만 5세 유아를 위한 소집단 토의활동의 효과적인 운영에 대한 실행연구

The purpose of this study was to make a plan for running small-group discussion activities effectively for 5-year-old children and examine the changes it brought to the children. Eighteen children in the class for 5-year-olds at the kindergarten attached to the public elementary school in Seoul were participated in this study from August 1 to November 7, 2017. The researcher ran education activities and videotaped them to transcribe small-group discussion activity and collect and analyzed data. The plan for running small-group discussion activities effectively was as follows: First, it was to experience a small group, understand the basic concepts of discussion activity and make a promise, and select a theme and have a discussion. Second, it was to divide roles within the small group and reconstruct a small group by reflecting children’s opinions. Third, it was to secure play time for children, run discussion activity connected with a living theme, and give continuous guidance for attitudes toward participation in discussion activity and for communication methods. As a result, the children got a better understanding of the concepts and methods of discussion along with a better sense of responsibility and belonging through role division as discussion activity was repeated. This study is expected to give guidelines for allowing discussion to become the key of instruction, not its supplementary means, and help teachers apply it in practice. 본 연구는 만 5세 유아들의 소집단 토의활동을 효과적으로 운영하기 위한 방안을 모색하여 실행하고, 운영방안에 따른 유아의 변화를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구는 2017년 8월 1일부터 2017년 11월 7일까지 서울시에 소재한 공립초등학교병설유치원 만 5세 학급에서 이루어졌으며 연구대상은 학급 유아 18명이다. 교육활동은 연구자가 직접 실시했으며 이를 녹화 후 소집단 토의활동 전사, 토의활동 결과물, 유아의 관찰기록, 연구자 저널 등 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 만 5세 유아를 위한 소집단 토의활동의 효과적인 운영방안은 첫째, 소집단 경험하기, 토의활동 기초 개념 이해 및 약속 정하기, 주제를 선정하여 토의하기였다. 둘째, 소집단 내의 역할분담과 유아의 의견을 반영한 소집단 재구성이었다. 셋째, 유아의 놀이시간 보장 및 생활주제와 연계된 토의활동을 실시하고 지속적인 유아의 토의활동 참여태도 및 의사소통 방법을 지도하였다. 그 결과 유아는 토의활동이 거듭되면서 토의 개념과 방법에 대한 이해력이 신장되었으며 역할분담을 통해 책임감과 소속감이 향상되었다. 본 연구를 통해 현장에서 토의가 수업의 보조적인 수단이 아닌 수업의 핵심이 될 수 있는 작은 지침이 되어 교사들이 실제로 적용하는데 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

This study was intended to make a comparative analysis of the competitive anxiety factors of both amateur and professional male/ female dance sports athletes's competitive anxiety factors. This study was conducted for 232 amateur, professional male/female dance sports athletes participating in the 3rd National Dance Sports Championship for the President's Medal of Dong-A Ilbo held in Apr 27, 2003 and the 5th Emerald Ball Championship Contest held in Apr 27, 2003. Based on the research procedure and data analysis, the following conclusion was drawn: 1. It was found that the level of cognitive anxiety, of competitive state anxiety factors, was higher for amateur athletes and male athletes than it was for professional athletes and female athletes. And it was found that there was a statistically significant difference between the levels of functions(professional and amateur)(p<.05). 2. It was found that the level of physical anxiety, like the cognitive anxiety factor, was higher for amateur dance sports athletes than it was for professional dance sports athletes. Unlike the cognitive anxiety factor, it was found that the level of physical anxiety was higher for female athletes than it was for male athletes. It was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the physical anxiety between the levels of functions(p<.05). 3. It was found that the level of self-confidence was higher for professional dance sports athletes than it was for amateur dance sports athletes. And it was found that the level of self-confidence was higher for male athletes than it was for female athletes. It was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the physical anxiety according to the level of functions and gender(p<.05). 4. It was found that there was a statistically significant difference in all of the competitive state anxiety factors(cognitive anxiety, physical anxiety and self-confidence) according to dance sports athletes' career(p<.05). Among other things, it was found that the lower their career of sports was, the higher the level of cognitive anxiety and physical anxiety was and the more career they had, the higher level of self-confidence they had.

