고등학생 대상 Excel VBA를 활용한 클러스터링 개념학습 도구 개발

본 연구에서는 개정된 교육과정에 처음 도입된 기계학습을 Excel을 선호하는 특성화 고등학교 수준에서 활용할 수 있는 인공지능 교육 프로그램을 Excel VBA를 사용하여 개발하였다. 비지도 학습의 군집(Cluster)분석인 K-means 알고리즘을 학습할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하여, 학습자가 프로그램을 활용한 후 군집화(Clustering)에 대한 이해도와 흥미도에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 기존 인공지능 교육 플랫폼이 아닌 Excel로 인공지능 학습이 가능하다는 신선함과 학습자 능력에 따라 맞춤형 학습이 가능한 점에서 학습자는 높은 이해도와 흥미도를 얻었다. 또한 Excel VBA로 개발된 프로그램과 실생활 속 사례로 알고리즘을 설명한 학습 자료를 함께 제시한 부분이 높은 만족도를 얻었다. 추후 학교에서 본 프로그램을 활용하여 기계학습을 학습한다면, 학습자의 흥미를 반영한 의미 있는 학습을 할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Purpose Circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) has great potential in clinical oncology. The prognostic and predictive values of cfDNA in non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) have been reported, with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), KRAS, and BRAF mutations in tumor-derived cfDNAs acting as biomarkers during the early stages of tumor progression and recurrence. However, extremely low tumor-derived DNA rates hinder cfDNA application. We developed an ultra-high-sensitivity lung version 1 (ULV1) panel targeting BRAF, KRAS, and EGFR hotspot mutations using small amounts of cfDNA, allowing for semi-quantitative analysis with excellent limit-of-detection (0.05%). Materials and Methods Mutation analysis was performed on cfDNAs extracted from the plasma of 104 patients with NSCLC by using the ULV1 panel and targeted next-generation sequencing (CT-ULTRA), followed by comparison analysis of mutation patterns previously screened using matched tumor tissue DNA. Results The ULV1 panel demonstrated robust selective amplification of mutant alleles, enabling the detection of mutations with a high degree of analytical sensitivity (limit-of-detection, 0.025%-0.1%) and specificity (87.9%-100%). Applying ULV1 to NSCLC cfDNA revealed 51.1% (23/45) samples with EGFR mutations, increasing with tumor stage: 8.33% (stage I) to 78.26% (stage IV). Semi-quantitative analysis proved effective for low-mutation-fraction clinical samples. Comparative analysis with PANAMutyper EGFR exhibited substantial concordance (κ=0.84). Conclusion Good detection sensitivity (~80%) was observed despite the limited volume (1 mL) and long-term storage (12-50 months) of plasma used and is expected to increase with high cfDNA inputs. Thus, the ULV1 panel is a fast and cost-effective method for early diagnosis, treatment selection, and clinical follow-up of patients with NSCLC.

Recently, the government has implemented various policies to solve problems caused by changes in the social structure and low birth rate and aging. In particular, in order to provide an appropriate space for the parenting community, prior research has been conducted on policies at home and abroad. However, as policy-oriented alternatives are being prepared, there are significantly few studies on living spaces. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide design guidelines so that childcare-related plans and programs can be applied when small-scale housing maintenance projects are carried out in elementary school commuting areas in urban rehabilitation areas. To this end, this study was conducted in the following procedure. First, the recognition system for childcare apartments was analyzed and derived through the analysis of the plan and program of childcare apartments centering on Seoul, Japan and Korea. Second, the analysis results were applied to Doksan 2-dong, an urban rehabilitation area. Finally, through the study, a small-scale housing improvement project plan that can be applied to low-rise old residential areas was proposed, centering on Doksan Elementary School.
인터넷을 활용한 대중 참여 디자인 활성화에 관한 연구 : 디자인 프로세스에 따른 대중 참여 기법에 관한 가능성 연구

Along with the development of the online environment, an increasing number of people are participating in online discussions. This new trend has enabled adequate level of democratic and public participation in social issues. The changing phase is not only detected in sociocultural area but also widely in the industrial field. Meantime, the crowdsourcing method, one of the newest solutions for web-related tasks, has been recognized to be an effective tool for the R&D sectors of the corporates, since the key advantages of crowdsourcing is that the industrial challenges can be shared with the public entities to find proper solutions. For decade of research how participants can support design methodology, the limitation of the qualitative research which has weakness for sharing data and efficiency of research excution has been tried to reach breakthru recently. This research approaches to the possibility of the design adoption with participation thorugh the Internet will positively effect to its process. This research tried to look around the current trend of web 2.0 based services which supports the Crowdsoucing method and results of paper related to the crowdsouring and design integration. Following to the analysis of web research, we meet the conclusion as just small number of user's opinion have helped designing new product and service. And we compared it to the conventional design process detail functions, less number of websites support it. However, the result of paper research shows optimistic results of web participant. Several cases emphisize that participants were very active to support their thoughts, memories and novel design idea, therefore designer and researchers got enormous help from them and it was better than conventional participatory design in some perspective. Moreover, for developing supportive methods for designer with using massive crowds, priority problems which are systematic solution for sharing and developing original idea, and controlling quality of participant was founded.
Primary Gastric Choriocarcinoma: Two Case Reports and Review of the Literatures

Primary gastric choriocarcinoma (PGC) is a rare tumor, and its pathogenesis is still uncertain. Most PGCs have been reported to possess an adenocarcinoma component of variable extent, and pure PGC is especially rare. The diagnosis of PGC is confirmed by exhibition of choriocarcinomatous components on biopsy and exhibition of β-hCG positive cell on immunohistochemical stain and elevation of the serum β-hCG. Moreover it must be confirmed that no other site including gonads displays any tumor masses. The PGC tends to be more invasive and to have early metastasis. The median survival is known to be less than several months. We report two cases. The first case was a 62 year-old man who was diagnosed as advanced gastric cancer (AGC) by endoscopic biopsy with hepatic metasasis and received palliative chemotherapy with modified FOLFOX regimen and Genexol plus cisplatin regimen. He underwent subtotal gastrectomy due to perforation of the stomach during chemotherapy. On post-operative biopsy, He was re-diagnosed as PGC and received another palliative chemotherapy modified FOLFIRI, BEP, EMACO, VIP. However, multiple liver metastases were aggravated, and also serum AFP level increased. Ultimately, the paient died 10 months after initial diagnosis. Another case was a 45 year-old man. On endoscopic biopsy, he was diagnosed as AGC of adenocarcinoma. On Chest and Abdomen CT, multiple pulmonary and hepatic metastasis were also confirmed. On liver biopsy, He was diagnosed as PGC. The immunohistochemical stains were performed and the results were cytokeratin positive, EMA negative and β-hCG weak positive. The serum β-hCG level was highly elevated. BEP, VIP and EMA/CO combination therapy were administered, but he died at 12th months after the initial diagnosis.
