정부 재정지원이 경상남도 사회적기업 고용에 미치는 영향

This study analyzed the effect of government financial support project on employment, which was surveyed for social enterprises operating in Gyeongsangnam-do in 2020. We analyzed it by panel regression analysis model with variables such as total employment, general employment, and employment for socially vulnerable groups. The result showed that total employment increased by 0.92 percent as sales increased by 1 percent, whereas business development expenses or employment subsidies had few influences on total employment. General employment increased by 0.77 percent as sales increased by 1 percent, while it decreased as business development expenses or employment subsidies increased. Employment for socially vulnerable groups increased by 0.92 percent as sales increased by 1 percent, and employment increased by 0.02 percent as employment subsidies increased by 1 percent. Therefore, sales had the greatest effect on employment increase for social enterprises in Gyeongsangnam-do, and sales increase had the greater effect on the employment for socially vulnerable groups than on general employment. 본 연구는 2020년 현재 경상남도에서 기업활동을 하고 있는 사회적기업을 대상으로 정부 재정지원사업이 고용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 패널회귀분석모형을 통해 고용성과를 나타내는 변수로는 총고용, 일반고용, 취약계층고용으로 분류하여 모형을 구축 후 분석한 결과 총고용에 대한 매출액, 사업개발비, 고용지원금의 효과를 보면 매출액이 1% 증가할 경우 총고용은 0.92% 증가하였으나, 사업개발비 및 고용지원금은총고용에 통계적으로 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 일반고용은 매출액 1% 증가할 경우 0.77% 증가한 반면 사업개발비 및 고용지원금 증가는 일반고용을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 취약계층 고용은 매출액 1% 증가시 0.92% 증가하였고, 고용지원금 1% 증가할 경우 고용은 0.02% 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과 경상남도 사회적기업 고용 증가에 매출액이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤고, 매출액의 증가는 일반고용보다 취약계층고용에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다
Intein-mediated Protein Engineering for Biosensor Fabrication

Intein-mediated protein engineering has become a valuable tool for biosensing applications. Expressed protein ligation and protein trans-splicing were used to generate proteins with necessary tags or cyclic peptides that can be used to build various biosensing platforms such as biochips or sensor proteins. Especially the use of split-inteins that carry out conditional protein splicing reaction enabled the fabrication of various genetically-encoded biosensors that can monitor various signaling events in vivo including protein- protein interactions and protein translocalization. Biological targets activated split-inteins to generate functioning reporter molecules, such as luciferase and autofluorescent proteins. We here review various sensing platforms that utilize intein-mediated protein engineering technology mainly focusing on cell-based biosensors.
온라인 비디오 개체 분할을 위한 동적 앵커 박스 기반 개체 디코딩과 위치 인지 개체 연결

Video instance segmentation (VIS) is a vision task that involves simultaneously detecting, classifying, segmenting, and tracking object instances in videos. In this study, we introduce dynamic anchor box and deformable attention for VIS (DAB-D-VIS), a novel transformer-based model for online VIS. To enhance the multilayer transformer-based instance decoding for each video frame, our proposed modeluses deformable attention mechanisms that focus on a small set of key sampling points. Additionally, dynamic anchor boxes are employed to explicitly represent the region of candidate instances. These two methods have already been proven to be effective for transformer-based object detection from images. Furthermore, to address the constraints of online VIS, our model incorporates a robust inter-frame instance association method. This method leverages both similarity in the contrastive embedding space and positional difference in the images between two instances. Extensive experiments conducted on the YouTube-VIS benchmark dataset validate the effectiveness of our proposed DAB-D-VIS model. .
