Histidine triad nucleotide-binding protein (HINT) is a member of the histidine triad (HIT) superfamily, which has hydrolaseactivity owing to a histidine triad motif. The HIT superfamily can be divided to five classes with functions in galactose metabolism, DNA repair, and tumor suppression. HINTs are highly conserved from archaea to humans and function as tumor suppressors, translation regulators, and neuropathy inhibitors. Although the structures of HINT proteins from various species have been reported, limited structural information is available for fungal species. Here, to elucidate the structural features and functional diversity of HINTs, we determined the crystal structure of HINT from the pathogenic fungus Candida albicans (CaHINT) in complex with zinc ions at a resolution of 2.5 Å. Based on structural comparisons, the monomer of CaHINT overlaid best with HINT protein from the protozoal species Leishmania major. Additionally, structural comparisons with human HINT revealed an additional helix at the C-terminus of CaHINT. Interestingly, the extended C-terminal helix interacted with the N-terminal loop (α1–β1) and with the α3 helix, which appeared to stabilize the dimerization of CaHINT. In the C-terminal region, structural and sequence comparisons showed strong relationships among 19 diverse species from archea to humans, suggesting early separation in the course of evolution. Further studies are required to address the functional significance of variations in the C-terminal region. This structural analysis of CaHINT provided important insights into the molecular aspects of evolution within the HIT superfamily.
문화재청 기록화보고서 자료에 나타난 근대기 한옥 변형 특성

The purpose of the study is to study Japanese colonial era after the Joseon Dynasty and housing changes after liberation. Housing change in Korea began with the influx of Japanese colonial era and modernization, and hanok was a type of urban housing in the modern era, and the enactment of a new building law and the construction of hanok that disappeared due to generalized modern methods were re-examined in the early 1960s. In the modern era, many types of hanok were built to reflect the changing lifestyle of the time, and as new foreign customization was introduced, they tended to accept and conserve traditional hanok, and their new rituals and lifestyles were applied to housing. Against this background, this study aims to present basic data by deriving architectural types and characteristics by dealing with the architectural characteristics and changes of houses built during the Japanese colonial period for 15 houses recorded in the Cultural Heritage Administration’s documentation report.

This study is a study on the construction plan of the main building of secondary education facilities in Japanese colonial era after the Joseon Dynasty. To this end, this study aims to analyze cases and derive characteristics based on secondary education facilities built on the Korean Peninsula, focusing on the data of the Cultural Heritage Administration’s documentation report. Prior to the overall change in the construction plan of the main building of the educational facility, this study is a stage of confirming the planning of the modern educational facility centering on the main building of the secondary education facility and examining its characteristics and character.
인지질 화합물의 나노 Langmuir-Blodgett막의 전기화학적 특성에 관한 연구

우리는 순환전압전류법에 의한 LB 필름에 대한 전기화학적 특성을 조사하였다. 인지질화합물은 ITO glass에 Langmuir-Blodgett법을 사용하여 제막하였다. 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 및 2.0 N NaClO4 용액에서 3 전극 시스템 (Ag/AgCl 기준전극, 백금선 카운터 전극 및 LB 필름이 코팅된 ITO 작업전극)으로 순환전압전류법을 사용하여 전기화학적 측정을 시도하였다. 측정 범위는 연속적으로 1650mV로 산화시키고, 초기전위인 -1350 mV로 환원시켰다. 그 결과, 인지질 화합물의 LB 필름은 순환전압전류도표로부터 오직 산화전류로 인한 비가역공정으로 나타났다. LB 필름의 확산계수(D) 효과는 인지질 화합물 양의 증가로 인하여 감소하였다. We are investigated to an electrochemical characteristic for Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films by cyclic voltammetry method. The phospholipid compound was deposited by using the LB method on the Indium tin oxide(ITO) glass. We tried to measure the electrochemical by using cyclic voltammetry with three-electrode system(an Ag/AgCl reference electrode, a platinum wire counter electrode and LB film-coated ITO working electrode) in 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 N NaClO4 solution. A measuring range was reduced from initial potential -1350 mV, continuously oxidized to 1650 mV. As a result, LB films of the phospholipid compounds are appeared irreversible process caused by only the oxidation current from the cyclic voltammogram. The diffusivity(D) effect of LB films decreased with increasing of phospholipid compound amount.

In this paper, the LV-BMS(Low Voltage Battery Management System)is evaluated by Hardware -in-the-Loop Simulation(HILS) on the signal level interface, simultaneously implementing a dynamic model of electric motor in real-time. We make the signal to the BMS IO interface by HIL simulator and evaluate performance of BMS. It is expected that HILS can be used in developing and evaluating the control algorithm for BMS on the electric motor failure mode simulation.
