        교사-학생 상호적 쓰기를 활용한 문단 구성 방안

        이 연구는 상호적 쓰기(interactive writing) 전략을 활용하여 초등학생들의 문단 구성을 돕는 데 목적이 있다. 문단 구성은 글의 조직에 해당하는 것으로 초등학생부터 대학생에 이르기까지 문단을 구성하는 과정에서 나타나는 문제점이 지적되어 왔다. 그러나 쓰기 교과서를 보면 문단 구성 지도 전략으로 교사의 설명이나 시범이 주를 이루고 있다. 초등학생 필자의 경우 능숙한 교사가 보이는 시범과 설명 후에 독립적으로 글을 쓰려면 인지적 부담이 따른다. 학생 필자는 쓰기 발달에 있어서 미숙한 필자의 특징을 보이므로 교사의 도움 없이 학생 필자 스스로 통일성 있는 문단을 구성하기가 어렵다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 교사-학생 상호적 쓰기 전략을 활용한 문단 구성의 효용성과 그에 따른 수업 사례를 제시해 보고자 한다. This study focused on paragraph construction of elementary student by teacher-student interactive writing. The paragraph construction is related to organizing a text;below is a block from elementary student to undergraduate student. According to writing material, the explanation and modeling of teacher are a main strategy of paragraph construction. for elementary students, independent writing after explanation and modeling of teacher has a cognitive load. Especially, the elementary students have difficulty to develop the paragraph without support. To solve this problem, this study proposes the example of instruction and strength of paragraph construction strategy by teacher-student interactive writing.

        마카 추출액을 첨가한 음료의 품질특성 및 저장 중 항산화성 평가

        The objective of this study was to develop a functional drink using maca extract, and to evaluate the latter`s antioxidative activity during storage. Maca extract was added in five different content percentages (0, 8, 16, 24, and 32%), and the physicochemical properties were investigated. The pH of the control drink was lower than that of the drink to which maca extract was added. The ˚Brix increased with the increasing amount of maca extract. The Hunter L value decreased while the yellowness (b) value increased as the maca extract level increased. The results of the consumer acceptance test showed that no significant differences in overall acceptability were observed between the control and the 8%, 16%-, and 24% maca-added drinks. Therefore, it is suggested that up to 24% maca extract can be added to drinks without depressing the quality. The changes in the total polyphenol content, DPPH radical, superoxide anion radical activity, and tyrosinase inhibitory effect were monitored during storage at 4 and 37˚C for four weeks. The results showed that there was a gradual decrease in the total polyphenol content and antioxidant activities after four-week storage, and the drinks containing maca extract exhibited a smaller decrease in antioxidant activity than did the control drink. Moreover, microbial growth was not shown during the same periods.

        증례보고 : ProSeal(TM) 후두마스크를 사용한 전신마취 후 발생한 연구개점막의 대칭형 파열

        ProSeal(TM) laryngeal mask airway (PLMA) was developed to be more effective especially with glottic airway sealing and is suppose to be an improved device over the classic laryngeal mask airway (cLMA). The PLMA`s cuff is bulkier, softer, and more pliable than the cLMA. We reviewed a case were a patient had hand surgery under general anesthesia using the PLMA. After having the hand surgery, the patient suffered from dyspnea and had difficulty with their respirations at a supine position. The problems with dyspnea and respiration after surgery resulted because of difficulties from inserting PLMA No.5 into the patient. We suspect from this case that the problems in dyspnea and respiration were due to the folded cuff and incomplete placement of the PLMA, which resulted in lacerations of the mucosa in the soft palate of the patient. In this paper, we considered the probable causes for lacerations of the mucosa in the soft palate and reviewed all of the relevant literature, especially about the proper placement of the PLMA.         선택진료제도 개선이 폐암환자 의료이용 및 본인부담액에 미치는 영향

        In the Health Insurance System of South Korea, patients must pay high out-of-pocket expenditures for the medical service by uninsured medical benefits. So, the government implemented a policy to relieve the burdens of patients by lowering the uninsured selective-medical treatment costs in August, 2014. This study investigate the policy effects of selective-medical treatment(SMT) on the medical service's usage and cost with severe lung cancer patients. The patients are selected in one university hospital(with 1,000 beds), between one year before and after policy implementation. The study find that the usages of outpatient(visit number) and inpatient (length of stay) are not changed by statistically significant. It means that there are no effect in medical service behavior between before and after the policy. In medical expenses, outpatients decreased in their out-of-pocket payments by policy, but total medical expenses and insured medical benefits is not changed, because of the increased another medical insurance fees. For inpatient, although the SMT costs are statistically significant decrease, the total out-of-pocket payments and insured medical expenses are not changed statistically significant. Those findings show that the political decision making about SMT made lowing the selective-medical expenses, but total insured cost and patient' s out-of pocket money were not changed by the new increased medical insurance fees. It means that the policy about SMT gave no particular benefit for patients. So, it need another benefit plans to lower the medical expenses of severe lung cancer patients with a high medical service usage and much total medical expense.

