        유산소·서킷 복합운동 프로그램이 비만 초등학생의 신체조성과 혈액성분 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to analyze the effects of 12-week Aerobic?Circuit Exercise program on the physical and blood composition of obesity girl elementary school students. The body obesity of the students was over fat 30% and the Mixed Training program was made up of Aerobic Training and Circuit Training and this training program was conducted five times a week, HRmax 50~70% and 60±10min a day. The results are as following. 1. Physical composition changes after 12-week Aerobic?Circuit Exercise program showed decline increases of LBM 0.48㎎/㎗and it does not mean significant differences statistically(p<.05). However, after the experiment the declines of Weight 5.36kg, %Fat 3.18%, Fat 3.00kg mean significant differences(p<.05). 2. Blood composition changes after 12-week Aerobic?Circuit Exercise program showed increase of HDL-C 3.10㎎/ ㎗and it does not mean significant differences statistically(p<.05). However, after the experiment the declines of LDL-C 19.20㎎/㎗, TG 25.60㎎/㎗and T-C 22.60㎎/㎗mean significant differences(p<.05). The results above showed that Aerobic?Circuit Exercise program had effects on the physical and blood composition changes of obesity children. Therefore, this study needs to be developed into the synthetic, scientifical and exciting training program applying Aerobic?Weight?Circuit Training, psychotherapy, dietotherapy, behavioral modification therapy and etc as well as the Aerobic?Circuit Exercise program.

        12주간 유산소 및 저항운동이 비만 중학생의 신체구성, 염증유발지표 및 인슐린저항성에 미치는 영향

        To determine the effects of the aerobic and resistance training on body composition, inflammatory markers and insulin resistance in obese middle school boys, 12.5-14.9 year old, who were classified into three groups (aerobic group (AG) n=13, resistance group (RG) n=13, non-exercise obese group (NE) n=8). Obesity was defined by BMI>25.0 kg/㎡. Aerobic training was performed for 40 min/day at 50-85%HRR with three times and the exercise modes were rope jumping, running, cycling exercise. Resistance training was performed 2-3 sets of 10-15 repetitions with 40-75% RM with seven exercises. After 12 weeks of training, %fat, waist circumstance, RMR, V·O2max, TNF-α, IL-6, insulin and HOMA-IR had a significant main effect on exercise period. Therefore when compared between pre and post in same groups, %fat and waist circumstance and HOMA-IR of AG and RG were significantly decreased after training. And TNF-α and IL-6 of AG were significantly decreased, but V·O2max of AG and RG were significantly increased after training. Additionally, IL-6 and HOMA-IR had a significant interaction effect on exercise period and type. Although the amounts of changes of inflammatory markers and insulin resistance index were not much in RG, physical training programs with aerobic and resistance exercise seemed to be beneficial decreasing the risks of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases in obese boys.

        Conjugated linoleic acid의 비만 남자중학생 체지방 감소와 운동력 증진효과

        남자 중학생에 대한 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)의 체지방감소, 동맥경화 지표 개선 및 신체활력개선 효과를 연구하였다. 체지방율이 30% 이상 인 건강한 남자 중학생 희망자 24명을 CLA섭취군과 대조군(placebo)으로 무작위로 나누고 CLA (하루에 2회, 총 6 g)와 placebo를 이중맹검법으로 총 12주간 처리하였다. 실험전과 마지막에 인체구성, 혈중 지질조성 및 운동력을 조사하였다. CLA는 체지방과 body mass index (BMI)를 유의성 있게 감소시켰지만, placebo는 효과가 없었다. CLA는 low-density lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol, total cholesterol 및 tryglyceride를 유의성 있게 낮추었고, high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol는 증가시켰다. 운동능력인 trunk flexion, closed-eyes foot balance, standing long jump, shuttle run 및 sit-up를 향상시켰다. 이 결과는 CLA가 체지방을 감소시키고, 동맥경화 및 인체활동능력을 개선할 수 있어 비만 청소년의 체력을 관리하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. Body fat reducing and physical-activity enhancing effects, along with artherosclerosis improving effects, of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) were elucidated on obese male middle school students with more than 30% body fat. Twenty-four volunteers were randomly divided into control (placebo, n=12) and CLA treatment (n=12) groups. Subjects were daily fed 6 g CLA (6 capsules, twice a day) or a placebo for 12 weeks. At the end of the experiment, body composition, blood lipid composition and exercise capacities of subjects were measured. CLA significantly reduced body fat content and body mass index (BMI) along with body weight, while the placebo did not have any such effects. Similarly, CLA significantly reduced low-density lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol, total cholesterol, and triglyceride, but elevated high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol content in blood. Meanwhile, in terms of exercise capacity, there were significant enhancements of trunk flexion, closed-eyes foot balance, standing long jump, shuttle run, and sit-up activities in the CLA treatment group. These results indicate that CLA consumption reduced body fats, improved atherosclerosis factors in blood and improved physical activity of young male obese middle school students, and suggest that CLA could be a useful material for the heath care of obese young men.

