        ADHD 자녀를 둔 학부모의 양육 경험에 따른 학교 적응 지원요구 탐색

        Objective: Based on the parenting experiences of parents of ADHD children, this study sought to identify difficulties experienced by ADHD children in adapting to school and to examine their support needs. Methods: After recruiting 91 members of the ADHD parent community, we used Google Docs to learn about their child-rearing experiences and school adaptation support requirements. Results: First of all, parents of ADHD children experienced difficulty accessing information about ADHD, were exposed to low social awareness and prejudice about ADHD, and endured economic and emotional exhaustion while raising ADHD children. Second, ADHD children’s parents wanted support such as improved awareness by teachers of ADHD children, support of children’s ability to adapt to school using technology, improving class environments, and assistance from cooperating experts. The parents wanted support from special teachers to mediate extrinsic behaviors such as impulsiveness and hyperactivity in boys, and counselors to improve intrinsic problems such as anxiety and depression in girls. In addition, the younger the ADHD diagnosis period, the more the parents preferred the cooperation of special teachers if the diagnosis period was that of middle school or higher, the parents sought support from counselors. Conclusions: This study is designed for the development of ADHD children, and provide materials for their successful school experiences for the successful development of their schools.

        충남 지역 일부 대학교 휴게 공간의 실내 PM10, TVOCs, HCHO 농도에 관한 연구

        This study investigated 180 students’ indoor environmental awareness of rest spaces and measured the indoor and outdoor concentrations of PM10, TVOCs, and HCHO in 8 rest spaces from October 2019. 89.4% of the students responded that they use rest spaces at least once a day and most of the respondents are using rest spaces in the university. The largest number of students responded to the tight space as the main cause of air pollution in rest spaces. 62.1% of the students answered they experienced health symptoms from using rest spaces. Among them, 32.5% said they experienced irritation symptoms of eyes, neck, nose, and 12.1% answered that they experienced headaches. Indoor PM10, TVOCs, and HCHO levels did not exceed indoor air quality recommendations nor the maintenance standard for multi-use facilities. According to the type of rest space, concentrations of PM10, TVOCs, and HCHO were higher among the closed-type than open-type rest space. Even if the concentration of pollutants is less than the environmental standard, continuous exposure may cause negative health effects. In addition, considering that 62.1% of the respondents experienced health symptoms, it is deemed necessary to take measures to manage indoor environments in rest spaces and to develop measures to reduce pollutants.

        의사이성분계, Li2Cr2O4-MgCr2O4와 Li2Cr2O4-MgAl2O4에서의 LiCrO2 고용체 형성과 결합구조

        In the system of Li2O-MgO-Al2O3-Cr2O3, the crystalline solid solution of LiCrO2 along the pseudo-binary join between rocksalt structure(LiCrO2) and spinel structure(MgCr2O4 or MgAl2O4) have been investigated by x-ray diffraction techniques. In this study, order-disorder phase transition of LiCrO2 was observed and the unit cell of the disordered LiCrO2 structure has been established. It has been found that LiCrO2 makes a solid solution over a wide range with MgAl2O4, while not with MgCr2O4. This difference was explained as being due to the ability of oxygen lattice distortion which depended on the relative sizes and chemical bonding characteristics of the substituted ions.

        船舶推定全損의 成立要件으로서 連續損害와 將來의 救助費

        Most CTL cases fall within the category where the estimated cost of recovering/repairing the ship would exceed the value of the ship when repaired. As to this point. MIA gives little guidance. However. for a long time it has been customary for hull underwriters to take the insured value as the repaired value in ascertaining whether the ship is a CTL. which is evidenced by clause 19 of ITC-Hulls(l/10/83) and 21 of International Hull Clauses. The estimated cost of repair should cover all expenses which would have been necessary had the vessel been repaired. including salvage charge. temporary repairs. class survey fee & etc. Finally. I suppose that the using a compromised total loss settlement shall be made. in practice. in place of carrying out uneconomical repairs, not being a CTL. However. there is no provision in the MIA. nor in the policy for this type of settlemenb and controversy could rise. Therefore, the insured value of vessel shall be closed to the cost of market value and it is a necessary to appoint a fair and reasonable average adjuster to settle such a controversiai claim as soon as possible. necessary had the vessel been repaired. including salvage charge. temporary repairs. class survey fee & etc.Finally.         동북아시아 진출방식에 대한 연구

