Iridium-Rhenium(Ir-Re) thin films were deposited onto the tungsten carbide(WC) molding core by ion beam assist sputtering system. The Ir-Re films were prepared by compound-target sputtering with iridium, rhenium and chromium as the sources. Argon were inlet into the chamber to be the plasma and reactive gases. The Ir-Re thin films were prepared with targets having atomic percent of 7:3 and the Ir-Re thin films were formed with about 200 ㎚ thickness. The Ir-Re thin films on tungsten carbide molding core were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and surface roughness. Also, adhesion strength and coefficient friction of Ir-Re thin film were examined. The Ir-Re coating technique has been intensive efforts in the field of coating process because the coating technique and process have been their feature, like hardness, high elasticity, abrasion resistance and mechanical stability and also have been applied widely the industrial and biomedical areas. In this report, tungsten carbide(WC) molding core was manufactures using high performance precision machining and the efforts of Ir-Re coating on the surface roughness.

Laminar separation bubble and transitional flow over an airfoil are investigated at a moderate range of Reynolds numbers. In this research, a Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes code is coupled with an empirical transition model that can predict transition onset points and the length of transition region. Without solving the boundary layer equations, approximated e-N method is directly applied to the RANS code and iteratively solved together. The computational results are compared with the experimental data for NACA0012 airfoil. Results of transition onset point and length are compared well with experimental and XFOIL prediction. In high angle of attack the present RANS results show better agreement than XFOIL results using the boundary layer equations.

Through chromosomal analysis of 109 heads of the Korean Native Cattles, this research was observed results as follows; 1. Six heads(5.5%) were cosisted of two kinds of mosaic chromosomal spreads( I : monosomy, normal and trisomy II: monosony and normal) and these mosaicsms were variated at #29 chromosome. 2. One head was showed supernumery chromosome suggested B-chromosome. 3. 1/29 Robertsonian translocation was not found in the Korean Native Cattles.

The study describes safety analysis, which based on THR of ETCS standard, and result of investigation for securing safety of signaling system. The failure mostly occurs based on uncertainty and life time of system need to use probability theory for modeling and using concept of Random variable and characteristic of Distribution function. This study presents a procedure and equations to THR apportionment of total system failure for design and manufactures. And FTA method is applied and verified.