생식의 섭취가 흰쥐의 혈당 및 혈당 관련 지표에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study was to investigate the hypoglycemic effects of saengshik in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats and to explore the potential of three commercially available saengshik products (BS, LS, WS) as an alternative diabetic meal. Blood glucose levels were measured at 30, 60, 90, 120, and 150 minutes after the ingestion of experimental materials. In experiment 1, the amount of experimental materials remained the same. We measured blood glucose-related biomarkers as the area under the blood glucose response curve (AUC), glycemic index (GI), maximum concentration (Cmax), and time to reach maximum concentration (Tmax). AUC and Cmax of the experimental group showed significant differences compared to the control group, while GI and Tmax did not show significant differences among the groups but were lower in the experimental group compared to the control group. In experiment 2, carbohydrates were adjusted to the same amount. We measured blood glucose-related biomarkers in the same manner as Experiment 1 and obtained similar results. These hypoglycemic effects appear to be attributed to phytochemicals and dietary fiber found in whole, unrefined grains. These results suggest that saengshik exerts hypoglycemic effects by modulation of glucose-related biomarkers.

산개성단 NGC 6871을 중심으로 한 Cyg OB3 성협 영역의 변광성 I: δ Scuti 형 변광성

NGC 6871을 중심으로 시계열 관측한 Cyg OB3 성협영역에서 모두 15개의 단주기 변광성을 찾았다. 이들은 모두 국부나선팔에 속한 ${\delta}$ Scuti 형 변광성으로 보인다. 그림 5의 영연령주계열 상에서 밝은쪽에 속한 V1-V4는 분광형이 모두 A, F 형으로서 Cyg OB3 성협보다 먼 거리에 있는 ${\beta}$ Cephei 형 변광성이라기 보다는 국부나선팔의 앞쪽에 놓인 ${\delta}$ Scuti 형 변광성이었다. 15개의 ${\delta}$ Scuti 형 변광성 중에는 2개(V1과 V3)는 GCVS에 ${\delta}$ Scuti 형 변광성으로 분류되어 이미 알려진 변광성이고, 나머지는 모두 새로 발견한 것이다. 새로 발견한 변광성 중에는 한 개의 이중모드 ${\delta}$ Scuti 형 변광성(V3)과 2개의 HADS 변광성(V13과 V14)이 포함되었다. 시계열 관측과는 별도로 표준화 관측을 수행하여 관측 영역의 색-등급도를 얻었는데 그림 6에서 Massey etal.(1995)의 결과와 잘 맞았다. As a part of the short-period variability survey (SPVS) at Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory, we obtained time-series BV CCD images in the region of Cyg OB3 association centered on the open cluster NGC 6871. The observations were performed for 18 nights from September 5, 2008 to September 1, 2009. We found 15 short-period variable stars in the region. They are ${\delta}$ Scuti type stars belonging to the local spiral arm, Orion spur. Among them, only two stars were previously known, and the rest are newly discovered ones. In this paper, we have performed a multiple-frequency analysis to determine frequencies of the 15 ${\delta}$ Scuti type stars, using the discrete Fourier transform and linear least-square fitting methods. One of the newly discovered variable stars is a double-mode ${\delta}$ Scuti type star with the fundamental and the first overtone modes, and two are high amplitude ${\delta}$ Scuti stars.

NGC 6871을 중심으로 한 Cyg OB3 성협 영역에 대한 변광성 탐사로부터 Paper I에 이어 27개의 식쌍성과 19개의 장주기형 불규칙 변광성을 찾았다. 이 중에서 5개를 제외한 나머지는 모두 새로 발견한 것이다. 27개의 식쌍성 중에서 20개는 주기와 변광진폭 등을 구하였으며, 나머지 7개는 모두 EA형 식쌍성으로 보이지만 관측자료의 부족으로 주기를 결정하지는 못하였다. 주기를 구한 20개의 식쌍성 중에서 주극소의 깊이를 확실하게 구하지 못한 V27를 제외한 V와 B등급의 변광진폭비 $A_V/A_B$가 0.88로서 Paper I의 ${\delta}$ Scuti형 변광성의 결과를 이용한 0.72와 뚜렷이 구분된다. EW형 식쌍성 만을 이용할 경우 변광진폭비는 0.92로 더 뚜렷이 구분되었다. 19개의 장주기형 불규칙 변광성은 주기가 너무 길고, 또한 비주기성 변광성으로 보이므로 주기를 얻지는 못하고, 밝기 변화만 알 수 있었다. 이 연구에서 찾은 변광성은 V등급이 9.05등급부터 16.47등급까지 분포하며, 변광진폭이 클 경우 16.5등급까지도 변광 여부를 확인할 수 있었다. This is the second paper on a systematic search for variable stars in Cyg OB3 region. In this paper we present the observational properties of 46 variable stars found in the region. Among them, 27 are eclipsing binaries and others are semi-long periodic or slow irregular variables. Only 5 are known variables and the rest are newly discovered ones. We have obtained the period and amplitude of 20 eclipsing binaries using the phase fitting method, and present the light curves of 46 variable stars.