        동북아시아 역내 국가 간의 교역 증대로 철도를 이용한 복합운송체계에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 또한 동북아시아 지역으로 많은 국내 제조업체들이 진출하면서 이에 대해 안정적인 운송서비스 제공의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 국내 철도화물운송사업자가 초기의 효과적인 진출을 이루어내기 위해서 우선적으로 어떠한 방식으로 진출하는 것이 바람직한가에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 AHP 분석기법을 활용한 전문가 조사를 통해 철도화물운송사업자의 동북아시아 진출방식 결정에 영향을 미치는 평가요소와 대안에 대한 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 도출하였다. 전체 전문가 집단에 대한 AHP 분석결과, 상위평가기준의 우선순위로는 진출국의 시장환경, 진출사업자의 전문성, 지원 용이성 순으로 나타났으며 복합가중치를 적용한 하위평가기준의 우선순위로는 시장의 성장잠재력, 시장에의 접근성, 재원조달능력, 전문인력확보, 진출지역의 사회적 안정성 등의 순으로 나타났다. 진출방식의 대안으로는 `철도공사+민간기업+현지합작방식`이 다른 대안보다 상대적으로 높은 중요도를 보였다. Trade between countries in Northeast Asia has increased and many manufacturers are expanding their business to Northeast Asia. As the corporations are interested in using the intermodal transportation system with railroad, Korean manufacturers who would expand their business to Northeast Asia need more stable transport services. Therefore, it is necessary to find out a desirable overseas entry mode for the railway service providers in order to offer better services. This study investigated some factors affecting to establish an overseas hub to invest and also selected relevant evaluation factors and alternatives with railway experts` opinions to influence on entry mode decision-making. The survey of experts in railway business was conducted and analyzed relative importance of evaluation factors and alternatives by using AHP. The result indicated that the top priority of the first-level criteria was the market surroundings of the local country, the following were the expertise of railway service providers and the easiness of receiving government support. The subordinate criterion was the market growth potential, the following were the market accessibility, the financial viability and the security of manpower. The combination of Korea railroad and private enterprise and joint venture in a foreign market was the most important entry alternative out of the five.

        고압 중수소 열처리에 의한 MOSFETs의 특성 개선에 대한 연구

        High pressure deuterium (HPD) annealing is an advancing technology for the fabrication of modern semiconductor devices. In this work, gate-enclosed FETs are fabricated on a silicon substrate as test vehicles. After a cycle for the HPD annealing, the device parameters such as threshold voltage (V<sub>TH</sub>), subthreshold swing (SS), on-state current (I<sub>ON</sub>), off-state current (I<sub>OFF</sub>), and gate leakage (I<sub>G</sub>) were measured and compared depending on the HPD. The HPD annealing can passivate the dangling bonds at Si-SiO<sub>2</sub> interfaces as well as eliminate the bulk trap in SiO<sub>2</sub>. It can be concluded that adding the HPD annealing as a fabrication process is very effective in improving device reliability, performance, and variability.

        간호사의 말초정맥관 삽입 시 장갑 착용률과 착용률에 차이를 미치는 요인

        배경: 종합병원 간호사를 대상으로 말초정맥관 삽입 시 장갑 착용률과 착용률에 차이를 미치는 요인을 분석하였다.방법: 2015년 6월부터 7월까지 2달 동안 서울, 강원, 울산지역의 6개 종합병원에서 근무하는 병동, 중환자실, 회복실 간호사 230명을 대상으로 연구자에 의해 개발된 구조화된 설문지를 사용한 횡단적 자가보고 조사연구이다. 결과: 말초정맥관 삽입 시 장갑착용 이행도는 평균 10.5%이었다. 말초정맥관 삽입 시 하루 평균 담당환자수가 8명 이하인 경우가 9명 이상인 경우보다 장갑 착용률이 높았고(t=2.319, P=.021), 감염관리 교육을 2회 이상 받은 사람이 1회 이하 받은 사람보다 장갑 착용률이 높았다(t=−3.518, P=.001). 말초정맥관 삽입 시 장갑을 착용해야 한다는 것을 알고 있고(F=14.57, P<.001), 혈액이나 체액에 노출될 위험이 있는 처치를 할 때 의무적으로 장갑을 착용해야 한다고 생각하며(F=4.59, P=.011), 말초 정맥관 삽입 시 장갑을 착용하는 것이 필요하다(F=16.03, P<.001)고 응답한 대상자에게서 장갑 착용률이 높았다. 결론: 말초정맥관 삽입 시 장갑 착용률을 향상시키기 위해 간호사대 환자의 적정비율 유지, 장갑착용의 중요성과 필요성 인식 및 태도 향상을 위한 적극적인 홍보와 지속적인 교육과 훈련, 적절한 물품 제공이 필요할 것이다.