        운동프로그램 형태에 따른 비만여고생의 인슐린저항성, 염증유발지표 및 Leptin의 변화

        운동 프로그램 형태가 비만여고생의 인슐린저항성, 염증유발지표 및 렙틴에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 체지방률 30% 이상의 여고생 42명을 대상으로 유산소운동군(n=11), 저항운동군(n=10), 복합운동군(n=10), 비교군(n=11)과 같이 4개 집단으로 나누어 12주 운동 프로그램을 시행하였다. 측정 변인(체중, 체지방률, 혈당, 인슐린, HOMA-IR, hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, 렙틴)의 변화는 운동 시기와 운동 형태에 따라 반복측정 이원분산분석으로 검증하였다. 연구결과 신체구성 변인으로서 체중과 체지방률은 운동 시기에 따라 유의한 주효과가 있었다. 운동 프로그램 전과 비교하여 체중은 저항운동군에서 그리고 체지방률과 BMI는 3개의 운동군에서 6주째부터 유의하게 감소하였다. 인슐린저항성 변인으로서 혈당, 인슐린, 인슐린저항성은 운동 시기에 따라 유의한 주효과가 있었다. 혈당의 경우 유산소운동군에서, 그리고 인슐린과 인슐린저항성은 유산소운동군과 복합운동군에서 운동 프로그램 후 그 값이 유의하게 감소하였다. 염증유발지표의 변인으로서 hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α 는 운동 시기에 따라 유의한 주효과가 있었다. 운동 프로그램 전과 비교하여 TNF-α 는 유산소운동군에서, hs-CRP와 IL-6은 복합운동군에서 그 값이 유의하게 감소하였다. 비만관련호르몬으로서 렙틴은 운동 시기에 따라 유의한 주효과가 있었는데, 3개의 운동군에서 운동 프로그램 후 그 값이 유의하게 감소하였다. 연구 결과를 종합하면 12주간의 운동 프로그램은 비만여고생의 체지방률을 감소시키고 비만 관련 호르몬의 분비를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 비만 여고생의 유산소 및 복합운동은 체중과 염증유발지표의 현저한 감소 없이 인슐린저항성을 개선시킬 수 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 비록 변인에 따라 차이는 있었지만 종합적으로 볼 때 비만 여고생에게 유산소운동과 복합운동을 처방하는 것이 저항운동만을 처방하는 것 보다 비만 치료와 심혈관질환의 예방 측면에서 더 긍정적인 효과를 갖는 것으로 볼 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of 12 weeks exercise program on insulin resistance, inflammatory adipokine and leptin in obese high school girls. Subjects with over 30% body fat were classified into four groups; Aerobic Exercise (AE, n=11), Resistance Exercise (RE, n=10), Combined Exercise (CE, n=10), Control (n=11). The aerobic program was composed of treadmill jogging, rope skipping, and stationary cycling, and the resistance program was composed of barbell squat, leg extension, lying leg curl, leg press, leg raise, front press, sit-up, pull down exercise, bench press and dead lift. The combined exercise program was organized with 30 min aerobic exercise and 20 min resistance exercise with 10% lower intensity. As the body composition factors, body weight of RE was significantly decreased from baseline, and %body fat and BMI of AE, RE, CE were significantly decreased from baseline. As the insulin resistance index, glucose of AE, the insulin and insulin-resistance of AE and CE were significantly decreased throughout the exercise period. As the inflammatory markers, the hs-CRP and IL-6 of CE and TNF-α of AE were significantly decreased throughout the exercise period. As the obesity hormone, the leptin of AE, RE and CE were significantly decreased after 12 weeks exercise programs. In conclusion, the different types of exercise such as aerobic, resistant and combined exercise for obese high school girls were affected to improve body composition, insulin resistance, inflammatory markers and obesity hormone. Especially, it seemed that aerobic and combined exercise programs were more effective than the simple resistance exercise program in health improvements of obese girls.