        Capsaicin 약침(藥鍼)이 흰쥐의 급성(急性) 염좌(捻挫)에 마치는 효과

        Objectives: Pharmacopuncture which is a combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine helps to prevent and treat the diseases and symptoms including various pains. However, little was known about the therapeutic effects and its mechanisms on acute pain, although pharmacopuncture has been used frequently in acupuncture clinics. Acupuncture is known for producing analgesia for persistent ankle sprain pain in human. Furthermore, it also produces analgesia in a rat model of ankle sprain pain. Methods: To illuminate the underlying mechanisms of capsaicin pharmacopuncture-induced analgesia, weight bearing force (WBF) was observed on the acute ankle sprained rat model. Ankle sprain was induced in the rat by manually hyper-extending ligaments of the right ankle. Capsaicin pharmacopuncture was applied to SI6 (Yanglo) on the left forelimb (contralateral to the sprained ankle). Results: In behavioral test, capsaicin pharmacopuncture produced marked analgesic effects on acute ankle sprained animals as measured by WBF of the affected limb similar to manual acupuncture. Capsaicin pharmacopuncture was also suppressed by serotonin (5-HT) receptor antagonist methysergide (2 mg/kg, Lp.), but not by opioids receptor antagonist naltrexone (10 mg/kg, Lp.) and alpha adrenoceptor antagonist phentolamine (5 mg/kg, Lp.). Conclusion: The data suggest that capsaicin pharmacopuncture-induced analgesia is accomplished by activating the descending serotonergic inhibitory systems.

        마카 추출액의 생리활성 효과

        본 실험에서는 마카를 기능성식품 소재로 사용하기 위한 가능성을 알아보기 위하여 마카분말을 다양한 용매로 추출하고 추출수율, 총 폴리페놀 함량, 전자공여능, SOD 유사활성 및 아질산염 소거능 등을 측정하여 최적의 추출조건을 확립하고자 하였다. 일반성분 분석 결과 수분, 조단백질, 조지방, 회분 및 탄수화물 함량은 각각 6.57%, 12.83%, 1.05%, 4.80 및 74.75%로 나타났다. 추출수율은 물을 사용할 경우 46.2%로 메탄올, 에탄올, 아세톤 등으로 추출하는 것보다 약 2∼200배 높게 나타났다. 추출용매에 따른 총 폴리페놀 함량은 물 추출액에서 328.68 ㎎/100 mL로 가장 높게 나타났다. 전자공여능은 메탄올 추출액이 52.36%로 가장 높았고 아질산염 소거능은 pH 1.2의 조건에서 물 추출액이 77.51%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 최적의 추출용매로 물을 선정하였고 물 추출 온도(30, 70, 100℃)와 시간(1, 3, 5시간)을 달리하여 생리활성 물질의 함량변화를 측정한 결과 100℃에서 3시간 또는 5시간 추출할 때 총 폴리페놀 함량, 전자공여능 및 SOD 유사활성이 다른 조건에서보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 시간과 에너지의 효율적 측면을 고려하여 마카분말을 100℃에서 3시간 물로 추출하는 것이 가장 적합할 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to determine the optimal extraction conditions for maca by comparing the yields, total polyphenol contents, superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activity and the nitrite scavenging ability. The proximate composition analysis showed 6.57% moisture, 12.83% crude protein, 1.05% crude fat, 4.80% ash and 74.75% carbohydrate. Maca was extracted with 7 different solvents (water, methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform and hexane) and the extracts were tested for biological activities. The extraction yields of water, methanol and ethanol extracts were 46.2%, 21.4% and 16.8%, respectively. Acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform and hexane exhibited very low extraction yield, ranging from 0.2 to 1.0%. Total polyphenol contents and the nitrite scavenging ability were the highest in water extract. Electron donating ability and the SOD-like activity were the highest in methanol extract. When water extract was drawn out at different extraction temperatures (30, 70, 100℃) and time (1, 3, 5 hr), the improved biological activities (total polyphenol contents, electron donating ability, SOD-like activity and nitrite scavenging ability) were found in extracts treated at 100℃ for 3 or 5 hrs.

        구절초의 부위별 메탄올 추출물의 항산화활성

        The major objective of this study was to investigate the antioxidant activities of methanolic extracts from different parts (flower, leaf·stem, and root) of Chrysanthemum zawadskii by employing various in-vitro assay systems. The extraction yields from the flower, leaf·stem, and root were 18.347, 12.93, and 11.33%, respectively. The total polyphenol content was highest in the flower (17.16 mg/100 g) and lowest in the root (11.33 mg/100 g). The antioxidant activities were raised within creasing amounts of extracts, and the extracts from the flower showed the highest effect on the superoxide anion radical scavenging, metal chelating on ferrous ions and reducing power. In addition, the leaf·stem also showed good antioxidant activity in various systems. These results suggest that the methanolic extracts from the flower and leaf·stem possess excellent antioxidant activities and may thus serve as potential sources of natural antioxidants.
