emotional intelligence of college badminton players, the appraisal of their own emotions and utilization of emotion factor showed a significant positive correlation with the task-goal orientation factor, which is a sub-factor of achievement goal orientation. And the Self-goal orientation factor showed a significant relationship with the utilization of the emotion factor. Second, the social skills factors and utilization of emotion factors showed a significant positive relationship with badminton performance. Third, the task-goal orientation factor and the self-goal orientation factor were found to have a significant positive relationship with badminton performance. Conclusion: Combining the above results, it can be seen that the emotional intelligence of college badminton players is an important predictor of achievement goal orientation and badminton performance.

        폭염과 가뭄을 위한 기후변화 취약성 평가 데이터베이스 시스템 설계

        본 논문에서는 가뭄에 의한 용수, 가뭄에 의한 수질과 폭염에 의한 온열질환에 대한 취약성 평가 항목에 대한 선정 배경을 기술하였고, 선정된 취약성 평가 항목에 대해 취약성 평가 가중치 산정을 수행하였다. 또한 취약성 평가 절차에서는 단계적으로 적용되는 계산 방법과 실제 사례를 함께 서술하였다. 취약성 평가 데이터베이스 구축에 대해 분석하고, 이러한 취약성 평가 절차를 적용한 폭염과 가뭄을 위한 기후변화 취약성 평가 시스템을 설계하였다. In this paper, the assessment items were selected for water by drought, water quality by drought, and thermal diseases by heat wave. We described the selection background for these assessment items. and then we weighted the selected vulnerability assessment items. The vulnerability assessment procedures also describe the calculation methods applied in phases and the actual cases. The vulnerability assessment database was analyzed and a climate change vulnerability assessment system for heat waves and droughts using these vulnerability assessment procedures was designed.

        배드민턴 전문스포츠 지도자의 직무스트레스가 직무만족과 직업의식에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of job stress on job satisfaction and job consciousness in elite badminton sports leaders. Method: The data were collected from 150 elite badminton sports leaders using a convenience sampling method. A total of 144 surveys except for unreliable responses were used. The data were analyzed with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’α coefficient calculation, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25.0. The alpha level of p<.05 was set for all tests of significance. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of the influence of job stress on job satisfaction, interpersonal relations, which is one of the sub-factors in job stress showed a positive effect on the extrinsic and intrinsic job satisfaction, but the job environment had a negative (-) effect on external and intrinsic job satisfaction. Second, as a result of the effect of job stress of badminton leaders on job consciousness, interpersonal relations showed not only a positive effect on job pride but also on job dedication, and recognition of professionalism, which are the sub-factors of job consciousness. But job environment had a negative effect on recognition of professionalism. Finally, it is revealed that the job satisfaction of badminton leaders on job consciousness had an effect. Specifically, it showed that extrinsic satisfaction has a positive effect on job dedication, and it can be seen that the higher the extrinsic satisfaction, the higher the level of commitment to the job. Intrinsic satisfaction showed a positive effect on the job pride as well. Conclusion: As such, the job stress of elite badminton sport leaders can be interpreted as an important variable that predicts job satisfaction and job consciousness.

        이산 도트 자극에서 시각적 착시를 인식하는 시각 모델

        본 논문은 일련의 불연속적인 도트 자극으로부터 시각적 착시현상을 추출하는 신경회로망 모델을 제시한다. 제안된 모델은 시각 정보처리 경로에서 발견되는 시각 세포들의 특성을 근거로 한다. 본 연구는 일련의 이산 도트 자극들이 개별적인 도트들로 인식하지 않고 연속적인 가상의 윤곽으로 인식하는 시각적 착시 현상을 나타내는 생리심리학 실험을 기초로 하여 도트 자극의 시각적 착시를 구현한 것으로서 실험에서는 가상 다각형 형태로 배치된 6에서 10개의 도트자극들을 사용한다. 이 실험 데이터는 Smith & Vos가 생리심리학적 실험에서 다룬 데이터와 유사하다. 제안된 모델은 이산 도트자극으로부터 연속적인 착시 윤곽을 성공적으로 추출한다. This paper proposes a neural network model for extracting optical illusions produced by a sequence of discontinuous dot stimuli. The proposed model is based on visual cell's characters founded by visual information processing path. This study approaches on the basis of physiological observation of the perceptual phenomena that some simple ways of discrete dots are perceived as a continuous virtual contour rather than as separate dots. This paper presents the implementation of the optical illusions from discrete dot stimuli that are composed of virtual polygons from 6 to 10 dots. This experimental data are similar to those of Smith & Vos's physiological experiments. The proposed model shows that it can extract continuous illusion contours from discrete dot stimuli successfully.

