계혈등복합방(鷄血藤複合方)의 Collagen 유발 관절염 발생 및 치료에 대한 연구

Objectives :This study was designed to elucidate the anti-pathogenetic and curative effects of Gyehyeoldeungbokhap-bang(Jixietengfuge-fang, GCP) on Type Ⅱ collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) in mice. Methods :In experiment, twenty four mices were divided into non-treated normal group(n=6), bovine type Ⅱ collagen-induced control group(n=6), collagen immunized and treated two group medicated with extract of GCP(concentration of extraction: 200 ㎎/㎏ n=6, 400 ㎎/㎏ n=6) for 4 weeks after collagen immunization. Various experimental such as arthritis, incidence, index, total cell number of spleen, total cell number of peripheral lymph node(PLN), paw joint total cell number, analysis on the percentage of immunofluorescent cells of spleen in CIA induced mice, effects of inflammatory gene expression in spleen, PLN and paw joint of CIA mice, production of cytokine(IFN-γ, IL-4, TNF-α, IL-6), analysis of rheumatoid factor(anti-collagen IgG, IgM level in serum) and histopathological study on the paw joint. The arthritis index, incidence were measured a week over 4 weeks after second boosting. Total cell number of spleen, peripheral lymph node, paw joint were measured after performed experiment over 7 weeks. Concentration of cytokine and rheumatoid factor in serum were measured after experiment finished. Histopathological study on the paw joint was measured after 40 days medicated with extract of GCP. Results :1. Incidence of arthritis and index of arthritis were significantly decreased in treated group with 400 ㎎/㎏. 2. Total cell number of spleen, PLN and paw joint were significantly decreased in treated group. 3. Analysis on the percentage of immunofluorescent cells of spleen in CIA induced mice were significantly controled compare with control group. 4. Effects of inflammatory gene expression in spleen, PLN and paw joint of CIA induced mice were significantly controled compare with control group. 5. IFN-γ, IL-6 and TNF-α concentration(pg/㎖) in serum of treated group was significantly decreased compare with control group. But IL-4 was significantly increased. 6. IgM and IgG concentration(pg/㎖) in serum of treated group was significantly decreased compare with control group. 7. Histopathologically, suppurative and destructive lesion of synovial membrane, articular cartilage and subchondral bony tissue in treated group were alleviated compare with those of control group. Conclusions :Based on the results described above, it might be consider that Gyehyeoldeungbokhap-bang(Jixietengfuge-fang, GCP) has antiarthritic and analgesic effects and also inhibitory effects on the progression of collagen-induced arthritis mice.
저칼륨혈증 흰쥐 신장에서 Nrf2 전사유전자의 발현 증가

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the expression and localization of Nrf2 mRNA in rats according to the changes of K-diet. Methods: Nrf2 gene was isolated using DNA chip microassay. Northern and Western blot analysis and in situ hybridization (ISH) were performed. Results: Northern analysis of normal rat demonstrated that Nrf2 mRNA was abundantly expressed in stomach, moderately in testis, kidney, distal colon, duodenum, and adrenal gland, and weakly in brain, heart, spleen, salivary gland, liver, and lung. In the kidney of K-restricted groups, Nrf2 mRNA and protein expressions were gradually increased in K-restricted kidney. By ISH, hybridization signal for Nrf2 gene of normal group was prominent in the S3 segment of proximal tubule, distal tubule, and cortical collecting duct, and weak in outer and inner medullary collecting duct. In K-restricted groups, the localization of hybridization signal was the same as in normal group. Signal intensity of K-restricted groups was markedly increased in outer and inner medullary collecting ducts compared with normal group. But, that of the distal tubule and cortical collecting duct was decreased. mRNA for Nrf2 gene of normal group was detected in the cells of the basal portion of intestinal gland of distal colon and stomach, spermatogonia and spermatocytes of seminiferous tubule of testis, small lymphocytes of germinal center of spleen, and adrenal medulla cells of adrenal gland. Conclusion: These results suggest that expression of Nrf2 is different in various tissues and increased expression of Nrf2 gene in outer and inner medullary collecting ducts of hypokalemic kidney could regulate the ion transporter genes by these segments.
라이브 스트리밍 시청에 영향을 주는 UX 요소의 발굴과 해석

최근 1인 미디어를 중심으로 실시간 동영상을 제공하는 라이브 스트리밍이 부각되고 있다. 사용자들은 라이브 스트리밍을 통해 다양한 콘텐츠 영상을 시청한다. 또한 시청 전부터 수많은 내/외부 요인으로 인해 시청에 영향을 받는다. 시청에 영향을 주는 요소들은 사용자들의 라이브 스트리밍에 대한 평가 기준이며, 플랫폼과 방송의 성패에도 중요하게 작용한다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 라이브 스트리밍 시청에 영향을 주는 UX 요소를 발굴하고자 하였다. 심층 인터뷰를 통해 UX 요소를 발굴하고, 친화도법을 통해 UX 요소를 구조화하였다. 또한 이를 검증하기 위해 설문조사와 통계 분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과, ‘후원’, ‘스트리머’, ‘채팅’, ‘콘텐츠’, ‘플랫폼’, ‘취향’, ‘방송’이라는 라이브 스트리밍 시청에 영향을 주는 요인 7가지를 발굴하였다. 또한 참가자들의 시청 유형을 ‘취향 추구형’, ‘킬링타임 형’, ‘스트리머 구독형’으로 분류하고, 시청 정도를 구분하여 유의미한 차이를 발굴하였다. 이는 라이브 스트리밍의 시청 경험에 관련된 내/외부 요인들과 커뮤니케이션을 포함한 UX 요소의 발굴이라는 점에서 의의가 있다. Live streaming, which provides real-time videos among one-person media, is emerging. Users watch various contents images through live streaming, and they are influenced by watching due to numerous internal and external factors before watching. The factors affecting the viewing are the evaluation criteria for users' live streaming and are also important factors for the success or failure of platforms and broadcasts. Therefore, this study tried to find out UX elements that affect live streaming viewing, and found UX elements through in-depth interviews and structured UX elements through affinity method. In addition, a survey and statistical analysis were conducted to verify this. As a result, seven factors affecting the live streaming viewing of 'sponsor', 'streamer', 'chat', 'content', 'platform', 'taste', and 'broadcast' were identified. Also, the participants' viewing types were classified into 'taste-seeking type', 'killing time type', and 'streamer subscription type' and significant differences were found by classifying the viewing degree. This is meaningful in that it is the discovery of UX elements including communication and internal/external factors related to the viewing experience of live streaming.

An ultrasonographic examination revealed increased fetal bladder size and decreased AFI as well as fetal bilateral hydronephrosis at 173 weeks` gestation. Diagnosis of the fetal posterior urethral valve syndrome was made. Percutaneous fetal bladder puncture with aspiration and amniocentesis was performed. The fetus was normal male karyotype and with a predicted good renal function(sodium concentration, chloride concentration, and osmolarity at 74 mEq/L, 60 mEq/L, and 148 mOsm, respectively). So, the fetus underwent amnioinfusion and vesico-amniotic shunting procedure (VASP) using a double-basket catheter at 194 weeks` gestation in order to prevent development of dysplastic kidneys and hypoplastic lungs. The healthy male baby was delivered at 384 weeks` gestation and had normally functioning kidney. Cutaneous vesicostomy was performed for the newborn since the urethral orifice was small. The one year old infant is now well and waiting for urethroscopic valve ablation procedure.