구아바 잎 열수추출물의 당류분해효소 저해 효과 및 OGTT에 미치는 효과

Guava (Psidium guajava) contain a great deal of polyphenol compound and work on the treatment of Diabetes mellitus effectively. In this study, the bioactivities of aqueous extract (GLEx) of guava leaf were investigated. Total phenolic contents of GLEx was 266.9 mg tan/g. The effects of GLEx on digestive enzymes, α-amylase, maltase and sucrase were investigated. IC50 values of GLEx against α-amylase, maltase and sucrase were 0.65 mg/ml, 2.0 mg/ml and 3.5 mg/ml respectively. The effect of GLEx on oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was performed in normal ICR mouse, control (dstilled water) and GLEx (aqueous extract of Guava leaf) were co-administered orally with glucose, showed reducing effect on the blood glucose level. The guava is likely to useful for prevention or improvement of hyperglycemia by lowering the blood glucose level and inhibiting glycoside hydrolase activity.

NGC 1039 영역의 변광성 탐사로부터 7개의 ${\delta}$ Scuti형 변광성, 2개의 ${\gamma}$ Doradus형 변광성, 14개의 식쌍성 및 5개의 장지기형 불규칙 변광성을 찾았다. 이 중에서 3개를 제외한 나머지는 모두 새로 발견한 것이다. 이들 중 ${\delta}$ Scuti형 변광성 4개와 ${\gamma}$ Doradus형 변광성 2개 및 장주기형 불규칙 변광성 1개는 성단구성원일 가능성이 크다. 14개의 식쌍성 중에서 12개는 주기와 변광진폭 등을 구하였으며, 나머지 2개는 22일 관측 자료 중 하루치에서만 식 현상이 나타나서 EA형 식쌍성으로 보인다. B, V등급의 변광진폭을 같이 구한 식쌍성의 변광진폭비 $A_V/A_B$는 0.92이며, ${\delta}$ Scuti형 변광성의 결과를 이용한 0.75와 뚜렷이 구분된다. 5개의 장주기형 불규칙 변광성은 하나를 제외하고 나머지는 주기가 너무 길었고, 또한 주기성인지 알 수 없어서 밝기 변화만으로 변광성임을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구에서 찾은 변광성은 V등급이 10.84등급부터 16.30등급까지 분포하며, V등급의 변광진폭이 0.5등급 이상이면 16.3등급까지도 변광 여부를 확인할 수 있었다. As a part of the short-period variability survey (SPVS) at Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory, we obtained time-series BV CCD images in the region of the open cluster NGC 1039 (M34). The observations were performed for 22 nights from July 29, 2008 to September 26, 2010. We also made LOAO observations for 10 days from September 18, 2009 to October 30, 2010 to confirm the small variabilties of ${\delta}$ Scuti-type variable stars. In this paper we presented the observational properties of 28 variable stars found in the region. They are seven ${\delta}$ Scuti-type variable stars, two ${\gamma}$ Doradus-type variable stars, four-teen eclipsing binary stars and five semi-long periodic or slow irregular variables, respectively. Only three variables were listed in the GCVS and the rest are newly discovered ones. We have performed multiple-frequency analysis to determine pulsation frequencies of the ${\delta}$ Scuti-type and ${\gamma}$ Doradus-type variable stars, using the discrete Fourier transform and linear least-square fitting methods. We also have derived the periods and amplitudes of 12 eclipsing binaries from the phase fitting method, and presented the light curves of all variable stars.
