        간호대학생의 문화적 역량에 대한 주관성 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the structure and characteristics of nursing students personality-based on the cultural competence. Method: A Q-methodology was used to identify factors in nursing students personality-based on the cultural competence. The 28 selected Q-sample from each of 30 subjects were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 7 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using the PC-QUANL program. Result: The analysis identified 4 types on the cultural competence of nursing students. Type I is cultural self-efficiency, type II is supplementation of cultural communication, type III is the need for cultural education, and type IV is the pursuit of cultural experience. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop an efficient education program to enhance the cultural competence of nursing university students with differentiated educational strategies considering characteristics of these types.

        보건의료계열 대학생의 다문화 인식, 다문화 자기효능감이 문화적 역량에 미치는 영향

        목적 본 연구는 보건의료계열 대학생을 대상으로 다문화 인식, 다문화 자기효능감, 문화적 역량 정도를 파악하고 문화적 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 H시와 D시에 위치한 2곳의 대학교 보건의료계열에 재학 중인 1학년에서 4학년까지의 학생 277명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS/WIN 29.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 보건의료계열 대학생은 높은 수준의 다문화 인식, 다문화 자기효능감, 문화적 역량을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 일반적 특성 중 나이, 전공, 외국인 친구 유무, 다문화 강좌 수강 경험, 다문화 교육 필요성에 대한 인식에 따라 문화적 역량에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 다문화 인식과 다문화 자기효능감은 문화적 역량과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 다문화 인식도 다문화 자기효능감과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과 최종적으로 문화적 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다문화 자기효능감과 전공이 유의한 변수로 확인되었으며, 설명력은 43.8%였다. 결론 보건의료계열 대학생의 문화적 역량 강화를 위해 다문화 자기효능감 증진 전략을 활용하고 전공 특성을 반영한 다문화 교육프로그램 개발을 제언한다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to multicultural awareness, multicultural self-efficacy, and cultural competency in health care college students and to identify factors affecting cultural competency. Methods Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from 277 health care college students who were 1st and 4th years of the college in H city and D city. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 29.0 program with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results First, health care college students had high levels of multicultural awareness (5.37±0.53), multicultural self-efficacy (5.05±0.71), and cultural competency (3.70±0.75). Second, there was a significant difference in cultural competency according to age (F=3.253 p=.040), major (F=5.013, p=.002), presence of foreign friends (t=-2.810, p=.006), experience to taking multicultural lectures (t=-2.348, p=.020), and perception of the need for multicultural education (F=10.370, p<.001) among health care college students. Third, multicultural Competency had a statistically significant positive correlation with multicultural awareness (r=.406, p<.001) and multicultural self-efficacy (r=.651, p<.001). And multicultural awareness had a statistically significant positive correlation with multicultural self-efficacy (r=.583, p<.001). Fourth, as a result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the factors significantly influencing the cultural competency were major (nursing) (β=.140, p=.025), major (emergency medical technology) (β=.115, p=.043), multicultural self-efficacy (β=.572, p<.001), and a total explanatory power was 43.8% (F=20.566, p<.001). Conclusions These results suggest the development of a multicultural educational program that utilizes a multicultural self-efficacy promotion strategy and reflects the characteristics of the major to enhance the cultural competency of health care college students.

        간호대학생의 분만실 실습 경험

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to describe and understand the meaning and substantial nature of nursing college studentsʼ practice in delivery room. Method: A descriptive phenomenological study design was employed. The participants were eight nursing students who had experience in clinical practicing of delivery room. In-depth interviews were performed from May 1 to 30, 2018. until data were fully saturated. Collected data were analyzed using Colaizziʼs method. Result: Four theme clusters were extracted from 11 themes. The four theme clusters of the nursing studentsʼ clinical practice experience in Delivary room were: 1) The speciality of a strange space 2) An inaccessible subject 3) Excellent professional nursing 4) Review on self-development. Conclusion: The results of the study enable to understand related to the clinical practice of nursing students in Delivery room.

        암 진단 고지에 대한 암 환자의 인식

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the actual condition and the general cognition toward the disclosure of diagnosis among cancer patients. Methods: A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 195 cancer patient from October 18, 2011 to November 19. The data was analyzed with SPSS (version 18.0) for frequency analysis and χ2 test. Results: 88.2% of cancer patients were agreed to the disclosure of cancer diagnosis. Cancer patients had preferences for a doctor to notify the disclosure of their cancer diagnosis (90.8%) and immediate notification of the cancer diagnosis (89.7%). The sequences of disclosing cancer diagnosis were following; the patient and the care-giver notified at the same time (47.2%). the patient notified first (32.3%) and the care-giver notified first (20.5%). Cognition toward disclosure of cancer diagnosis was statistically significant only with age (p= .003). Conclusion: These result suggested that cancer patient wanted to notify their cancer diagnosis by doctor, as soon as cancer diagnosis confirmed, before notifying to their family, and to know accurate cancer related information. Therefore, principals and guidelines in disclosing cancer diagnosis are essential to increase the quality of cancer patient care.

        간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 교수효율성이 임상실습 만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between clinical practice stress, teaching effectiveness and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students and to clarify the effect on clinical practice satisfaction. Method: Data were collected from 211 nursing students. Statistical analysis of independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis was performed through the SPSS 25.0. Results: The mean score for clinical practice stress was 3.22 (±0.51), for teaching effectiveness, 3.47 (±0.58), and for clinical practice satisfaction, 3.38 (±0.52) on a 5-point scale. The relationship between teaching effectiveness and clinical practice stress (r=-.26, p<.001), clinical practice stress and clinical practice satisfaction (r=-.36, p<.001) showed a significant negative correlation. The relationship between teaching effectiveness and clinical practice satisfaction (r=.70, p<.001) showed a significant positive correlation. The predictors on clinical practice satisfaction were teaching effectiveness, clinical practice stress, health status and grade. Our model explained 54.6% (F=64.154, p<.001). Conclusion: The finding of the study suggest that teaching effectiveness, clinical practice stress, health status and grade be considered when developing strategies to increase clinical practice satisfaction in nursing students.

        국내 결혼이주여성의 건강에 관한 간호연구 동향

        Purpose: This research analyzes the domestic nursing research trend on the health of married immigrant women. We further explore the directions for future research. Methods: A total of 44 articles published from 2011 to 2021 were re-viewed and analyzed according to the general characteristics, major categories of academic fields, and key-word themes of health domains. Results: Most studies were for quantitative research(79.55%), whereas only 20.46% of studies focused on qualitative researches. The major categories of academic fields, comprised medicine (56.83%), complex science (22.73%), engineering (11.36%), natural science (6.82%), and social science (2.27%). The majority of study subjects were from Asian countries, and Vietnam was the most common country of origin. Analysis by health area-revealed that the re-search key-words were in the order of physical health (79 times), social health (37 times), and mental health (16 times). Conclusions: Results of this study are meaningful since they identify the latest nursing research trends related to the health of married migrant women and present basic data for future nursing research directions through research paper analysis. Based on this study, we propose a systematic literature review follow-up study by expanding the search to in-clude various literature such as foreign journals and theses. In addition, it is expected that nursing research related to the health of married migrant women will be activated.
