This paper aims to explore how multi-capital dominates and exploits women and nature in globalization. Because of standardization of female role and nature, local or traditional forms of culture and nature are driven out. In Churchill's Fen, Transnational corporations drain water out of the fen in England and change the whole eco-system of fen. It affects the life of fish, animals, plants and people. Some disappear and others are ignored by capitalism. To maximize its profit and production, multi-capital uses management system and technology such as machines. Because of economic development, nature loses its function of healing and the culture of men loses its particularity. Furthermore, like domesticating animals, patriarchal capitalism confines female role as second-rate labor and reproduction. Putting value on motherhood, community oppresses women's autonomy and employs violence against unruly women. Restoring dignity of nature and women is not from religion-sacrifice ritual and baptism. The starting point of an exploitation of ethical alternative is the assertion of the self-healing mechanism of women and nature. Human being should have an attitude to support well-being of biotic community and keep ecological relationship. (Paichai University) 처칠(Caryl Churchill)의 『습지』는 전지구화 시대의 다국적 자본이 여성과 자연을 어떻게 길들이고 착취하는지를 보여준다. 다국적 자본은 이윤과 생산을 극대화하기 위해서 토지의 형질을 변경함으로써 생태계에 영향을 줄뿐만 아니라 공존하던 인간이 자연을 지배하고 통제하게 한다. 심지어 자본은 기계화를 통해서 자연을 길들이듯 관리시스템의 도입과 젠더에 따른 노동의 분화를 만든다. 가부장적 자본주의는 동물을 사육하여 재생산 기술을 습득하듯 여성의 어머니라는 재생산 기능을 강조함으로써 여성을 억압하고 거부하는 여성에게는 정신적 폭력을 행사하여 종속을 영속화한다. 여성을 구원하는 방법은 세례나 희생 제의 같은 특별한 의식을 통해서가 아니라 자연이 스스로를 치유하듯 여성이 자신의 이야기를 공유하고 연대함으로써 여성 내의 자기 치유의 능력을 끌어내는 데 있다.

체계적인 CIMS 구축을 위한 공장진단의 소개 및 활용방안

급변하는 기업 환경에 적절히 대응하여 기업의 궁극적인 목적인 이윤 추구의 극대화를 위해서는 단순한 노동생산성 향상, 국부적인 개선/합리화, 일부분의 전산화, 단위 공정의 자동화 등을 통한 부문별(기능별) 자동화로는 생산성 향상에 한계가 있을 것으로 여겨진다. 보다 체계적이고 종 합적으로 관련 업무를 추진하려면 진단 업무를 통하여 대상부문의 문제점들을 도출하여 그 문 제점들을 종합적으로 해결하는 차원에서 일관성 있게 추진하여야 될 것이다. 이러한 진단 활동을 통하여 체계적이고 효율적인 생산 시스템을 구축하려면 관련된 모든 부문의 현상 파악 및 문 제점 도출에 직접적으로 지원을 할 수 있는 핵심 요원으로 구성된 전담 추진 팀을 구성함은 물 론이고 전문 기관 또는 학계와 공동으로 추진하는 것이 효율적일 것으로 여겨진다. 현대중공업 에서는 이러한 요구에 적절히 대응하기 위하여 엔진사업본부의 POPICS와 플랜트 사업본부의 PINES가 학계와 공동연구로 추진 중에 있다. 이러한 일련의 TFT 활동을 통해 좋은 결실을 얻기 위해서는 참여하는 핵심 요원은 물론이고 해당되는 부문의 모든 임직원의 Mind 형성 및 적극적인 참여가 절실히 요구된다. 또한, 이와 같은 사업본부 단위의 대형 과제를 추진하려면 시스템화 지향이 우선 전제되어야 하기 때문에 부분적인 최적화 노력보다는 전체적인 접근이 필요할 것이다.

This paper deals with a spatial scheduling problem for block painting process in shipbuilding. This problem is complicated because both scheduling and spatial allocation of the blocks in the paint shop, and the workload balance among working teams should be considered simultaneously. The spatial scheduling system for the block painting process includes operation strategy algorithm, block scheduling algorithm, block arrangement algorithm, and block assignment algorithm. This system generates the block painting schedules that satisfy due date, working space constraint, and workload balance among working teams. This system has been tested using actual scheduling data from a shipyard and successfully implemented in a paint shop in a shipbuilding company.

Comedy has various contradictory characteristics in many aspects. Specially comedy is originated form festival and it had the property of freedom in common. At the same time comedy has many restrictions and censorship because it is not one-sidedd text but a reciprocal text between the audience and the play. Society want to keep the order of every institution and it fear that such characteristic intimidate its vested rights. Therefore, comedy tries to avoid the strict censorship and sue the strategy of distortion, exaggeration and emphasis. It seems like different from reality but if hide their critical attitude toward the greed, evil and absurdity of society. Comedy accomplish the single goal of creating emotionally safe and unchallenging environment the comic surrogate in stage replace the target in real life. This goes to show the high premium comedy places on eliminating the spectator′s emotional involvement, or at least on its careful regulation. They all have the effect of defusing comedy′s potential for inspiring excessive bad feelings in the spectator and so they create conditions where comedy can do its desired cathartic work. However, such overconsciousness on the censorship is criticized because it has the comedy′s power of social correctiveness attenuated and the comedy confined in narrow field, especially in low comedy. To overcome these defects, today, comedy has turned their ancient characteristic which belongs to only laughter into the most contradictory genre, tragicomedy that contains both tears and laughter. Life is made up of both brightness and darkness and only adult can understand their situation clearly, so comedy is rather ″an adult genre″. Tragicomedy is considered as one of the various solutions. Now, comedy goes toward the reality free from censorship. Today, in order to understand the meanings in comedy which is more complex than ancient comedy, the active audience is needed. The ideal audience can balance the reason and emotion and they can endure temporal uncomfortableness of mind. The pursuit of freedom and value inversion shall be achieved not by ancient intense overflow of feelings, but by rebalance between reason and emotion, comedy and tragedy. Thus in continuously changeable society, it is not easy to catch the reality so this is not a goal but a threshold of real pursuit of freedom in comedy.
