본 사례는 감리회태화복지재단 태화샘솟는집에서 2018년부터 2019년까지 정신장애인을 대상으로 진행한 영성프로그램을 공유하고, 사회복지현장의 경험적 기반을 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 프로그램은 기독교 영성을 중심으로 성경공부, 합창활동, 감사모임, 성지순례, 음악공연을 진행하였다. 그 결과 프로그램에 참여한 정신장애인의 ‘스트레스 반응’, ‘영적안녕’, ‘삶의 의미’ 척도의 사전사후 점수가 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 더불어 ‘하나님과의 관계’, ‘나와의 관계’, ‘사람과의 관계’에 있어서 하나님의 속성과 종교적 영성을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 프로그램의 효과성과 참여경험을 바탕으로 정신장애인 뿐만 아니라 다양한 대상군에게 프로그램을 실시하고, 종교적 영성 외에도 실존적 영성 등의 영성을 함께 다루어서, 다양한 클라이언트의 개별화된 욕구를 충족시킬 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study aims to share a case of the spirituality program for people with mental illness conducted from 2018 to 2019 at Taiwha Fountain House, which is affiliated with Methodist Taiwha Welfare Foundation and provide empirical evidence of the social welfare field. The program consisted of Bible study, chorus activity, appreciation gathering, pilgrimage and watching music performances focused on Christian spirituality. After the program, pre-post scores of ‘stress response’, ‘spiritual well-being’ and ‘meaning of life’ among people with mentall illness participating in the program showed statistically significant differences. Moreover, in terms of the ‘relationship with God’, ‘relationship with myself’ and ‘relationship with people’, they experienced attributes of God and religious spirituality. In conclusion, it is considered that based on the effectiveness of the program and participatory experience, it is required to meet individualized needs of diverse clients by applying programs to diverse groups including people with mental illness and including other kinds of spiritualities, such as existential spirituality in addition to religious spirituality.

본 논문은 정보(SW·AI) 교수효능감 측정도구를 개발하기 위한 연구로, 연구의 목표를 달성하기 위해 세부적으로 기초 연구와 측정도구 타당화를 위한 연구로 절차를 구분하여 수행하였다. 기초 연구에서는 관련 연구 탐색을 통한 측정도구의 구성요인 도출, 전문가 검토를 통한 문항 초안 개발 등을 수행하였다. 측정도구 타당화를 위한 연구에서는 현직 중등 정보교사, 초등교사 및 예비 정보교사 211명을 대상으로 문항 초안에 대한 응답을 수집하고 탐색적 요인 분석 및 구성요인별 신뢰도 분석을 실시하여, 최종 측정도구를 개발하였다. 연구 결과 ‘정보 수업 가치관’, ‘정보 교수 전략’, ‘정보 인프라 활용’의 3개 요인 및 18개 문항으로 구성된 정보(SW·AI) 교수 효능감 측정도구를 개발할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to develop an instrument for informatics(SW·AI) teaching efficacy. To achieve the goal of the study, the study was conducted by dividing the procedure into a fundamental study and a study for the validation of instrument. In the fundamental study, the factors of instrument were derived through exploration of related research, and a draft item was developed through expert review. In the research for instrument validation, questions were targeted at 211 informatics teachers, elementary school teachers, and prospective informatics teachers, and exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis by factors were conducted, and the final instrument was developed. As a result of the study, it was possible to develop a tool to measure the efficacy of informatics(SW·AI) teaching consisting of three factors – i. e. values of informatics(SW·AI) teaching, strategy of informatics(SW·AI) instruction, and utilization of informatics(SW·AI) infrastructure - and 18 questions.

SW 비전공자의 창의적 문제해결력과 학습동기 함양을 위한 CT-CPS모형 기반의 SW 교양 수업 설계

4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비하면서 컴퓨팅 사고력을 기르기 위한 SW 교육의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 대학의 교양교육에서도 비전공자 대상의 SW교육이 확대되고 있다. 본 연구는 SW 비전공자 대상으로 창의적 문제해결력과 학습 동기 함양을 위한 CT-CPS 기반의 SW 교양수업을 설계하였다. 본 연구 이후 SW 비전공 대학생들에게 적용하여 기존의 SW교육과 비교하여 그 효과성을 검증하고자 한다.