        The purpose of this study was to fond the relationship between respiro-circulatory function and the exercise density degree during the game of college student Taekwon-do players. Data of eight male college student Taekwon-do players who enrolled in Busan and Kyung Sang Nam-do was collected and analyzed. The Major findings of this study were summarized as follows 1.Score of Maximum respiro-circulatory function with treadmill load of male college student Taekwon-do players was analyzed as such. VEmax, 136.4 ± 5.96ℓ/min, H.Rmax: 199.6 ± 8.03 bum, O2pulse max: 21.2 ± 2.44 mℓ/ beats, R.Qmax: 1.06 ± 0.036 2.VO2 Max of male college student Taekwon-do players was 3.51 ± 0.468ℓ/min and VO2/ wt of them was 53.3 ± 3.77mℓ/kg/min. 3.The mean of the H.R, exercise of Taekwon-do players after third round Taekwon-do competion play was 168.1 ± 11.36%. 4.The mean of the H.R max of Taekwon-do player after third round Taekwon-do competion play was 77.77±8.03%. 5.The mean of the VO2 max of colleage student Taekwon-do players after third round Taekwon-do competition play was 78.0 ± 8.68%

      • 靑年男女의 體組成과 最大酸素性能力에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was focused on the characteristics of the maximal cardio-respiratory function and body composition in young Korean adults of both sexes. The items in physique were body height, body weight, girth of chest and sitting height. VO2 max was determined by an exhaustive running test on a motor-driven treadmill. A three-min warm-up of running at 160m/min was given to men and 130 m/min to women with a constant slope of two degrees. After ten-min rest, the subjects ran at the same greed with a zero degree grade for the first three minute. Thereafter the grade was increased by two degree every minute until exhaustion. Body density was determined by underwater-weighing method. Water temporature was approximately 36℃. Fat and LBM were computed from body density, employing the revised formula of Brozek et al. Residual lung volume was measuraed by vital capacity method. Eleven healthy young Korean men and thirteen women volunteered as subjects. The following results of the measurement were obtained. 1.The means for the percent fat in youngmen and women were 13.1±4.21% and 21.6± 4.43%, respectively. 2.The means for the maximal oxygen uptake (VO2 max/wt) in young men and women were 2.99±0.411ℓ/min (49.3±5.93 ml/kg/min) and 2.07±0.364ℓ/min (39.4±4.29 ml/kg/min), respectively. 3.The means for the maximum ventilation per minute and maximum heart rate per minute in young men and women were 102.0±0.80ℓ/min and 190.0±7.9 bpm, 70.1± 11.2ℓ/min and 187.6±7.2 bpm, respectively. 4.Correlation confficients between absolute VO2 max versus % fat and LBM were r= -0.42, r= 0.63 (P〈0.01), respectively.

      • 남자 중학생의 체형별 체격과 체력 및 체조성에 관한 연구

        This study investigated physique, physical fitness of classified by somatotype and body composition of 308 middle school students attending the middle school in Jinju. The results of the study were as follows: 1.In factor of Body Weight appeared Endomorphy average 14~17kg heavy than Mesomorphy, Ectomorphy. 2.In factor of closed eyes foot balance appeared Mosomorphy average 6 sec higher than Endomorphy, 8 sec higher than Ectomorphy. 1000m running appeared Mosomorphy, Ectomorphy average 27∼29 sec fast than Endomorphy. 3.In factor %Fat appeared Endomorphy average 10% higher than Mosomorphy, Ectomorphy, Fat appeared endomorphy average 9∼10kg heavy than Mesomorphy, Ectomorphy, LBM appeared Endomorphy average 4∼7kg heavy than Mesomorphy, Ectomorphy. 4.The correlation coefficient between Body Height and Vertical Jump, 1000m running, Body Weight and Trunk flexion were correlation in Endomorphy. 5.The colleation coefficient between Body Height and BSA, LBM, Body Weight and BSA, %Fat, Fat, LBM were revealed as the highest correlation. 6.The colleation coefficient between Vertical Jump, 1000m running, Body density, %Fat, Fat, LBM were revealed as the highest correlation in Endomorphy.