        태반-특이유전자의 흰쥐 태반내 발현분포

        Homeobox 유전자는 분화, 발생 및 발암 등을 유도하는 유전자들의 발현을 조절하는 많은 전사인자들을 암호화하고 이 유전자의 특징은 서로 다른 종 간에도 일정한 염기서열이 잘 보존되어 있다는 것이다. 본 연구는 homeobox 유전자계에 속하는 흰쥐의 새로운 태반-특이 유전자(rPsx)로 부터 digoxigenin이 표지된 cRNA probe를 만들어 in situ hybridization 조직화학 기법을 이용하여 임신 7.5일부터 16.5일까지의 흰쥐 태반에서 이의 발현 및 분포를 알아보고자 하였다. In situ hybridization 조직화학 소견에서 임신 10.5일에 처음으로 태반-특이유전자의 mRNA가 융모막외배엽에서 처음으로 발현되기 시작하였다. 임신 11.5일에서 hybridization signal은 미로영양막층과 거대영양막세포층에서만 관찰되었다. 임신 12.5, 13.5 및 14.5일에서는 hybridization signal은 거대영양막세포층, 해면영양막층 및 미로 영양막층에서 관찰되었다. 임신 15.5일에서는 hybridization signal이 미로영양막층과 해면체영양막층에서 관찰되었으나 거대영양막세포층에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 해면체영양막층에서의 hybridization signal은 임신 14.5일에 비해 상당히 감소하였다. 임신 16.5일에서는 hybridization signal이 미로영양막층에서만 관찰되었고 해면체영양막층이나 거대영양막세포층에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 임신 경과에 따른 hybridization signal은 임신 10.5일부터 점차 증가하여 14.5일에 최고조에 달한 후 그 이후에는 감소하는 경향이었다. 이상의 결과로 흰쥐에서 새로운 태반-특이유전자는 임신 10.5일부터 발현되기 시작하여 태반의 융모막외배엽, 미로영양막층, 해면영양막층 및 거대 영양막세포층에서만 발현되며 영양막세포의 분화 및 발육에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 생각되었다. Homeobox genes seem to play critical roles in regulating morphogenesis, patterning, organogenesis, and differentiation. They have the conserved sequence that codes the DNA-binding domain called homeodomain. The expression and cellular localization of rPsx mRNA in rat placenta during placental development were examined by in situ hybridization histochemistry at different embryonic stages (Embryonic days 7.5~16.5). rPsx mRNA was first detected in chorionic ectoderm of placenta at E 10.5. This transcript was localized in labyrinth trophoblast and trophoblast giant cells at E 11.5. Hybridization signals were observed in labyrinth trophoblast, spongiotrophoblast, and trophoblast giant cells at E 12.5, E 13.5, and E 14.5. At E 15.5, hybridization signal was detected in labyrinth trophoblast and spongiotrophoblast but not in trophoblast giant cells. Hybridization signal was only detected in labyrinth trophoblast at E 16.5. rPsx mRNA was not detected in decidua and any tissues of the embryo from E 7.5 to E 9.5 of gestations. From these results, a new rPsx homeobox gene is first expressed at E 10.5 and detected in chorionic ectoderm, labyrinth trophblast, spongiotrophoblast and trophoblast giant cells of the placenta. This gene may play a critical role in differentiation and development of trophoblast cells.