축제서비스품질과 지역이미지, 지역방문의도간의 관계 연구: 온라인 마산국화축제를 중심으로

연구 목적: 온라인 마산국화축제 참여자를 대상으로 축제서비스품질과 지역이미지, 지역방문의도의 영향관계 그리고 축제서비스품질과 지역방문의도의 관계에서 지역이미지의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구 방법: 2022년 10월부터 12월까지 총 350명에게 설문조사를 실시한 후, SPSS 23.0과 Sobel test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 축제서비스품질은 지역이미지와 지역방문의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치고, 지역이미지는 지역방문의도에 유의미한 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였다. 이어서, 지역이미지는 축제서비스품질(축제디자인, 축제시스템)과 지역방문의도의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 결론 및 제언: 지역방문의도를 높이기 위해, 마산국화축제 운영위원회는 마산국화축제가 이루어지는 마산합포구에 관심을 가지고, 지역 스토리텔링 방식을 연구해야 한다. This study is to verify the impact of festival service quality (FSQ) on local image (LI) and local visiting intention (LVI) and mediating effect of local image in the relationship between festival service quality and local visiting intention. A total of 350 people were surveyed from October to December 2022, and then analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and Sobel test. The study found that FSQ has significant effects on LI and LVI. LI has a significant effect on LVI. Also, LI offers a partial mediated effect between FSQ (festival design, festival system) and LVI. To increase LVI, the Masan Chrysanthemum Festival Committee should study Masan Happo-gu and familiarity-based local storytelling methods.

Purpose: Information on the frequency of occurrence of phonological rules is one of the most fundamental and basic phonological knowledge and is used in the quantitative analysis of Korean languages. The purpose of this study was to provide information on the frequency of occurrence of phonological rules of storybooks for preschool children. Methods: Pronunciations of all lexical items were transcribed, and researchers calculated the phonological rules and types. The data size of the present study was as follows: 1,197 sentences, 20,514 syllables, 47,465 phonemes. The phonological rules classified into onset-first principle; fortis of obstruent; obsturents neutralization in syllable final position; nasalization of obstruent; nasalization of lateralization; palatalization; lateralization; consonant cluster simplification; /h/-deletion; /j/-deletion; and aspiration. Results: A total of 4,048 phonological rules were observed from the storybooks of preschool children. The highest frequency phonological rules were onset-first principle; fortis of obstruent; obsturents neutralization in syllable final position; nasalization of obstruent; aspiration; obsturents neutralization in syllable final position; /h/-deletion; /j/-deletion; palatalization; lateralization; and nasalization of lateralization. The cumulated frequency of these four phonological rules was over 90.74%. Conclusions: Information on the phonological rules of storybooks of preschool children is an essential knowledge. Therefore, this information is useful in creating a positive communication environment.

항공사 상담로봇 서비스와 서비스 의인화, 서비스 사용의도 간의 관계 연구: 서비스 의인화의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 항공사 ‘D’의 상담 로봇 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 상담 로봇 서비스와 서비스 의인화, 서비스 사용의도의 영향관계 그리고 상담 로봇 서비스와 서비스 사용의도의 관계에서 서비스 의인화의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구방법으로, 2021년 1월에서 2월 동안 350명에게 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 상담 로봇 서비스의 3가지 요인 모두 서비스 의인화에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 상담 로봇 서비스 중 편의성과 매력성은 서비스 사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 것을 검증하였다. 이어서 서비스 의인화는 서비스 사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 요인으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 서비스 의인화는 상담 로봇 서비스(편의성)와 서비스 사용의도의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 차후 연구에서는 상담 로봇 서비스의 저항의도에 영향을 주는 요인에 대해 연구하고자 한다. The study surveyed 350 people from Jan. to Feb. in 2021 to verify the impact of counseling robot service on service anthropomorphism and service intention and to check the mediated effectiveness of service anthropomorphism in the relationship of counseling robot service and service intention. The study found that counseling robot service has significant effects on service anthropomorphism and counseling robot service (convenience, attractiveness) has significant factors on service intention. Service anthropomorphism has a significant effect on service intention. Service anthropomorphism offers a partial mediated effect. In the following, I’ll study the factors that affect the resistance of counseling robot services.
