IoT 산업이 발전하면서 기존 토이와 IoT 기술을 결합한 스마트토이가 각광 받고 있다. 스마트토이는 수동적인 방식의 기존토이와는 다르게 토이 간 인터렉션이 가능하며 전자 센서들을 사용하여 토이를 사용하는 어린아이들에 코딩을 활용한 콘텐츠를 제공가능하다. 기존 스마트토이는 처음에는 호기심을 자극하지만, 익숙해지면 흥미가 떨어지는 현상을 보인다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 스마트토이가 갖는 재미요소 증가와 다양한 콘텐츠의 개발을 위해서 스마트 토이에 Artificial Intelligence(AI) 기능을 접목한 AI 카메라블록을 사용하여 새로운 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

FAMEs produced from vegetable oil via transesterification reaction were known as alternative fuels. Lubrication and Wear properties of FAMEs were investigated to confirm the alternative possibility as lubricating base oil. In this study, lubrication properties and physical characteristics of mixture oils were examined using blended FAMEs(soybean, palm, waste oils) in two kinds of lubricating base oils. The oxidation stability of mixed samples were analyzed using ASTM D 2272 method and investigated for oxidation states of mixture oils after the shell four ball test. The results showed that the increase of FAMEs contents improved lubrication due to the intrinsic characteristics, however, increased the contents of oxidation which deteriorate the lubrication, and we found optimum mixture ratio as results of each base biodiesel (FAME).

The effect of oxidation in SAE 5W30 engine oils on friction and wear characteristics was investigated using reciprocating bench tester and shell 4-ball tester. Commercial engine oils were collected and oxidized using the KS M 2021 method modifying the oxidation time. Kinematic viscosity, total acid number(TAN), FT-IR spectrum and total base number(TBN) also measured to examine the chemical change of oils with oxidation. The results showed that TAN was slightly changed and Kinematic viscosity was suddenly increased during the oxidation stage. however, TBN results keep a constant slope after TBN linearly decreased with oxidation time. Spectroscopy results showed that spectrums were orderly increased at 1710 cm?¹ during the oxidation time. Friction test results showed that oxidation of oils formed unstable friction layers causing higher fluctuating friction. however, the wear resistance was independent of oxidized time due to the different friction characteristics by oxidation. We found several factors in relation to lubrication properties with oxidation time. This factors were Viscosity, TBN, change of FT-IR spectrum, friction coefficient using reciprocating bench tester and wear scar.

치매환자는 인지기능 중 기억력이 가장 먼저 저하된 후 동시다발적으로 인지기능 저하를 보인다. 인지기능의 재활을 위해 다양한 방법들이 연구되고 있으며 콘텐츠도 개발되고 있다. 치매환자의 인지기능은 지속적인 재활이 중요하며 누구든 쉽게 접근할 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제해결을 제안하기 위해 스마트블록을 활용한 치매환자의 인지재활 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.
