Interactive MR Contents for Alternative Suggestions for Smartphone

IoT technology application has been part of modern people’s everyday life. This technology makes people to depend on smart devices. ‘Smartphone’ is the most typical example. Despite the advantages given by this device, the bad side effects are also notable. This paper presents interactive content on the dependence of smartphone device. The research objective is to make individuals to reduce the use of smartphones by realizing their own problems of smartphone dependency. Research was progressed by analyzing aspects obtained from users participating in the self-developed interactive game contents. As a result of the analysis, approximately 68% of people were aware of the problem through this content. This indicates the potential of using convergence research in interactive contents with other fields furthermore.

fantasies in film show in many different forms. Genre, story structures, characters outer or inner appearance could be translated differently in the viewer's fantasy system. In order to show fantasy world, or animate something unorganic, fantasy concepts should be visualized first. invisible imaginary idea has to be shifted into some kind of forms of visibilities. in this study I discuss only on visual elements and narrow down deeply. needless to say sound is one of the most important factors of compositiong film but I deside not to include its importance in here. Manipulating color values could be the fatal methods to produce fantastic visual effects. throughout the narrative strategies this paper would find the difference between traditional film and digital intermediate color grading. and finally suggest quantifying color grading method system. Further studies would take both analogue and digital intermediate to visualize not only fantasy but different issues of visualization of inner thoughts of the director ans cinematographer to communicate with the viewers. 환상은 영화의 여러 부분에서 다양하게 표현된다. 장르, 이야기 구조, 등장인물의 외형과 내형 등 관객들의 상상력이 개입될 수 있는 간격이 있으면 환상이 그 속에서 모습을 드러낸다. 환상을 유도하거나 생명력을 불러일으키기 위해서 영화의 시각화 과정이 필요하다. 비가시적 세계를 영화의 체제에서 여과시켜 실재에서 현실처럼 느끼게 할 수 있는 것은 연출된 영상들이 존재해야만 가능하다. 영화에서의 음향의 역할을 폄하할 의도 없이 시각적 요소, 특히 색채만을 가지고 영화와 환상의 관계를 한정시켜 접근하고자 하는 바이다. 본 연구는 영화 색채의 조절을 통해서도 환상을 시각화할 수 있는 가능성을 제기한다. 그러기 위해 작품 전반의 시각화 전략과 환상 표현 방식의 접근을 제시하고, 영화의 전통적 매체인 필름 현상 작업을 기반으로 한 접근과 디지털 색보정을 활용한 접근의 차이를 알아내고, 환상을 표현하기 위한 특수 색채 기법의 특성을 분석하여 같은 효과를 얻기 위한 정량화 과정을 제언한다.

블리치 바이패스를 포함한 여러 다른 형태의 특수 현상 방법들은 이미지를 창조하는 이들이 원하는 최상의 결과를 자동으로 만들어주는 도구가 될 수 없다. 특수 현상은 독립적으로 존재하는 한 기술 분야가 아닌, 조명, 미술, 그리고 의상 등의 섬세한 선택과 촬영 시 필터 효과 이용 등이 촬영 감독의 통제아래 진행 되었을 때, 그 진정한 효과를 발휘하게 된다. 촬영 감독의 중요한 임무는 카메라의 기계적 운영과 같은 전적으로 기술적 측면과 함께, 이야기, 배우의 연기, 대사 등 연출을 책임지는 감독과의 유기적 관계에서 나오는 두 분야의 창조성이 하나의 힘으로 발휘 될 때, 관객은 카메라로 보여주는 이야기를 접한다고 할 수 있다. 다리우스 콘지는 데이빗 핀쳐 감독의 영화<세븐>을 통하여 세계적 주목을 받는 촬영 감독 대열에 이름을 올리게 된다. ENR, 푸시 현상, 플래싱 기법 등 특수 현상과 조명을 이용해 콘지가 보여 주는 암시적 명암대비와 색감은 기존의 공포 영화에서 찾을 수 없는 인간 군상의 심리 표현을 한 층 심화시켰다. 비주얼 표현의 장인인 콘지는 하지만, 이야기를 압도하는 영상에 이미를 두지 않고, 영상을 관객의 감정과 심리에 좀 더 접근 할 수 있는 도구라 생각한다.다리우스 콘지의 이미지는, 전매특허처럼 그의 된 특수 현상을 통해, 깊이 있는 흑색 계조와 몽환적 색감 대비로 관객의 감정에 호소하지만, 영화 전체의 이야기 흐름을 방해하지 않는다. 알란 파커 감독의 <에비타>의 경우, 콘지의 조명과 특수 현상이 단지 영상 자체의 화려함으로 끝나지 않음을 보여주는 좋은 예이다. 바로크시대의 오페라를 연상시키는 화려한 그의 영상 처리는 에비타의 국민적 신격화에 기여하지만, 영화 후 반부에 이어지는 그녀의 양면성의 어두움은 그의 전작 <세븐>의 어두움과는 또 다른 깊이로 케릭터 변화에 집중한다. 장 피에르 주네와 마르코 카로 감독의 영화 <델리카트슨>과 <잃어버린 아이들의 도시>에서 다시 한 번 특수 현상을 통한 인간 군상의 어두운 내면과 치부를 몽환적 환상으로 보여줌으로 전작과 차별되는 분위기를 창조하였다.

H.264에 적용을 위한 SEA기반 고속 움직임 탐색 기법

본 논문에서는 연속제거 알고리즘(successive elimination algerian)을 기반으로 하여 H.264 부호화기의 복잡도에서 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 가변 블록에 대한 움직임 추정을 효율적으로 생략함으로써 고속으로 움직임 벡터를 탐색하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 7가지 모드의 가변 블록에 대하여 기존의 SEA를 계층적으로 적용한다. 즉, SEA를 사용해서 $4\times4$ 블록 단위로 SAD 또는 sum norm을 조합하고 이것을 각 모드의 최소 SAD 값과 비교 검색함으로써 불필요한 SAD 계산을 줄이는 방식이다. 그러므로 SEA의 SAD와 sum norm의 부등 관계에서 경계범위를 좁게 만들 수 있다. 단위 블록의 크기를 $4\times4$ 이하로 할 경우에는 경계 범위를 더욱 좁게 만들 수 있으나 계산량이 증가하는 단점이 있다. 제안된 기법을 적용했을 때에 각 실험영상에 따른 전체적인 계산량은 H.264의 고속 전역 탐색 방식에 비하여 약 $60\%\~70\%$의 일관된 감소가 있었다. In this paper, we propose a new fast motion estimation algorithm based on successive elimination algorithm (SEA) which can dramatically reduce heavy complexity of the variable block size motion estimation in H.264 encoder. The proposed method applies the conventional SEA in the hierarchical manner to the seven block modes. That is, the proposed algorithm can remove the unnecessary computation of SAD by means of the process that the previous minimum SAD is compared to a current SAD for each mode which is obtained by accumulating sum norms or SAD of $4\times4$ blocks. As a result, we have tighter bound in the inequality between SAD and sum norm than in the ordinary SEA. If the basic size of the block is smaller than $4\times4$, the bound will become tighter but it also causes to increase computational complexity, specifically addition operations for sum norm. Compared with fast full search algorithm of JM of H.264, our algorithm saves 60 to $70\%$ of computation on average for several image sequences.
