GPS 기반 국내 변위계측기를 활용한 특수교량 계측 사례

현대사회의 여러 시설물은 다양한 계측기기를 활용하여 구조 안전성을 검토하고 연구 · 분석을 실시하여 유지관리되고 있다. 따라서 계측 기술도 점차 발전해가며 다양한 방식들이 개발되어 여러 현장에 도입되고 있다. 그 중 유연한 구조거동 특성을 나타내는 장경간 특수교량의 경우 보강거더의 변위를 측정하기 위한 대표적인 방법으로 레이저식 변위 측정과 GPS를 활용한 변위 측정이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 유지되고 있는 계측 방법과 새로이 도입되는 신기술을 이용한 계측데이터를 비교 분석하였으며, 이러한 사례 전파를 통해 향후 국내 계측 기술의 발전과 측정방식에 따른 계측분석을 통한 시설물 유지관리 분야의 발전을 기대해 본다.
Fluid Attenuated Inversion Recovery 영상에서 광범위한 염증성 삼출액소견이 선행되고 다발성 뇌신경 마비를 동반한 Ramsay-Hunt 증후군 1예

Ramsay-Hunt syndrome (RHS) is a well known disease caused by varicella-zoster virus infection in the geniculate ganglion of the facial nerve. Although the otic vesicle and facial palsy are easily recognized clinical signs of RHS, cases of associated multiple cranial nerve palsies present a difficult diagnostic challenge and furthermore, the mechanisms is unclear. We report a case of an 86-year-old man with otic crusted vesicles and peripheral typed facial palsy preceded by severe headache and fever. Several days later, he developed diplopia, dysphagia,hiccup and abdominal myoclonus. On fluid attenuated inversion recovery image of brain, diffuse subdural inflammatory exudates, which disappeared after treatment of acyclovir and corticosteroid, and ipsilateral facial nerve enhancement were observed in follow-up imaging.

It is well-known that electrical field stimulation (EFS)-induced contraction is mediated by a cholinergic mechanism and other neurotransmitters. NO, ATP, calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), and substance P are released by EFS. To investigate the purinergic mechanism involved in the EFS-induced contraction, purinegic receptors antagonists were used. Suramine, a non-selective P2 receptor antagonist,reduced the contraction induced by EFS. NF023 (10−7∼10−4 M), a selective P2X antagonist, inhibited the contraction evoked by EFS. Reactive blue (10−6∼10−4 M), selective P2Y antagonist, also blocked the contraction in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, P2X agonist α,β-methylene 5'-adenosine triphosphate (αβMeATP, 10−7∼10−5 M) potentiated EFS-induced contraction in a dose-dependent manner. P2Y agonist adenosine 5'-[β -thio]diphosphate trilithium salt (ADPβS, 10−7∼10−5 M) also potentiated EFS-induced contractions in a dose-dependent manner. Ecto-ATPase activator apyrase (5and 10 U/ml) reduced EFS-induced contractions. Inversely, 6-N,N-diethyl-D-β,γ- dibromomethylene 5'-triphosphate triammonium (ARL 67156, 10−4 M) increased EFS-induced contraction. These data suggest that endogenous ATP plays a role in EFS-induced contractions which are mediated through both P2X-receptors and P2Y-receptors stimulation in cat esophageal smooth muscle.

An experimental study has been conducted on the free convection heat transfer for the 7 kinds of circular finned tube heat exchangers. Empirical correlation was suggested at the range of 3,500<Ra<800,000, 1.6<D<SUB>o</SUB>/D<SUB>i</SUB><3.0, 0.19<P<SUB>f</SUB>/D<SUB>i</SUB><0.34. The 92% of experimental data agreed with the correlation within 10%.
